అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయి మౌలిక వసతులు, పరిశ్రమలకు అనువైన వాతావరణం, భద్రతకు ఎటువంటి ఢోకా లేకుండా భౌగోళికంగా కేంద్రస్థానంలో ఉన్న హైదరాబాద్ నగరం ప్రపంచవ్యాప్త పెట్టుబడిదారులకు ఉత్తమ గమ్యస్థానం అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు పునరుద్ఘాటించారు. దేశంలోనే పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో యువత, వేగవంతమైన వృద్ధి రేటుతో ఉన్న రాష్ట్రం తెలంగాణ అని చెప్పారు. ఢిల్లీలో జరిగిన అమెరికా – భారత్ వ్యూహాత్మక భాగస్వామ్య సదస్సు (US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF)) లో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ప్రసంగించారు.
తెలంగాణలో గత 35 ఏళ్లుగా కాంగ్రెస్తో పాటు అనేక పార్టీలు ప్రభుత్వాలకు సారథ్యం వహించినా, పెట్టుబడులకు మరియు పెట్టుబడిదారులకు అందరూ మద్దతుగా నిలిచారని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు గుర్తుచేశారు. భారతదేశంలో పెట్టుబడులకు హైదరాబాద్ ప్రధాన ద్వారం అని తెలిపారు. జీసీసీలకు (GCCs) గమ్యస్థానంగా ఉన్న హైదరాబాద్లో పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టాలని పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలను ఆహ్వానించారు.
మహిళా సాధికారిత, నాణ్యమైన విద్య, యువతకు నైపుణ్య శిక్షణ, పట్టణాభివృద్ధితో పాటు మెరుగైన వసతులు, అత్యున్నత జీవన ప్రమాణాలతో కూడిన అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయి నగరంగా హైదరాబాద్ను తీర్చిదిద్దడమే తన ప్రథమ ప్రాధాన్యత అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పేర్కొన్నారు.
గత 23 నెలల కాలంలో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం చేపట్టిన అభివృద్ధి, సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలను వివరించిన ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు, అద్భుతమైన మౌలిక వసతులతో 30 వేల ఎకరాల్లో అంతర్జాతీయ ప్రమాణాలతో ‘భారత్ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ’ భారత్లోనే అత్యాధునిక నగరంగా రూపుదిద్దుకుంటోందని తెలిపారు. మూసీ నది పునరుజ్జీవనం పూర్తయితే లండన్, టోక్యో, దుబాయ్, సియోల్ రివర్ఫ్రంట్ల మాదిరిగా హైదరాబాద్ నైట్ ఎకానమీ కొత్త దశలోకి ప్రవేశిస్తుందని అన్నారు.
డ్రైపోర్ట్, మెట్రో విస్తరణ, రీజినల్ రింగ్ రోడ్, రేడియల్ రోడ్లు, ORR–RRR మధ్య మాన్యుఫ్యాక్చరింగ్ జోన్ వంటి కీలక ఇన్ఫ్రా ప్రాజెక్టుల పురోగతిని వివరించారు. చైనా ప్లస్ వన్ మోడల్కు గ్లోబల్ సమాధానం తెలంగాణ అవుతుందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు స్పష్టంచేశారు.
హార్వర్డ్, స్టాన్ఫోర్డ్, ఆక్స్ఫర్డ్ వంటి ఐవీ లీగ్ విశ్వవిద్యాలయాలు హైదరాబాద్లో ఆఫ్షోర్ క్యాంపస్లు ఏర్పాటు చేస్తే, తక్కువ ఖర్చుతో, సులభమైన వీసా విధానాల ద్వారా గ్లోబల్ సౌత్ విద్యార్థులకు నాణ్యమైన విద్య లభిస్తుందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ప్రపంచస్థాయి విద్యాసంస్థలను ఆహ్వానించారు.
భారతదేశంలో రోడ్లకు ఎక్కువగా నేతల పేర్లు ఉంటాయని, హైదరాబాద్లో ఆ ట్రెండ్ను మార్చాలని తాము అనుకుంటున్నామని, ముఖ్యమైన రోడ్లకు గూగుల్, మెటా, టీసీఎస్, ఇన్ఫోసిస్ వంటి సంస్థల పేర్లను ఇవ్వాలన్న ఆలోచన ఉందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు తెలిపారు.
సదస్సు ప్రారంభంలో తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ 2047 విజన్ (Telangana Rising 2047 Vision) ను ప్రదర్శించారు.
తెలంగాణను ట్రిలియన్ డాలర్ల ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థగా తీర్చిదిద్దాలన్న ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారి లక్ష్యానికి, తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ 2047 విజన్ కు (USISPF) సదస్సులో విశేష స్పందన లభించింది. గ్లోబల్ ఇన్వెస్టర్లకు పెట్టుబడుల అవకాశాలు వివరిస్తూ సాగిన ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారి ప్రసంగం అంతర్జాతీయ వ్యాపార వర్గాలను ఆకట్టుకుంది.
ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారి తెలంగాణ విజన్ పారదర్శకంగా, సాహసోపేతంగా, సాధించదగినదిగా ఉందని, తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వ ప్రణాళికలు, భవిష్యత్ ప్రాజెక్టులు, వాటి సామాజిక ప్రభావం ఎంతో ప్రేరణాత్మకంగా ఉన్నాయని టెక్ దిగ్గజం సిస్కో మాజీ సీఈఓ జాన్ ఛాంబర్స్ గారు ప్రశంసించారు.
ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారి ఆహ్వానం మేరకు USISPF సభ్యులలో అత్యధికులు డిసెంబర్ 8, 9 తేదీల్లో హైదరాబాద్లో జరిగే తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ గ్లోబల్ సదస్సు ( Telangana Rising Global Summit) కు హాజరవుతారని, తెలంగాణ విజన్ను దగ్గరగా తెలుసుకునేందుకు ఆసక్తిగా ఉన్నామని USISPF అధ్యక్షుడు డాక్టర్ ముఖేష్ ఆఘీ గారు తెలిపారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy reaffirmed that Hyderabad — with its world-class infrastructure, uncompromising security, and strategic geographic location — stands as the most preferred global destination for investors. Addressing the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) in New Delhi, the Chief Minister said that Telangana, home to one of India’s largest youth populations and fastest-growing economies, is emerging as the country’s new growth engine and innovation hub.
The Chief Minister recalled that despite the fact that many parties including Congress have led governments in Telangana for the last 35 years, everyone has been supportive of investments and investors. He said that Hyderabad is the main gateway for investments in India and invited industrialists to invest in Hyderabad, which is a destination for GCCs.
The Chief Minister said that his first priority is to make Hyderabad a world-class city with women empowerment, quality education, skill training for the youth, urban development, better facilities and high standards of living.
Describing the development and welfare programs undertaken by the state government in the last 23 months, the Chief Minister said that ‘Bharat Future City’ is being developed as a state-of-the-art city in India with excellent infrastructure and international standards on 30 thousand acres. He said that once the Musi River revival is completed, Hyderabad’s night economy will enter a new phase like the riverfronts of London, Tokyo, Dubai and Seoul.
He explained the progress of key infrastructure projects such as the dry port, metro expansion, regional ring road, radial roads, and manufacturing zone between ORR–RRR. The Chief Minister made it clear that Telangana will be the global answer to the China Plus One model.
The Chief Minister invited world-class educational institutions to set up offshore campuses in Hyderabad by Ivy League universities like Harvard, Stanford and Oxford, which would provide quality education to students of the Global South at a low cost and through easy visa procedures.
The Chief Minister said that roads in India are mostly named after leaders, and he wants to change that trend in Hyderabad — with a vision to name important roads after companies like Google, Meta, TCS and Infosys.
Telangana Rising 2047 Vision was presented at the beginning of the conference. The Chief Minister’s goal of making Telangana a trillion dollar economy and the Telangana Rising 2047 Vision (USISPF) received a special response at the conference. His address highlighting investment opportunities in Telangana impressed the international business community.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s vision for Telangana is transparent, bold and achievable, and the state government’s future projects and social impact plans are very inspiring, said former CEO of tech giant Cisco John Chambers.
USISPF President Dr. Mukesh Aghi said that at the invitation of the Chief Minister, a majority of USISPF members will attend the Telangana Rising Global Summit to be held in Hyderabad on December 8 and 9, and they are eager to know the Telangana vision closely.
