నదీ జలాల విషయంలో పక్క రాష్ట్రాలతో వివాదాలు కోరుకోవడం లేదని, చర్చల ద్వారా సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించుకోవాలని తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం భావిస్తోందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు స్పష్టం చేశారు. నదీ జలాలకు సంబంధించి పంచాయతీ కావాలా..! నీళ్లు కావాలా..! అని అడిగితే తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రానికి నీళ్లు కావాలని కోరుకుంటామని చెప్పారు.
నదీ జలాలపై రాజకీయ ప్రయోజనం పొందాలని ప్రభుత్వం భావించడం లేదని, రాజకీయాలకు అతీతంగా చర్చల ద్వారా పరిష్కరించుకోవాలని కోరుకుంటున్నామని అన్నారు. రంగారెడ్డి జిల్లా మహేశ్వరం మండలం రావిర్యాలలోని ఈ-సిటీలో నెలకొల్పిన సుజెన్ మెడికేర్ (Suzen Medicare) ఫ్లూయిడ్స్ తయారీ యూనిట్ ను ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ప్రారంభించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఏర్పాటు చేసిన సభలో తెలంగాణ జల వివాదాలను ప్రస్తావించారు. “పక్క రాష్ట్రాలతో తెలంగాణ వివాదాలను కోరుకోవడం లేదు. న్యాయస్థానాల ముందుకు లేదా మరెవరి వద్దనో పంచాయతీ పెట్టుకునే కన్నా సమస్యపై కూర్చొని చర్చల ద్వారా పరిష్కరించుకోవాలి.
నీటి వివాదాల విషయంలో తెలంగాణ శాశ్వత పరిష్కారం కోరుకుంటోంది. అభివృద్ధి సాధించాలంటే పక్క రాష్ట్రాల సహకారం, సయోధ్య ఉండాలి. రాజకీయాలకు అతీతంగా పరిష్కారం కోసం అందరూ సహకరించాలి..” అని పక్క రాష్ట్ర ప్రజా ప్రతినిధులకు విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు.
కృష్ణా నదిపై ఉమ్మడి రాష్ట్రంలో మంజూరైన ప్రాజెక్టులకు అడ్డంకులు సృష్టించరాదని ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు గారికి విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. జల వివాదాలపై శాశ్వత పరిష్కారం, రాష్ట్ర ప్రయోజనాలపై వివాదాలను కోరుకోవడం లేదని, సమస్యల పరిష్కారం కోసం సహకరించాలని కోరారు.
ఉమ్మడి రాష్ట్రంలో మంజూరైన పాలమూరు – రంగారెడ్డి, కల్వకుర్తి, డిండి, ఎస్ఎల్బీసీ, బీమా, నెట్టెంపాడు వంటి ప్రాజెక్టులకు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ అభ్యంతరాల వల్ల పర్యావరణం, సీడబ్ల్యూసీ నుంచి సమస్యలు తలెత్తుతున్నాయని ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. అలాగే కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి రావలసిన నిధులు, అనుమతులు కూడా రావడం లేదని, తద్వారా రాష్ట్రంపై ఆర్థిక భారం పడుతోందని చెప్పారు.
రాజకీయ ప్రయోజనాలకన్నా ప్రజలు, రైతుల ప్రయోజనాల కోసం ఆలోచన చేస్తున్నామని, పరస్పర సహకారం అవసరమని అన్నారు. పోర్టు కనెక్టివిటీ లేని తెలంగాణకు మచిలీపట్నం పోర్టుతో కనెక్టివిటీ కోసం 12 లేన్ల గ్రీన్ ఫీల్డ్ ఎక్స్ ప్రెస్ వే, రైల్వే కనెక్టివిటీతో సహా అనుమతి అడిగామని, ఆ కనెక్టివిటీని అభివృద్ధి చేయాలంటే పక్క రాష్ట్రం సహకారం అవసరమని చెప్పారు.
అలాగే, ఏపీ రాజధాని అమరావతి అభివృద్ధి చెందాలంటే తెలంగాణ సహకారం అవసరం ఉంటుందని, పరస్పరం సహకరించుకుంటేనే సమస్యలు పరిష్కారమవుతాయని అన్నారు. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, కర్ణాటక, మహారాష్ట్ర, తమిళనాడు రాష్ట్రాలతో పరస్పర సహకారాన్ని మాత్రమే కోరుకుంటున్నామని చెప్పారు. రాష్ట్రాలు ఇచ్చిపుచ్చుకునే ధోరణిలో వెళ్లాలని, చర్చల ద్వారా సమస్యల సంపూర్ణ పరిష్కారం కోసం ముందుంటామని అన్నారు.
తెలంగాణ సమగ్రాభివృద్ధి కోసం రాష్ట్రాన్ని క్యూర్(#CURE), ప్యూర్(#PURE), రేర్(#RARE) మూడు భాగాలుగా అభివృద్ధి లక్ష్యాలను నిర్దేశిస్తూ గ్లోబల్ సమ్మిట్ లో తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ 2047 విజన్ డాక్యుమెంట్ విడుదల చేశామని వివరించారు. తెలంగాణ ప్రపంచంలో జర్మనీ, జపాన్, సౌత్ కొరియా, న్యూయార్క్ లతో పోటీ పడాలని సంకల్పించామని, అందులో భాగంగానే యువ పారిశ్రామిక వేత్తలు ప్రారంభించే పరిశ్రమలను ప్రోత్సహిస్తున్నామని చెప్పారు.
ప్రపంచ నగరాలతో పోటీ పడే విధంగా ఐటీ, ఫార్మా, గ్లోబల్ కేపబిలిటీ సెంటర్స్, డేటా సెంటర్స్ వాటిల్లో పోటీ పడగలుగుతున్నాం. నిరుద్యోగ యువతకు ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు కల్పించాలంటే ప్రైవేటు రంగంలో పెట్టుబడులను ప్రోత్సహించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది.
రాష్ట్రం అభివృద్ధి సాధించడానికి పారిశ్రామిక, విద్యుత్, పర్యాటక, దేవాదాయ, వైద్య రంగాల్లో ప్రభుత్వం పాలసీలు తీసుకొచ్చిందని, విద్యా రంగంలోనూ సరికొత్త పాలసీని ప్రకటించబోతున్నాం. పెట్టుబడులను ఆకర్షించడానికి పారదర్శకమైన ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించాం. భారత్ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ వల్ల ఇక్కడి భూముల ధరలు పెరుగుతాయి. అభివృద్ధికి అందరూ సహకరించాలి. అందరి సహకారం ఉంటేనే రాష్ట్రం అభివృద్ధి సాధ్యమవుతుంది.
1995 నుంచి 2025 వరకు 30 ఏళ్ల నిరంతర శ్రమ వల్ల హైదరాబాద్ ప్రపంచ నగరాలతో పోటీ పడుతోందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు చెప్పారు. జర్మన్ సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానంతో దక్షిణ భారత దేశంలోనే ఐవీ ఫ్లూయిడ్స్ తయారీకి సంబంధించి సంస్థను ఏర్పాటు చేయడం అభినందనీయమని ప్రశంసించారు.
సుజెన్ మెడికేర్ ఐవీ ఫ్లూయిడ్స్ ఉత్పత్తి యూనిట్ ప్రారంభోత్సవ కార్యక్రమంలో శాసనసభ స్పీకర్ గడ్డం ప్రసాద్ కుమార్ గారు, మంత్రి దుద్దిళ్ల శ్రీధర్ బాబు గారు, ఎంపీ కొండా విశ్వేశ్వరరెడ్డి గారు, శాసనమండలిలో చీఫ్ విప్ పట్నం మహేందర్ రెడ్డి గారితో పాటు పలువురు ప్రజా ప్రతినిధులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy stated that the Telangana government believes in resolving issues through dialogue and does not seek disputes with neighbouring states over river waters. He added that Telangana would always prioritise water over disputes.
The Chief Minister emphasised that the government has no political agenda regarding river water issues and is committed to addressing them through discussions. These remarks were made during the inauguration of the Suzen Medicare IV fluids manufacturing unit at E-City, Raviryal, Maheshwaram mandal, Ranga Reddy district.
Addressing the gathering, Sri A. Revanth Reddy said that river water issues should be resolved through mutual discussions rather than courts or arbitration. Telangana seeks a permanent solution, achievable only through cooperation and understanding.
Speaking on the occasion, he appealed to representatives of neighbouring states to work beyond political differences. A special request was made to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Sri Nara Chandrababu Naidu not to obstruct projects sanctioned on the Krishna River during the undivided state and to extend cooperation.
The Chief Minister expressed concern that projects such as Palamuru–Rangareddy, Kalwakurthy, Dindi, SLBC, Bhima, and Nettempadu face challenges from environmental agencies and the Central Water Commission due to objections from Andhra Pradesh. Delays in approvals and pending central funds are also affecting Telangana’s finances.
Reiterating government priorities, he noted that people and farmers take precedence over political gains. Telangana has sought permissions for a 12-lane greenfield expressway and railway connectivity to Machilipatnam port, which requires cooperation from neighbouring states.
Sri A. Revanth Reddy added that Telangana’s support is also important for developing Andhra Pradesh’s capital, Amaravati. States should adopt a give-and-take approach to resolve issues. Telangana seeks cooperative relations with Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu.
On long-term vision, the Chief Minister explained that Telangana is divided into three development zones — CURE, PURE, and RARE — with specific goals for each. The Telangana Rising 2047 Vision Document was released at the Global Summit, aiming to position the state alongside global leaders.
Highlighting economic growth, he noted that Telangana is competing with global cities in IT, pharmaceuticals, global capability centres, and data centres. Attracting private investment is essential to generate employment for youth.
The Chief Minister highlighted progressive policies in industrial, power, tourism, endowments, and medical sectors. A new education policy will be announced soon. Projects such as Bharat Future City are expected to boost development and land values.
Speaking on Hyderabad’s growth, he observed that the city has emerged as a global competitor due to consistent efforts over the past three decades. He praised the establishment of an IV fluids manufacturing unit in South India using German technology.
During the inauguration, Assembly Speaker Sri Gaddam Prasad Kumar, Minister Sri Duddilla Sridhar Babu, MP Sri Konda Vishweshwar Reddy, Legislative Council Chief Whip Sri Patnam Mahender Reddy, and other public representatives were present.
