తెలంగాణలో పెట్టుబడులకు ప్రభుత్వం అండగా నిలుస్తుందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు పునరుద్ఘాటించారు. పర్యాటక రంగంలో ప్రపంచంలో సమున్నత స్థానంలో నిలబెట్టాలన్న లక్ష్యంతో ప్రభుత్వం పని చేస్తోందని స్పష్టం చేశారు. పెట్టుబడులకు, పర్యాటకులకు సంపూర్ణ రక్షణ కల్పిస్తామని చెప్పారు.
ప్రపంచ పర్యాటక దినోత్సవం రోజున శిల్పారామం, సంప్రదాయ వేదికలో ‘టూరిజం కాంక్లేవ్ -2025’ లో ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి మల్లు భట్టి విక్రమార్క గారు, మంత్రులు జూపల్లి కృష్ణారావు గారు, వాకిటి శ్రీహరి గారు, సలహాదారు వేం నరేందర్ రెడ్డి గార్లతో కలిసి ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పాల్గొన్నారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా పర్యాటక రంగంలో వివిధ ప్రాజెక్టులపై ప్రభుత్వంతో కుదిరిన ఎంఓయూలను ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు సమక్షంలో అందజేశారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా కాంక్లేవ్ను ఉద్దేశించి ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు మాట్లాడుతూ.. “తెలంగాణ ఏర్పడిన తర్వాత గత పదేళ్లుగా పర్యాటక రంగంలో రాష్ట్రానికి ప్రత్యేక విధానం లేదు. మా ప్రభుత్వం ప్రత్యేక పాలసీని ప్రకటించడమే కాకుండా మొట్టమొదటి తెలంగాణ టూరిజం కాంక్లేవ్ -2025 నిర్వహించడం అభినందనీయం.
వివిధ టూరిజం ప్రాజెక్టుల కోసం 15 వేల కోట్ల రూపాయల మేరకు పెట్టుబడులను ఆకర్షించాం. టూరిజం రంగంలో పెట్టుబడులకు తెలంగాణలో ఎన్నో అవకాశాలు ఉన్నాయి. అందుకే, అధికారులు ఈ ఏడాది 50 వేల కోట్ల మేరకు పెట్టుబడులను సాధించాలని లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకోవాలి.
హైదరాబాద్ (Hyderabad) నగరంలో చార్మినార్, గోల్కొండ లాంటి ఎన్నో చారిత్రక కట్టడాలు ఉన్నాయి. టైగర్ రిజర్వు, కవాల్ టైగర్ రిజర్వ్, వారసత్వ సంపదగా యునెస్కో గుర్తింపు పొందిన రామప్ప దేవాలయంతో పాటు, వేయి స్తంభాల గుడి, ఆలంపూర్ శక్తి పీఠాలు.. ఇలా చెప్పుకుంటూపోతే అనేక ప్రత్యేకతలున్న ప్రాంతాలున్నాయి.
తెలంగాణలో అత్యుత్తమ, సాంస్కృతిక పర్యాటక ప్రాంతాలున్నాయి. అందుకే ఎకో టూరిజం, మెడికల్ టూరిజం, టెంపుల్ టూరిజం ఇలా అన్ని రంగాల్లో ప్రోత్సహిస్తున్నాం. గొప్ప సాంస్కృతిక వారసత్వం కలిగిన హైదరాబాద్ ఓల్డ్ సిటీ కాదు. ఒరిజినల్ సిటీ. ప్రపంచ నగరాలతో పోటీ పడాలన్న లక్ష్యాన్ని పెట్టుకున్నాం. ఐటీ, ఫార్మా రంగాలే కాదు. పర్యాటక రంగంలో పెట్టుబడులను ఆకర్షించాలి.
ఆపరేషన్ సిందూర్ జరుగుతున్న సమయంలో మిస్ వరల్డ్ పోటీలను నిర్వహించాం. హైదరాబాద్ అత్యంత సురక్షితమైన నగరం. పెట్టుబడులు, పర్యాటకుల రక్షణ విషయంలో ప్రభుత్వం అండగా ఉంటుంది.” అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు చెప్పారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో టూరిజం కార్పొరేషన్ చైర్మన్ పటేల్ రమేష్ రెడ్డి గారు, తెలంగాణ ఫిలిమ్ డెవలప్మెంట్ కార్పొరేషన్ చైర్మన్ దిల్ రాజు గారు, టూరిజం శాఖ ప్రత్యేక ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి జయేశ్ రంజన్ గారు, తెలంగాణ డీజీపీ జితేందర్ గారితో పాటు ఉన్నతాధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
టూరిజం రంగంలో ఉత్తమ సేవలు అందించిన వివిధ సంస్థలకు ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో అవార్డులను బహూకరించారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy reiterated that the government will strongly support investments in Telangana. He emphasized that the government is working with the aim of establishing the tourism sector among the top in the world. He assured that complete protection will be provided to both investors and tourists.
On the occasion of World Tourism Day, the Chief Minister participated in the ‘Tourism Conclave 2025’ at the traditional venue of Shilparamam, along with Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Minister Jupally Krishna Rao, Vakiti Srihari, and Vem Narender Reddy. During the event, several MoUs were signed in the presence of the Chief Minister for various projects in the tourism sector.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said, “Since the formation of Telangana, the state has not had a special policy for the tourism sector over the past ten years. It is commendable that our government has not only announced a special policy but also organized the first-ever Tourism Conclave-2025.”
He highlighted that investments worth Rs 15,000 crore have already been attracted for various tourism projects. Telangana offers numerous opportunities for investment in the tourism sector, and the government has set a target of achieving investments of Rs 50 crore this year.
Hyderabad city boasts many historical monuments such as Charminar and Golconda Fort. Additionally, the state has Tiger Reserve, Kawal Tiger Reserve, UNESCO-recognized Ramappa Temple, Thousand Pillar Temple, Alampur Shakti Peethas, and many other unique locations that showcase Telangana’s heritage.
The Chief Minister stated, “Telangana has some of the best cultural and tourist destinations. That is why we are promoting eco-tourism, medical tourism, and temple tourism across the state. Hyderabad is not just an old city; it is the Original City. Our goal is to compete with world-class cities. Our focus is not limited to IT and pharma; we aim to attract investments in the tourism sector as well.”
He also mentioned that the Miss World pageant was successfully organized during Operation Sindoor and emphasized, “Hyderabad is one of the safest cities. The government will continue to stand by investors and ensure the protection of tourists.”
The Chief Minister launched a portal designed to provide all necessary details for studios, shooting locations, and post-production facilities for the convenience of both local and international film industry professionals.
The program was attended by Tourism Corporation Chairman Patel Ramesh Reddy, Telangana Film Development Corporation Chairman Dil Raju, Special Chief Secretary Jayesh Ranjan, DGP Jitender, and other senior officials. Awards were presented to various organizations that have provided exemplary services in the tourism sector.
