2027 డిసెంబర్ నాటికి తెలంగాణ హైకోర్టు నూతన భవన సముదాయాల నిర్మాణాలను పూర్తి చేస్తామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు ప్రకటించారు. హైకోర్టు కొత్త భవన సముదాయ నిర్మాణంతో పాటు రాష్ట్రంలోని వివిధ నగరాలు, పట్టణాల్లో 49 కోర్టులు, నివాస భవనాల నిర్మాణ ప్రాజెక్టులను కూడా చేపడుతున్నట్టు చెప్పారు.
రంగారెడ్డి జిల్లా రాజేంద్రనగర్లో తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర హైకోర్టు జోన్-II నూతన భవన నిర్మాణ పనులకు సుప్రీంకోర్టు ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి జస్టిస్ సూర్యకాంత్ గారు శంకుస్థాపన చేసిన కార్యక్రమంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పాల్గొన్నారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారితో పాటు సుప్రీంకోర్టు న్యాయమూర్తులు జస్టిస్ పి ఎస్ నరసింహ గారు, జస్టిస్ ఉజ్జల్ భుయాన్ గారు, జస్టిస్ ఎస్ వెంకటనారాయణ భట్టి గారు, జస్టిస్ అలోక్ ఆరాధే గారు, తెలంగాణ హైకోర్టు ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి జస్టిస్ అపరేష్ కుమార్ సింగ్ గారితో పాటు ఇతర న్యాయకోవిదులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు మాట్లాడుతూ, “2023 డిసెంబర్లో మా ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడినప్పుడు తీసుకున్న మొదటి నిర్ణయాల్లో హైకోర్టుకు కొత్త భవన సముదాయాన్ని నిర్మించాలన్న నిర్ణయం ఒకటి. అందుకోసం రాజేంద్రనగర్లో 100 ఎకరాలకు పైగా భూమిని కేటాయించాం. భవనాల కోసం జోన్-1లో ఇప్పటికే ప్రారంభించిన పనులు వేగంగా జరుగుతున్నాయి. ఈ రోజు జోన్-2లో నివాస భవనాలకు ఈరోజు శంకుస్థాపన చేసుకున్నాం. వీటి నిర్మాణాలను డిసెంబర్ 2027 నాటికి పూర్తి చేయాలని మా ప్రభుత్వం లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకుంది” అని చెప్పారు.
“న్యాయవ్యవస్థకు అత్యుత్తమ సౌకర్యాలు అందించడం కార్యనిర్వాహక విభాగం బాధ్యతగా భావిస్తున్నాం. ఇక్కడ నిర్మించబోయే భవనం దేశంలోనే అతిపెద్ద హైకోర్టు సముదాయాల్లో ఒకటిగా మాత్రమే కాకుండా, ఆధునికత, మౌలిక వసతుల పరంగా ఒక ప్రమాణంగా నిలుస్తుంది.
ప్రజాస్వామ్యంలో శాసన, కార్యనిర్వాహక, న్యాయ వ్యవస్థలు పరస్పర ఆధారపడి, గౌరవంతో పనిచేస్తాయి. సాధారణ పౌరుడు న్యాయం కోసం చివరగా ఆశ్రయించేది న్యాయస్థానాన్నే. అలాంటి న్యాయస్థానానికి కావలసిన భవన నిర్మాణ శంకుస్థాపన కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొనడం జీవితంలో నాకు లభించిన ఒక గొప్ప అవకాశంగా భావిస్తా” అని అన్నారు.
“కొత్తగా నిర్మించే హైకోర్టు సమాజానికి, ప్రజాస్వామ్యానికి ఒక ప్రతీకగా నిలుస్తుంది. ఇది పేదలు, బలహీనులు న్యాయం కోసం వచ్చే వారికి వేదికగా నిలుస్తుంది. రాబోయే వంద సంవత్సరాల పాటు పేదలు, బలహీనులు, అణగారిన వర్గాలు న్యాయం కోసం ఈ మందిరానికి వస్తారు.
దేశంలో ఒక దేవాలయం, మసీదు, చర్చి, గురుద్వారా నిర్మించడం గొప్ప విషయం. కానీ ఒక కోర్టు సముదాయం నిర్మించడమంటే, అందుకోసం ప్రత్యేకంగా ప్రాంగణం సృష్టించడమంటే, దీన్ని ప్రజలందరి కోసం నిర్మించే ఒక పవిత్ర ఆలయంగా భావిస్తా” అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు చెప్పారు.
“ఇదొక ప్రత్యేకమైన సందర్భం. భారతదేశంలోని అగ్రశ్రేణి న్యాయ మేధావులతో కలిసి కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొనడం గౌరవంగా ఉంది. ఇలాంటి సందర్భం చాలా అరుదుగా వస్తుంది. దేశంలోనే అతిపెద్ద హైకోర్టు భవన సముదాయమే కాకుండా అత్యున్నత ప్రమాణాలు, మౌలిక సదుపాయాలతో నిర్మిస్తున్నాం.
ఈ భవన సముదాయం కేవలం నిర్మాణం కాదు. ఇది మా ప్రభుత్వ ప్రజాస్వామ్య విలువలకు ప్రతిబింబం. అన్ని వ్యవస్థలు పరస్పర గౌరవంతో, సహకారంతో పనిచేయాలని మేం విశ్వసిస్తాం. న్యాయవ్యవస్థ పట్ల మా ప్రభుత్వం అత్యున్నత గౌరవాన్ని ఇస్తుంది.
ఇది హైదరాబాద్కు ఒక సుదినం. వచ్చే శతాబ్దం కోసం ఒక అద్భుతమైన భవనాన్ని, ప్రజా జీవితానికి ఒక కీలకమైన స్థంభాన్ని నిర్మించడానికి ఒక అడుగు వేస్తున్న సందర్భం. న్యాయకోవిదులందరితో కలిసి ఇక్కడ ఉండటం అదృష్టంగా భావిస్తున్నా” అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు అన్నారు.
The construction of the new Telangana High Court complex is targeted for completion by December 2027, Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy stated, adding that the government is also undertaking the construction of 49 courts and residential buildings across various cities and towns in the state.
The Chief Minister participated in the foundation stone laying ceremony for the Telangana High Court Zone-II complex at Rajendranagar in Ranga Reddy district, where Hon’ble Supreme Court Judge Justice Surya Kant laid the foundation stone.
The event was attended by Hon’ble Supreme Court Judges Justice P.S. Narasimha, Justice Ujjal Bhuyan, Justice S.V. Bhatti, and Justice Alok Aradhe; Telangana High Court Chief Justice Justice Apares Kumar Singh; along with other judges and legal luminaries.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that one of the early decisions taken after the formation of the government in December 2023 was to construct a new High Court complex, for which over 100 acres of land were allocated at Rajendranagar. He noted that works in Zone-I are progressing, and the foundation stone for residential buildings in Zone-II has been laid, with a target to complete the project by December 2027.
He stated that providing appropriate infrastructure to the judiciary is an important responsibility of the executive, and noted that the upcoming complex is being planned with modern facilities.
Referring to the role of institutions in a democracy, he observed that the legislature, executive, and judiciary function with mutual respect and interdependence, and that courts serve as an important forum for citizens seeking justice.
He added that the new High Court complex is expected to serve future needs and function as an important institution for people from all sections of society.
Describing the occasion as significant, the Chief Minister stated that the project reflects the government’s approach towards strengthening public institutions and supporting the justice delivery system.
