విద్యార్థుల‌కు అవ‌స‌ర‌మైన సామ‌గ్రి అంతా స‌కాలంలో అందేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.

విద్యార్థుల‌కు అవ‌స‌ర‌మైన సామ‌గ్రి అంతా స‌కాలంలో అందేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. దుస్తులు, నోటు పుస్త‌కాలు, ఇత‌ర సామ‌గ్రి స‌కాలంలో అందించగలిగితే విద్యార్థులు చదువుపై పూర్తిస్థాయిలో శ్ర‌ద్ధ చూపుతార‌ని అన్నారు.

 విద్యా శాఖ‌తో పాటు బీసీ, మైనారిటీ, ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ సంక్షేమ శాఖ‌ల ప‌రిధిలోని విద్యా సంస్థ‌ల్లో రానున్న విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుంచి విద్యార్థుల‌కు అంద‌జేసే సామ‌గ్రి సెంట్ర‌లైజ్డ్ ప్రొక్యూర్‌మెంట్‌పై ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి ఉన్నతస్థాయి సమావేశంలో స‌మీక్షించారు.

 గ‌తంలో ఏ శాఖ‌కు ఆ శాఖ విడిగా ప్రొక్యూర్‌మెంట్, స‌ర‌ఫ‌రా చేప‌ట్ట‌డంతో ఏక‌రూప‌త లోపించ‌డంతో పాటు అనేక అక్ర‌మాలు చోటుచేసుకునేవ‌ని, వాటిని అరిక‌ట్టేందుకు కేంద్రీకృత కొనుగోలు విధానాన్ని అమలులోకి తెచ్చామని వివరించారు.

 అవ‌క‌త‌వ‌క‌ల‌ను ఎట్టి ప‌రిస్థితుల్లోనూ స‌హించేది లేద‌ని స్ప‌ష్టం చేశారు. సెంట్ర‌లైజ్డ్ ప్రొక్యూర్‌మెంట్ విధానంతో జ‌వాబుదారీత‌నం పెరుగుతుంద‌ని చెప్పారు. ప్ర‌భుత్వం విద్యార్థుల‌కు ప్ర‌యోజ‌నం చేకూర్చేందుకు ప్ర‌య‌త్నం చేస్తుంద‌ని, స‌ర‌ఫ‌రాదారుల ప్ర‌యోజ‌నాలు కాపాడేందుకు కాద‌న్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పలు సూచనలు చేశారు.

 విద్యార్థుల‌కు అంద‌జేసే నోటు పుస్త‌కాలు, ట్రంక్ పెట్టెలు, ప్లేట్లు, గ్లాసులు, ట్రాక్ సూట్లు, బెడ్ షీట్లు, స్కూల్ బ్యాగులు, ఐడీ కార్డులు, యూనిఫాంలు అన్నీ నాణ్య‌మైన‌వే ఉండాలి. నాణ్య‌త‌తో పాటు స‌కాలంలో అంద‌డంపైనా ప్ర‌త్యేక శ్ర‌ద్ధ వహించాలి.

 జూన్ 15 నాటికి విద్యార్థుల‌కు అవ‌స‌ర‌మైన సామ‌గ్రి మొత్తం అందాల‌ని, అలా అంద‌గానే స‌ర‌ఫ‌రాదారుల‌కు చెల్లింపులు పూర్తి చేయాలి.

 విద్యార్థుల‌కు అంద‌జేసే వ‌స్తువుల‌కు సంబంధిత మండ‌ల స్థాయిలో ఒక నోడ‌ల్ అధికారిని నియ‌మించాలి. అక్కడి నుంచి క్షేత్ర స్థాయిలో గ్రామాల్లోని పాఠశాలలు, హాస్టళ్లకు వస్తువులు పంపిణీ జరిగేలా చర్యలు చేపట్టాలి.

 పంపిణీకి సంబంధించి ఎప్పటికప్పుడు ఫొటోలు, వీడియోలు తీయించాలి. ప్ర‌తి విద్యార్థికి వారికి అవ‌స‌ర‌మైన సామ‌గ్రి అంతా అందిందా లేదా అనే దానిని తనిఖీ చేసుకోవాలి.

 నోటు పుస్త‌కాలు, యూనిఫాం, ఇత‌ర సామ‌గ్రి నాణ్యత, వాటిని అందుకున్న త‌ర్వాత వారి భావాల‌ను తెలియ‌జేసేందుకు విద్యార్థుల నుంచి ఫీడ్‌బ్యాక్ తీసుకోవాలి.

 ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, బీసీ, మైనారిటీ, విద్యా శాఖల మ‌ధ్య సమన్వయానికి ఒక క‌మిటీని నియ‌మించాలి.

 ఈ స‌మీక్ష‌లో రాష్ట్ర ప్ర‌భుత్వ స‌ల‌హాదారు పి సుద‌ర్శ‌న్ రెడ్డి, ఎంపీ వేం న‌రేంద‌ర్ రెడ్డి గారితో పాటు ఆయా శాఖల ఉన్నతాధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

​Officials have been ordered to ensure the timely distribution of all essential student supplies by Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy. He emphasized that the prompt delivery of uniforms, notebooks, and other materials is vital for students to focus entirely on their education.

​ The Chief Minister reviewed the “Centralized Procurement” system for educational materials to be supplied starting next academic year across institutions under the Education, BC, Minority, SC, and ST Welfare departments during a high-level meeting.

​ He explained that in the past, each department handled procurement and supply individually, leading to a lack of uniformity and various irregularities. To curb these issues, the government has introduced a centralized purchasing system.

​ Clearly stating that irregularities will not be tolerated under any circumstances, he noted that the centralized procurement system would increase accountability. He stressed that the government’s priority is the welfare of students, not the interests of suppliers.

​ The Chief Minister issued several specific instructions during the session. He mandated that notebooks, trunk boxes, plates, glasses, tracksuits, bedsheets, school bags, ID cards, and uniforms must all meet high-quality standards.

​ Along with maintaining quality, special attention must be paid to ensuring timely delivery. He ordered that all necessary materials must reach the students by June 15, and payments to suppliers should be completed immediately upon delivery.

​ To streamline the process, a Nodal Officer should be appointed at the mandal level for the items being distributed to students. This officer will be responsible for ensuring materials reach schools and hostels at the village level.

​ Photos and videos must be taken throughout the distribution process to document progress. It is essential to verify whether every student has received the full range of supplies they require.

​ A feedback system should be implemented to collect students’ opinions on the quality of the notebooks, uniforms, and other materials, as well as their general experience after receiving them.

​ He ordered the formation of a coordination committee comprising the SC, ST, BC, Minority, and Education departments to ensure smooth operations across various administrative wings.

​ The review meeting was attended by State Government Advisor Sri P. Sudarshan Reddy, MP Sri Vem Narender Reddy, and senior officials from the respective departments.
