తెలంగాణలో అత్యంత కీలకమైన పాలమూరు – రంగారెడ్డి ఎత్తిపోతల పథకంతో పాటు డిండి, కల్వకుర్తి, భీమా, నెట్టెంపాడు, కోయిల్ సాగర్ ప్రాజెక్టులను అడ్డుకోవద్దని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ కు విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. “తెలంగాణ ప్రాజెక్టులను అడ్డుకోవద్దని విజ్ఞప్తి చేస్తున్నాం. సహకరించాలని కోరుతున్నాం. మా విజ్ఞప్తులను వినకపోతే పోరాటం చేసి సాధించుకుంటాం. నాయకత్వం వహించే బాధ్యత నేను తీసుకుంటా..” అని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
ఉమ్మడి రాష్ట్రం ఉన్నప్పుడు పాలమూరును దత్తత తీసుకున్న శ్రీ నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు గారికి ఇప్పుడు రెండు రాష్టాలు సమంగా, తెలుగు వారు అభివృద్ధి సాధించాలన్న ఆలోచనే నిజమైతే రోజుకు 3 టీఎంసీల నీటిని తరలించే రాయలసీమ లిఫ్ట్ ఇరిగేషన్ ప్రాజెక్టును రద్దు చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
నాగర్కర్నూలు జిల్లా కొల్లపూర్, జటప్రోలులో ప్రతిపాదిత యంగ్ ఇండియా రెసిడెన్షియల్ స్కూల్ నిర్మాణానికి ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు శంకుస్థాపన చేశారు. ముందుగా అక్కడ మదనగోపాల స్వామి వారి ఆలయం చేరుకుని స్వామి వారి ఆశీర్వాదం తీసుకున్నారు.
రెసిడెన్షియల్ స్కూల్ శంకుస్థాపన అనంతరం, మంత్రులు దామోదర రాజనర్సింహ గారు, జూపల్లి కృష్ణా రావు గారు, వాకిటి శ్రీహరి గారు, ఎంపీ మల్లు రవి గారు, ఉమ్మడి జిల్లాకు చెందిన ఎమ్మెల్సీ, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, స్థానిక ప్రజా ప్రతినిధులు సమక్షంలో జరిగిన “ప్రజా పాలన – ప్రగతి బాట” బహిరంగ సభలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ప్రసంగించారు.
రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రతిపాదిత నీటి పారుదల ప్రాజెక్టులు, మహిళాభ్యున్నతికి అమలు చేస్తున్న సంక్షేమ పథకాలు, ఉద్యోగ నియామకాల వంటి అంశాలను రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు ప్రధానంగా ప్రస్తావించారు. తెలంగాణ చేపట్టిన ప్రాజెక్టులను అడ్డుకోవద్దని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు గారికి విజ్ఞప్తి చేస్తూనే అడ్డుపడితే పోరాటం చేస్తామని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
“మా ప్రాజెక్టులను అడ్డుకోవద్దు. అక్కడి సూర్యుడి ఇక్కడ పొడిచినా ప్రాజెక్టులను పూర్తి చేసే బాధ్యత తీసుకుంటాం. పాలమూరు వలసల జిల్లా కాదు. పరిపాలన అందించే జిల్లాగా నిరూపిస్తాం. చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు గారికి మా విజ్ఞప్తి. వారు బాధ్యతగా వ్యవహరించాలి. సహకరించి ఉదారతను చాటుకోవాలి.
పాలమూరు – రంగారెడ్డి, డిండి, కల్వకుర్తి, భీమా కోయిల్ సాగర్, నెట్టెంపాడు అన్ని సాగునీటి ప్రాజెక్టుల భూ సేకరణ ప్రక్రియను ఈ ఏడాది డిసెంబర్ 9 నాటికి పూర్తి చేసి అందరికీ నష్ట పరిహారం చెల్లిస్తాం. రాబోయే రెండేండ్లలో ప్రాజెక్టులను పూర్తి చేయాలని లక్ష్యంగా పని చేస్తాం. అలాగే, తుమ్మిడిహెట్టి నుంచి వికారాబాద్, తాండూరు, చేవెళ్ల వరకు నీరు తీసుకొచ్చే బాధ్యతను తీసుకుంటాం.
అధికారం చేపట్టిన మొదటి సంవత్సరంలోనే 60 వేల ఉద్యోగాలు భర్తీ చేశాం. సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఆదేశాల మేరకు దేశంలోనే ఎస్సీ ఉప కులాల వర్గీకరణ పూర్తి చేసిన మొదటి రాష్ట్రం తెలంగాణ. ఎస్సీ ఉపకులాలకు నష్టం వాటిల్లకూడదని వర్గీకరణ ప్రక్రియ పూర్తయ్యాక భర్తీ చేయాలన్న ఉద్దేశంతో కొంతకాలం ఆపి ఇప్పుడు పూర్తి చేయబోతున్నాం.
ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం అధికారం చేపట్టి రెండున్నర సంవత్సరాల కాలం పూర్తయ్యే లోపు మరో 40 వేల ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీ చేస్తాం. మొత్తంగా లక్ష ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీ చేసి దేశానికే ఆదర్శంగా, తెలంగాణ మాడల్ ను ఆవిష్కరిస్తాం. విదేశీ పర్యటనల సందర్భంగా దాదాపు 3 లక్షల కోట్ల మేరకు పెట్టుబడులను ఆకర్షించడమే కాకుండా ప్రైవేటు రంగంలో లక్ష ఉద్యోగావకాశాలు కల్పించాం.
అధికారం చేపట్టిన 18 నెలల కాలంలో దేశంలో ఏ రాష్ట్రం చేయలేనన్ని సంక్షేమ పథకాలు మహిళలకు అందించాం. మహిళలను చైతన్యవంతులను చేసి రాష్ట్రాన్ని అభివృద్ధి దిశగా నడిపించాలని లక్ష్యంగా నిర్దేశించాం. తెలంగాణ 2035 నాటికి 1 ట్రిలియన్ డాలర్ ఆర్థిక శక్తిగా ఎదగాలంటే రాష్ట్రంలో కోటి మంది ఆడబిడ్డలను కోటీశ్వరులను చేయాలని సంకల్పించాం..”
వెనుకబడిన ప్రాంతమైన కొల్లాపూర్ అభివృద్ధికి సంబంధించి మంత్రి జూపల్లి గారు విజ్ఞప్తులపై సమీక్షించి అవసరమైన నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోవాలని జిల్లా ఇంచార్జీ మంత్రి దామోదర రాజనర్సింహ గారికి సూచించారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు మహిళా సంఘాలకు వడ్డీ లేని రుణాల కింద 344 కోట్ల రూపాయల చెక్కును అందించారు. అలాగే బ్యాంక్ లింకేజీ, వడ్డీ లేని రుణాలు, ప్రమాద బీమా, లోన్ బీమాలకు సంబంధించిన చెక్కులను అందజేశారు. పలువురు లబ్దిదారులకు ఆహార భద్రత (రేషన్ కార్డులు) కార్డులను అందించారు.
Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy demanded that the Andhra Pradesh government stop obstructing Telangana’s key irrigation projects — particularly the Palamuru–Ranga Reddy Lift Irrigation Scheme, as well as Dindi, Kalwakurthy, Bhima, Nettempadu, and Koil Sagar. He stated firmly that Telangana would not tolerate any hindrance in completing its rightful water projects and asserted that if Andhra Pradesh failed to cooperate, Telangana would launch a strong fight under his leadership.
The Chief Minister called on Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu, who had once adopted Palamuru during the united Andhra Pradesh days, to now cancel the Rayalaseema Lift Irrigation Project, which proposes to draw 3 TMC of water per day. He questioned whether equal development of Telugu-speaking people was truly the objective.
Earlier, the Chief Minister offered prayers at the Madanagopala Swamy temple in Jatprolu, before laying the foundation stone for the Young India Integrated Residential School in Kollapur, Nagarkurnool district. He later addressed a large public meeting in the presence of Ministers Damodar Rajanarsimha, Jupally Krishna Rao, Vakiti Srihari, MP Mallu Ravi, MLCs, MLAs, and other local representatives.
The Chief Minister announced that land acquisition for all major irrigation projects—Palamuru–Ranga Reddy, Dindi, Kalwakurthy, Bhima, Koil Sagar, and Nettempadu—would be completed by December 9, with compensation paid to all affected families. These projects will be completed within two years. He also reaffirmed the government’s resolve to bring water from Tummidihetti to Vikarabad, Tandur, and Chevella.
He stated that the government had filled 60,000 government jobs in the first year and would fill another 40,000 in the next two and a half years, reaching the promised one lakh jobs. He highlighted that Telangana was the first state to implement SC sub-caste classification as per the Supreme Court’s guidance. To ensure justice to all SC sub-castes, the process was momentarily paused but is now ready for execution.
He mentioned that Telangana attracted nearly ₹3 lakh crore in investment during foreign visits, creating one lakh private-sector job opportunities. The government’s vision is to make Telangana a $1 trillion economy by 2035, and to make one crore girls in the state millionaires through targeted women empowerment programs.
At the event, the Chief Minister distributed cheques worth ₹344 crore to women’s groups under the interest-free loan scheme, along with other cheques related to bank linkage, insurance schemes, and ration cards under the food security program. Minister Jupally Krishna Rao urged District In-charge Minister Damodar Rajanarsimha to act on development proposals to uplift backward areas like Kollapur.
