వరదలతో దెబ్బతిన్న ప్రాంతాలను ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో పరిశీలించారు. వరద ప్రభావిత ప్రాంతాల్లో ఏరియల్ పరిశీలన అనంతరం, హనుమకొండ చేరుకున్న ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పట్టణంలోని సమ్మయ్య నగర్, కాపువాడ, పోతననగర్ తదితర ప్రాంతాల్లో పర్యటించారు.
వరదల వల్ల తీవ్రంగా దెబ్బతిన్న ఆ ప్రాంతాలను పరిశీలిస్తూ బాధితులతో మాట్లాడారు. అవసరమైన సహాయక చర్యలు తీసుకుని, అన్ని రకాలుగా ఆదుకుంటామని బాధితులకు భరోసానిచ్చారు. దెబ్బతిన్న రోడ్లు, కల్వర్టులు, నాలాలను పరిశీలించి, మరమ్మతులు చేయించాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. తక్షణం పారిశుధ్య పనులు చేపట్టాలని ఆదేశాలిచ్చారు.
ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారి వెంట మంత్రులు పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస రెడ్డి గారు, కొండా సురేఖ గారు, పొన్నం ప్రభాకర్ గారితో పాటు ఎంపీలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, హనుమకొండ, వరంగల్ జిల్లాల కలెక్టర్లు, ఇతర అధికారులు ఉన్నారు.
ఆయా ప్రాంతాల్లో చేపట్టాల్సిన పనులు, తక్షణం తీసుకోవలసిన చర్యలపై ఈ సందర్భంగా అధికారులకు పలు సూచనలు చేశారు. సహాయక చర్యలను మరింత ముమ్మరం చేయాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy inspected the flood-affected areas at the field level. After conducting an aerial survey of the flood-hit regions, the Chief Minister reached Hanumakonda and visited Sammayya Nagar, Kapuvada, Pothananagar, and other affected areas in the town.
He inspected the severely affected localities and interacted with the victims. The Chief Minister assured them that all necessary relief measures would be taken and that the government would extend every possible support. He instructed the officials to inspect and repair the damaged roads, culverts, and drains, and directed that sanitation works be taken up immediately.
The Chief Minister was accompanied by Ministers Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, Konda Surekha, and Ponnam Prabhakar, along with MPs, MLCs, MLAs, the Collectors of Hanumakonda and Warangal districts, and other senior officials.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister gave several instructions and suggestions to the officials regarding the works to be undertaken in the respective areas and emphasized the need to further intensify relief operations.
