Chief Minister reviewed the functioning of the newly appointed zonal commissioners during a meeting held at the Integrated Command Control Centre

 నగరాన్ని వివిధ జోన్లుగా పునర్వ్యవస్థీకరించిన నేపథ్యంలో కొత్తగా నియమితులైన జోనల్ కమిషనర్లతో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ఇంటిగ్రెటెడ్ కమాండ్ కంట్రోల్ సెంటర్‌ (ICCC)లో సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా జోనల్ కమిషనర్లకు దిశానిర్దేశం చేశారు.

 “రాష్ట్రం మొత్తం ప్రణాళికాబద్ధంగా అభివృద్ధి చేసుకోవాలనే తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ – 2047 విజన్ డాక్యుమెంట్‌ను విడుదల చేసుకున్నాం. హైదరాబాద్ నగర పరిపాలన పట్టాలెక్కించాలన్నది ప్రభుత్వ ఆలోచన. ప్రధానంగా నగరంలో చెత్త నిర్వహణ అత్యంత సంక్లిష్టమైన సమస్య. ఈ సమస్యపై జోనల్ కమిషనర్లు తమ పరిధిలో ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధ తీసుకోవాలి.

 చెత్త నిర్వహణతో పాటు జోన్ల వారీగా ప్రజల సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించాల్సిన బాధ్యత జోనల్ కమిషనర్లదే. జోనల్ కమిషనర్లు ప్రతీ రోజు క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో పరిశీలన చేయాల్సిందే. నగరంలో ప్లాస్టిక్‌ను పూర్తిగా నిషేధించాలన్నది ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యం. దశల వారీగా ప్లాస్టిక్‌ను పూర్తిగా నిషేధించాలి.

 చెరువులు, నాలాలు, చెత్త డంపింగ్ ఏరియాల వద్ద సీసీ కెమెరాలు ఏర్పాటు చేసి పర్యవేక్షించాలి. చెరువులు, నాలాలను ఆక్రమణల నుంచి నగరాన్ని కాపాడాల్సిన బాధ్యత అందరిపైన ఉంది.

 నెలకు మూడు రోజులు శానిటేషన్‌పై స్పెషల్ డ్రైవ్ నిర్వహించాలి. రోడ్లపై ఎక్కడా చెత్త కనిపించడానికి వీల్లేదు. అలాగే రోడ్లపై గుంతలు కనిపించొద్దు. ఎప్పటికప్పుడు అవసరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి.

 ప్రతీ పది రోజులకోసారి గార్బేజ్ క్లియరెన్స్ డ్రైవ్ నిర్వహించాలి. ఎక్కడ సమస్య తలెత్తినా పరిష్కరించేందుకు టోల్ ఫ్రీ నంబర్‌కు వచ్చే ఫిర్యాదులపై వీలయినంత తొందరగా స్పందించాలి. దోమల నివారణ, అంటువ్యాధులు ప్రభలకుండా చర్యలు చేపట్టాలి.

 కోర్-అర్బన్ ఏరియాలో డీజిల్ బస్సులు, ఆటోల స్థానంలో ఎలక్ట్రిక్ వాహనాలు తీసుకురావాలని నిర్ణయించాం. నగరంలో కాలుష్య నియంత్రణకు అవసరమైన పూర్తిస్థాయి ప్రక్షాళన తీసుకుంటున్నాం.

 ప్రజలకు ముఖ్యంగా జనన మరణ ధ్రువీకరణ, ట్రేడ్ లైసెన్సులు, ఇతర ధ్రువ పత్రాల జారీ విషయంలో ఎలాంటి లోటుపాట్లు జరక్కుండా, ఇబ్బందులు కలగకుండా సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానాన్ని వినియోగించాలి. ఆన్‌లైన్ సేవల ద్వారా ప్రజలకు పారదర్శక సేవలు అందించాలి.

 కాలనీ వెల్ఫేర్ అసోసియేషన్, అపార్ట్‌మెంట్ అసోసియేషన్‌లతో అనుసంధానం ఉండేలా కమ్యూనికేషన్ వ్యవస్థలను ఏర్పాటు చేసుకోవాలి. గుడ్ గవర్నెన్స్ నుంచి స్మార్ట్ గవర్నెన్స్‌కు మారాలి.

 హైడ్రా (HYDRAA), జీహెచ్ఎంసీ (GHMC), వాటర్ వర్క్స్ (HMWSSB) విభాగాలు నాలాల పూడిక తీత పనులు జనవరి నుంచి మొదలు పెట్టాలి. నగరంలో వీధి దీపాలు సరిపడా ఉండేలా చూసుకోవాలి. కోర్ అర్బన్ ఏరియాలో ఆయా విభాగాల అధికారులను సమన్వయం చేసే బాధ్యత స్పెషల్ సీఎస్ చూసుకుంటారు. అందరూ కలిసి పనిచేస్తేనే నగర భవిష్యత్తు బాగుంటుంది..” అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు దిశానిర్దేశం చేశారు.

 ఈ సమీక్షా సమావేశంలో సీఎం సలహాదారు వేం నరేందర్ రెడ్డి గారు, ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి రామకృష్ణ రావు గారితో పాటు ఇతర ఉన్నతాధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy stated that Hyderabad has been reorganized into 12 zones, 60 circles, and 300 wards to ensure planned and systematic development of the Core-Urban Region Economy Area (CURE) located within the Outer Ring Road. In this context, he instructed the Hyderabad city zonal commissioners to prepare a five-year action plan in line with the government’s decision to comprehensively strengthen governance in the core urban region.

 After the reorganization, the Chief Minister reviewed the functioning of the newly appointed zonal commissioners during a meeting held at the Integrated Command Control Centre (ICCC) and offered guidance on administrative priorities.

 Referring to the Telangana Rising – 2047 Vision Document, the Chief Minister said the government envisions planned development across the state and aims to streamline Hyderabad’s urban administration.

 He noted that waste management remains a major challenge for the city and directed zonal commissioners to give focused attention to the issue within their respective jurisdictions.

 Along with waste management, zonal commissioners were instructed to address public grievances on a zone-wise basis and to undertake regular field inspections.

 The Chief Minister stated that the government intends to phase out plastic usage in the city, with the ban to be implemented gradually.

 Instructions were given to install and monitor CCTV cameras at lakes, drains, and garbage dumping points, and to ensure collective efforts to prevent encroachments on water bodies.

 A three-day sanitation drive every month and periodic garbage clearance drives were directed to be conducted to ensure cleanliness. Timely measures should be taken to address road damage and potholes.

 Complaints received through the toll-free system should be resolved promptly. Preventive steps were also emphasized to control mosquitoes and reduce the risk of infectious diseases.

 The government has decided to encourage the transition from diesel vehicles to electric buses and auto-rickshaws in the core urban area as part of broader pollution control measures.

The Chief Minister directed that public services, including birth and death certificates, trade licenses, and other civic services, be delivered through technology-enabled and online platforms to ensure transparency and ease for citizens.

 He also instructed officials to strengthen communication mechanisms with colony welfare and apartment associations, facilitating a shift towards smart governance.

 The HYDRAA, GHMC, and HMWSSB departments were directed to begin desilting of drains from January, ensure adequate street lighting, and work in close coordination under the supervision of the Special Chief Secretary.

 Chief Minister’s Advisor Sri Vem Narender Reddy, Chief Secretary Sri Ramakrishna Rao, and other senior officials attended the review meeting.
