కోటి దీపోత్సవ కార్యక్రమాన్ని వచ్చే సంవత్సరం నుంచి అధికారిక ఉత్సవంగా నిర్వహిస్తామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు ప్రకటించారు. ఈ వేడుకకు జాతీయ స్థాయిలో గుర్తింపు రావలసిన అవసరం ఉందని, కోటి దీపోత్సవ కార్యక్రమానికి జాతీయ స్థాయి గుర్తింపును ఇవ్వాలని కోరుతూ ప్రధానమంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ గారికి లేఖ రాస్తానని తెలిపారు.
పుట్టిన రోజున ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు సతీసమేతంగా భక్తి టీవీ చానెల్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో ఎన్టీఆర్ స్టేడియంలో నిర్వహిస్తున్న కోటి దీపోత్సవం కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొన్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారికి వేద పండితులు పూర్ణ కుంభ స్వాగతం పలికారు.
అక్కడ వేద మంత్రోచ్చారణల మధ్య వైభవోపేతంగా జరిగిన వేములవాడ శ్రీ రాజరాజేశ్వర స్వామి వారి కల్యాణోత్సవాన్ని తిలకించారు. కోటి లింగేశ్వర స్వామి వారికి శత అష్టోత్తర పంచ మహా హారతులను ఇచ్చారు. స్వర్ణ మహాలక్ష్మి మాత గారికి పూజలు నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు అశేషంగా హాజరైన భక్తులను ఉద్దేశించి ప్రసంగించారు. గడిచిన 14 సంవత్సరాలుగా ఈ కోటి దీపోత్సవం కార్యక్రమాన్ని విజయవంతంగా నిర్వహిస్తున్నందుకు శ్రీ తుమ్మల నరేంద్ర చౌదరి గారి దంపతులను, రచన టెలివిజన్ యాజమాన్యం, సిబ్బందికి అభినందనలు తెలిపారు.
మొదట హైదరాబాద్లో ప్రారంభమైన ఈ కార్యక్రమం దేశ సరిహద్దులు దాటి ప్రపంచ దేశాల్లో ఉన్న భక్త కోటికి హరహర మహాదేవుడి నామస్మరణ వినిపిస్తున్నారని, ఇంతటి అద్భుత కార్యక్రమం ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్నందుకు నిర్వాహకులకు తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం తరఫున అభినందనలు తెలియజేశారు.
జన్మదినం రోజున భక్తుల సమక్షంలో గడుపుకోవడం తనకు జీవిత కాలం గుర్తుండిపోయే మధుర జ్ఞాపకంగా మిగులుతుందని చెబుతూ, ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు భక్తకోటికి హృదయ పూర్వక కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలిపారు. ఆధ్యాత్మక కార్యక్రమాల ద్వారా దేశంలోనే అత్యధికంగా వీక్షించే భక్తి చానెల్గా కోట్లాది మంది భక్తుల మన్ననలు పొందడం అభినందనీయమని అన్నారు.
ఎన్ని సమస్యలతో కొట్టుమిట్టాడుతున్నప్పటికీ భక్తితో ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొంటే గొప్ప ఆధ్యాత్మిక శక్తిని అందిస్తుందని, ఆ శక్తితో తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రాన్ని అభివృద్ధి పథం వైపు నడిపించడం, దేశంలోనే ఆదర్శవంతమైన రాష్ట్రంగా తీర్చిదిద్దడంలో కోట్లాది మంది భక్తులు తనకు శక్తిని ఇవ్వాలని కోరారు.
వేలాదిగా హాజరైన భక్తుల సమక్షంలో స్వామి అమ్మవారి వాహన సేవను తిలకించారు. శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి దంపతులు వైశ్య కుల గురువులు హల్దీపురం పీఠాధిపతి పూజ్యశ్రీ వామనాశ్రమ మహాస్వామీజీ వారి ఆశీర్వచనం తీసుకున్నారు. కాజీపేట శ్వేతార్క మహాగణపతి అనుగ్రహం తీసుకున్నారు. కార్తీక దీపారాధన చేశారు. అనంతరం సప్త హారతిని వీక్షించారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy announced that the Koti Deepotsavam will be celebrated as an official state festival from next year. He stated that the event deserves national recognition and assured that he would write to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi requesting national festival status for Koti Deepotsavam.
On his birthday, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, along with his wife, participated in the Koti Deepotsavam organized by Bhakti TV Channel at NTR Stadium, Hyderabad. On this occasion, he was accorded a Poorna Kumbha welcome by Vedic scholars.
Amidst the chanting of Vedic hymns, the Chief Minister witnessed the Kalyanotsavam of Vemulawada Sri Rajarajeswara Swamy, held in a grand and devotional atmosphere. He offered Shata Ashtottara Pancha Maha Aartis to Sri Koti Lingeshwara Swamy and performed puja to Swarnam Mahalakshmi Mata.
Addressing the large gathering of devotees, the Chief Minister congratulated Sri Tummala Narendra Chowdhary and his wife, along with the management and staff of Rachana Television, for successfully organizing the Koti Deepotsavam for the past 14 years.
He noted that the festival, which began in Hyderabad, has now reached devotees across India and around the world, spreading the divine chant of “Harahara Mahadeva.” He appreciated the organizers on behalf of the Telangana Government for conducting such a remarkable spiritual event.
The Chief Minister expressed that spending his birthday among devotees was a cherished and memorable experience. He extended his heartfelt gratitude to the Koti devotees and praised Bhakti TV for becoming one of the most-watched devotional channels in the country through its spiritual programming.
He said that even amidst challenges, participating in such spiritual events brings immense divine strength. He prayed that this spiritual power would guide him and the people of Telangana to drive the State’s development and make Telangana a model state for the nation.
In the presence of thousands of devotees, the Chief Minister and his wife witnessed the Swami Ammavari Vahana Seva. They received the blessings of Vaishya Gurus and Haldipuram Peethadhipathi Pujyashri Vamanashrama Mahaswamiji, and also sought the blessings of Kazipet Shwetarka Mahaganapati. They performed Karthika Deeparadhana and later witnessed the Sapta Aarti.
