తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర సమగ్రాభివృద్ధి కోసం స్పష్టమైన ప్రణాళికలతో ముందుకు వెళ్లాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు నిర్ణయించారు. ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడి రెండేళ్లు పూర్తి చేసుకుంటున్న సందర్భంగా డిసెంబర్ 8 వ తేదీన రెండో వార్షికోత్సవాన్ని వైభవంగా నిర్వహించాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
తెలంగాణ అన్ని రంగాల్లో అభివృద్ధికి సాధించాలన్న లక్ష్యంతో రూపొందించిన తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్-2047 దార్శనిక పత్రాన్ని వచ్చే డిసెంబర్ 9 వ తేదీన ఆవిష్కరించనున్నట్టు తెలిపారు.
ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడి రెండేళ్లు పూర్తికావొస్తున్న నేపథ్యాన్ని పురస్కరించుకుని తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర భవిష్యత్ రోడ్ మ్యాప్, తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ గ్లోబల్ సమ్మిట్ -2025 నిర్వహణ తదితర అంశాలపై కమాండ్ కంట్రోల్ సెంటర్లో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి మల్లు భట్టి విక్రమార్క గారితో కలిసి ఉన్నతస్థాయి సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు.
రాష్ట్ర సమగ్రాభివృద్ధి కోసం రూపొందించే పాలసీ ఆధారంగానే భవిష్యత్తు నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోవడానికి వీలవుతుందని, విధానపరమైన ప్రణాళిక ఉంటే పెట్టుబడిదారులకు ఒక స్పష్టత వస్తుందని చెప్పారు.
పాలసీ డాక్యుమెంట్ ప్రభుత్వంలోని శాఖల వారిగా ఉండాలని, తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ గ్లోబల్ సమ్మిట్-2025 లో ఆయా అంశాలపై పవర్ పాయింట్ ప్రజెంటేషన్ ఇచ్చే విధంగా ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. ఈ నెలాఖరులోగా శాఖల వారిగా పాలసీ డాక్యుమెంట్ సిద్ధం కావాలని చెప్పారు.
గ్లోబల్ సమ్మిట్ ఏర్పాట్లు, సంబంధిత ఇతర అంశాలపై ఎప్పటికప్పుడు ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు సమీక్షలు నిర్వహిస్తారని, సమ్మిట్ను విజయవంతం చేయడంలో అధికారులు సమన్వయంతో పనిచేయాలని చెప్పారు. హైదరాబాద్లో నిర్వహించే గ్లోబల్ సమ్మిట్కు వివిధ దేశాల నుంచి ప్రతినిధులను ఆహ్వానించాలని, అలాగే అందుకు తగిన విధంగా భద్రత విషయంలో కట్టుదిట్టమైన జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలని అన్నారు.
ఈ సమావేశంలో సీఎం సలహాదారు వేం నరేందర్ రెడ్డి గారు, ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి రామకృష్ణా రావు గారు, డీజీపీ శివధర్ రెడ్డి గారితో పాటు ఆయా శాఖల ఉన్నతాధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy set the direction for the comprehensive development roadmap of Telangana. He instructed officials to organise the second anniversary of the Praja Government on December 8th, marking two years of transformative, people-driven governance.
The Chief Minister stated that the Telangana Rising 2047 Vision Document—designed to guide the State’s progress across all sectors—will be unveiled on December 9th. This document will serve as the long-term blueprint for Telangana’s growth over the coming decades.
As part of the two-year milestone of the Praja Government, the Chief Minister held a high-level review at the Command Control Centre along with Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka. The meeting focused on the State’s future roadmap, preparations for the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025, and other key issues.
He emphasised that major decisions must be rooted in a well-defined policy framework. A clear vision and structured policy plan will provide investors with the confidence and clarity required to support Telangana’s development journey.
The Chief Minister instructed all government departments to prepare their respective policy documents and develop detailed presentations for the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025. He advised that the overall policy framework be completed by the end of this month.
He added that the Deputy Chief Minister will conduct regular reviews on the summit arrangements and related preparations. All departments must work in close coordination to ensure the success of the global summit. Delegates from various countries will be invited, and stringent security measures will be put in place.
CM Advisor Vem Narender Reddy, Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao, DGP Shivdhar Reddy, and senior officials from various departments participated in the meeting.
