ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారితో జర్మనీ కాన్సుల్ జనరల్ మైకేల్ హాస్పర్ బృందం భేటీ.

హైదరాబాద్‌ను ఇన్నొవేషన్ హబ్‌గా తీర్చిదిద్దడంలో తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వానికి సహకరించాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు జర్మనీకి చెందిన ప్రతినిధి బృందాన్ని కోరారు. పెట్టుబడుల విషయంలో తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం జర్మనీ భాగస్వామ్యాన్ని కోరుకుంటోందని, ప్రధానంగా ఐటీ, ఫార్మా, ఆటోమొబైల్ రంగాల్లో జర్మనీ కంపెనీల పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టాలని కోరారు.

జర్మనీ కాన్సులేట్ జనరల్ (చెన్నై) కాన్సుల్ జనరల్ మైఖేల్ హాస్పర్ గారి నేతృత్వంలోని ప్రతినిధి బృందం ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారితో భేటీ అయింది. జర్మనీకి చెందిన ప్రముఖ బహుళజాతి సంస్థ డుయిష్ బోర్సా (Deutsche Börse) విస్తరణలో భాగంగా ఈరోజు హైదరాబాద్‌లో గ్లోబల్ కేపబిలిటీ సెంటర్ (GCC)ను ప్రారంభిస్తున్న నేపథ్యంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారిని మర్యాద పూర్వకంగా కలిసి వివరాలను అందించారు.

తాజాగా డుయిష్ బోర్సా కంపెనీ ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్న GCC ద్వారా వచ్చే రెండేళ్లలో ఐటీ రంగంలో వెయ్యి మందికి ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు కలగనున్నట్లు జర్మనీ బృందం వివరించింది.

జీసీసీ ఏర్పాటుకు హైదరాబాద్‌ను ఎంచుకున్నందుకు ఈ సందర్భంగా జర్మనీ ప్రతినిధి బృందానికి ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ధన్యవాదాలు తెలిపారు. హైదరాబాద్‌లో మరిన్ని పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టాలని, ఇందుకు ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం పూర్తి మద్దతుగా నిలిచి అన్నిరకాల సహాయ సహకారాలు అందిస్తుందని చెప్పారు.

తెలంగాణ విద్యార్థులకు జర్మనీ భాషను నేర్చుకునే విషయంలో హైదరాబాద్‌లో జర్మనీ టీచర్లను నియమించి సహకరించాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు కోరారు. తెలంగాణ ఓవర్సీస్ మ్యాన్‌పవర్ కంపెనీ (TOMCOM) ద్వారా విదేశాల్లో ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు కల్పించడం, ఒకేషనల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్, స్కిల్ వర్క్ విషయంలో శిక్షణ అందించడం వంటి అంశాల్లో సహకరించాలని అన్నారు.

ఈ భేటీలో డుయిష్ బోర్సా చీఫ్ ఇన్ఫర్మేషన్ ఆఫీసర్ క్రిస్టోఫ్ బోమ్ గారు, జర్మనీ గౌరవ కాన్సూల్ (ఏపీ, తెలంగాణ), హైదరాబాద్ లిటరెరీ ఫెస్టివల్ డైరెక్టర్ అమిత ఆర్ దేశాయ్ గారు, సీఎం ప్రత్యేక కార్యదర్శి అజిత్ రెడ్డి గారు, విష్ణువర్ధన్ రెడ్డి గారు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy requested the visiting German delegation to collaborate with the Telangana Government in transforming Hyderabad into a global innovation hub. He invited German companies to partner with Telangana, particularly through investments in the IT, pharmaceutical, and automobile sectors.

A delegation led by Consul General Michael Hasper of the German Consulate General in Chennai called on the Chief Minister. During the meeting, the delegation briefed him about the launch of the Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad as part of the expansion of Deutsche Börse, a leading German multinational company.

The German delegation explained that the new GCC will create employment opportunities for around 1,000 professionals in the IT sector over the next two years.

The Chief Minister expressed his gratitude to the German delegation for choosing Hyderabad for the establishment of the GCC and assured full support from the Government of Telangana. He emphasized that the State Government would extend all necessary assistance to encourage more German investments in Hyderabad.

Shri Revanth Reddy also proposed enhanced cooperation in education and skill development. He requested support in appointing German language teachers in Hyderabad and introducing German language learning opportunities for Telangana students. He also sought collaboration in facilitating overseas employment through the Telangana Overseas Manpower Company (TOMCOM), as well as in areas such as vocational education and skill training.

The meeting was attended by Deutsche Börse Chief Information Officer Christoph Bohm, Honorary Consul of Germany (AP & Telangana) and Hyderabad Literary Festival Director Amita R Desai, Special Secretary to the Chief Minister Ajith Reddy, and Vishnuvardhan Reddy.
