రంగారెడ్డి జిల్లా మీర్ఖాన్‌పేట భారత్ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీలో ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ పోలీస్ కమిషనరేట్ భవన నిర్మాణానికి ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు భూమి పూజ నిర్వహించారు.

స్థానిక ప్రజాప్రతినిధుల ఆకాంక్షలకు అనుగుణంగానే ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం పనిచేస్తుందని, రాష్ట్రంలో జరిగే అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాల్లో వారిని భాగస్వాములను చేస్తూ ముందుకు వెళ్లాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు చెప్పారు. నక్సలైట్లను కూడా అభివృద్ధిలో భాగస్వాములను చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం భావిస్తోందని, మావోయిస్టు నేత గణపతి గారితో పాటు ఇంకా ఎవరైనా అజ్ఞాతంలో మిగిలిన వారుంటే లొంగిపోయి జనజీవన స్రవంతిలో కలవాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు.

రంగారెడ్డి జిల్లా మీర్ఖాన్‌పేట భారత్ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీలో ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ పోలీస్ కమిషనరేట్ భవన నిర్మాణానికి ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు భూమి పూజ నిర్వహించారు. ఇదే సందర్భంగా గచ్చిబౌలి ట్రాఫిక్ పోలీస్‌స్టేషన్ భవనానికి శంకుస్థాపన చేశారు. అలాగే, మల్కాజిగిరి కమిషనరేట్ భవనం, ఆక్టోపస్ పరిపాలనా బ్లాక్, కుత్బుల్లాపూర్ డీసీపీ కార్యాలయ భవనాలను ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ప్రారంభించారు.

మంత్రులు దుద్దిళ్ల శ్రీధర్ బాబు గారు, జూపల్లి కృష్ణారావు గారు, రాజ్యసభ సభ్యులు వేం నరేందర్ రెడ్డి గారు, అనిల్ కుమార్ యాదవ్ గారు, పలువురు ప్రజా ప్రతినిధులు, రాష్ట్ర డీజీపీ శివధర్ రెడ్డి గారు, ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ పోలీస్ కమిషనర్ సుధీర్ బాబు గారు ఇతర పోలీసు అధికారులు ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొన్నారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు మాట్లాడుతూ, అత్యంత అద్భుతమైన నగరంగా రూపుదిద్దుకోబోతున్న భారత్ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ అభివృద్ధికి సంబంధించి ఇక్కడి సమస్యలు పరిష్కారం కావాలంటే సర్పంచులు, కౌన్సిలర్లు, కార్పొరేటర్లు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఇతర ప్రజాప్రతినిధులందరినీ భాగస్వాములను చేయాలని, అప్పుడే అద్భుతమైన సిటీగా రాణించగలదని చెప్పారు.

“తమ గ్రామాలను ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ పరిధిలో కలపలేదని, వాటినీ కలపాలని కొంతమంది పరిసర ప్రాంత గ్రామాలకు చెందిన ప్రతినిధులు కొందరు నా దృష్టికి తెచ్చారు. ఆయా గ్రామాల్లో గ్రామ సభలు పెట్టి తదనుగుణంగా తీర్మానాలు చేసి కలెక్టర్ గారికి పంపించాలి. అభివృద్ధి ఫలాలు అందరికీ అందించాలి. వారి ఆకాంక్షలకు అనుగుణంగా ఈ ప్రభుత్వం పనిచేస్తుంది. ఈ ప్రాంతాన్ని అధునాత నగరంగా తీర్చిదిద్దాలన్నదే మా లక్ష్యం” అని అన్నారు.

“ఈ ప్రాంతం పెట్టుబడులకు అనుకూలమైన ప్రదేశమని, ఎక్కడైతే అభివృద్ధి చేసి ప్రపంచానికి చూపించాలని అనుకున్నామో అక్కడే నిర్వహించాలన్న ఉద్దేశంలో ఇక్కడ 3 రోజుల పాటు గ్లోబల్ సమ్మిట్ నిర్వహించాం. ఇక్కడ పెట్టుబడుల కోసం ఎక్కడెక్కడో ఒప్పందాలు చేసుకోవడమేంటని, ముందుగా ఇక్కడ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ కార్యాలయం నిర్మిస్తున్నాం. జూన్ 2 వ తేదీ లోపే నిర్మాణం పూర్తి చేసుకుని ఆ భవనం నుంచి కార్యక్రమాలు చేపడుతాం” అని వివరించారు.

“హైదరాబాద్ లో హైటెక్ సిటీ, ఓఆర్ఆర్, అంతర్జాతీయ విమానాశ్రయం లాంటి వాటిని ప్రతిపాదించినప్పుడు సాధ్యమవుతాయా అని కొందరు ఆనాడు అవహేళన చేసిండ్రు. కానీ నిజమయ్యాయి. దేశంలో ఏ నగరానికి లేని విధంగా 160 కి.మీ. మేరకు అవుటర్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు సాధ్యమైంది.

ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీలో భూములు కోల్పోయే వారందరినీ ప్రభుత్వం తగిన విధంగా ఆదుకుంటుంది. ఎవరికో నష్టం చేయాలన్న ఆలోచన ప్రభుత్వానికి లేదు. మీ పిల్లలు చదువుకున్న వారైతే స్కిల్స్ యూనివర్సిటీలో శిక్షణ ఇచ్చి ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు కల్పిస్తాం. పేదల పట్ల మానవీయ కోణంలో వ్యవహరించాలి. అభివృద్ధి కోసం భూములు ఇస్తున్నారు. వారిని గౌరవించాలి. వారి బాధలు వినాలి” అని అధికారులకు చెప్పారు.

“ప్రపంచంలో అద్భుతమైన నిర్మాణాలు ఇక్కడ వస్తాయి. ఇక్కడ పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టని వారు భవిష్యత్తులో ఏదో కోల్పోయామన్న బాధ పడాల్సి వస్తుంది. శంషాబాద్ బల్లెట్ ట్రైన్ హబ్ గా మారనుంది. బుల్లెట్ ట్రైన్స్‌కు తోడు ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీకి మెట్రో రైలును అనుసంధానం చేయబోతున్నాం. బుల్లెట్ ట్రైన్ హబ్‌తో పాటు మెట్రో, అతిపెద్ద బస్ టర్మినల్ కూడా నిర్మించబోతున్నాం.

ఇవన్నీ పూర్తిచేయాలంటే స్థానిక ప్రజాప్రతినిధుల సహకారం అవసరం. అభివృద్ధి పనులు వేగంగా చేయాలన్న ఆలోచనలో చిన్నచిన్న తప్పిదాలు దొర్లితే అవి ఉద్దేశపూర్వకంగా చేసినవి కాదు. ప్రభుత్వంపై నమ్మకం పెట్టుకుని ముందుకు నడవాలి” అని కోరారు.

ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు మావోయిస్టుల గురించి మాట్లాడుతూ, అజ్ఞాతంలో ఉన్న అగ్రనేత గణపతి లొంగిపోయి జనజీవన స్రవంతిలో కలవాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు. “గణపతి గారి ఆరోగ్యం బాగా లేదని సమాచారం ఉంది. లొంగిపోతే వారికి అవసరమైన వైద్యం అందిస్తాం. అవసరమైన భద్రత కల్పిస్తాం. సమస్యల పరిష్కారానికి ప్రభుత్వం కృషి చేస్తుంది.

మావోయిస్టులు ఇంకెవరైనా అజ్ఞాతంలో ఉన్నా లొంగిపోవాలి. లొంగిపోయిన వారిని ఆర్థికంగా ఆదుకుంటాం. అభివృద్ధిలో వారందరినీ భాగస్వాములను చేసినప్పుడే నిజమైన అభివృద్ధి సాధించినట్టు. ప్రభుత్వం పిలుపు మేరకు 2024 నుంచి ఇప్పటివరకు 814 మంది నక్సలైట్లు ఉద్యమాన్ని వీడి జనజీవన స్రవంతిలో కలిశారు” అని చెప్పారు.

The people’s government operates in alignment with the aspirations of local representatives, according to Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy, who emphasized the importance of making them integral partners in the state’s developmental journey. He further stated that the government intends to involve former Naxalites in the development process and appealed to Maoist leader Ganapathi Garu, along with any others still in hiding, to surrender and join the mainstream.

 The foundation stone for the Future City Police Commissionerate was laid by the Chief Minister at Bharat Future City in Meerkhanpet, Rangareddy district. On the same occasion, he initiated the construction of the Gachibowli Traffic Police Station and inaugurated the Malkajgiri Commissionerate building, the OCTOPUS administrative block, and the Quthbullapur DCP office.

 The event was attended by Ministers Duddilla Sridhar Babu Garu and Jupally Krishna Rao Garu, Rajya Sabha Members Vem Narendra Reddy Garu and Anil Kumar Yadav Garu, several elected representatives, State DGP Shivadhar Reddy Garu, Future City Police Commissioner Sudhir Babu Garu, and other senior police officials.

 Speaking at the event, the Chief Minister noted that for Bharat Future City to emerge as a world-class metropolis, it is essential to resolve local issues by involving Sarpanches, Councilors, Corporators, MLAs, and all other public representatives. He remarked that only through such collective participation can the city truly flourish.

 “Representatives from some neighboring villages brought to my notice that their areas were not included in the Future City limits. I urge them to conduct Gram Sabhas, pass the necessary resolutions, and submit them to the Collector. The fruits of development must reach everyone. This government works according to the people’s wishes, and our goal is to transform this region into a state-of-the-art city,” he stated.

 “This region is highly conducive to investment. We recently held a three-day Global Summit here because we believe developmental milestones should be showcased where they happen. Rather than signing agreements for this region elsewhere, we are establishing a dedicated Future City office right here. Construction will be completed before June 2nd, and all future operations will be conducted from that building,” he explained.

 “When projects like HITEC City, the ORR, and the International Airport were first proposed in Hyderabad, some mocked them and questioned their feasibility. Yet, they became a reality. Today, the 160 km Outer Ring Road stands as a feat unmatched by any other city in the country,” he added.

 The Chief Minister assured that the government would appropriately support all those who lose their land for the Future City project. He instructed officials to act with a humanitarian perspective toward the poor, stating, “The government has no intention of causing loss to anyone. If your children are educated, we will provide them with training at the Skills University and create employment opportunities. We must respect those giving up their land for development and listen to their concerns.”

 “World-class structures will rise here. In the future, those who do not invest here will feel they have missed out. Shamshabad is set to become a Bullet Train hub, and we are integrating the Future City with Metro Rail connectivity. Along with the Bullet Train hub and Metro, we will also construct a massive bus terminal,” he detailed.

 “The cooperation of local representatives is vital to complete these projects. Any minor lapses that occur in the rush to accelerate development are not intentional. I urge everyone to move forward with trust in the government,” he requested.

 Turning his focus to the Maoist movement, the Chief Minister issued an appeal to the underground leader Ganapathi Garu to surrender. “We have information that Ganapathi Garu is in poor health. If he surrenders, the government will provide necessary medical care and ensure his safety. We are committed to resolving issues through dialogue.”

 “I appeal to all other Maoists remaining in hiding to join the mainstream. The government will provide financial support to those who surrender. True progress is achieved only when everyone is a partner in development. Following the government’s call, 814 individuals have left the movement and rejoined mainstream society since 2024,” he concluded.
