ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు వరల్డ్ ఎకనమిక్ ఫోరం (WEF) అధ్యక్షుడు, సీఈఓ శ్రీ బోర్గె బ్రెండీ గారితో సమావేశమయ్యారు. న్యూ ఢిల్లీలో పబ్లిక్ అఫైర్స్ ఫోరం ఆఫ్ ఇండియా (PAFI) వార్షిక సదస్సులో ప్రసంగించిన అనంతరం ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పలు ప్రముఖ సంస్థల ప్రతినిధులతో భేటీ అయ్యారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా బ్రెండీ గారు, వచ్చే ఏడాది జనవరిలో దావోస్లో జరగనున్న వరల్డ్ ఎకనమిక్ ఫోరం వార్షిక సదస్సులో పాల్గొనాల్సిందిగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారిని ఆహ్వానించారు. అదేవిధంగా, త్వరలో హైదరాబాద్ పర్యటనకు వస్తానని, రాష్ట్రంతో సహకారం కోసం మరిన్ని అవకాశాలను పరిశీలిస్తానని తెలిపారు.
“గత ఏడాది కాలంలో తెలంగాణ అసాధారణ పురోగతి సాధించింది. భారతదేశంలో అత్యంత విజయవంతమైన రాష్ట్రాలలో ఒకటిగా ఎదుగుతోంది. దీని వెనుక రహస్యమేంటి?” అని బ్రెండీ గారు ప్రశ్నించగా, “కష్టపడి పని చేయడం, అందరి మద్దతే విజయానికి మూలం” అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు సమాధానమిచ్చారు.
రాష్ట్రాభివృద్ధి కోసం ప్రభుత్వం నిర్దేశించుకున్న Telangana Rising 2047 లక్ష్యాలను అభినందిస్తూ, వరల్డ్ ఎకనమిక్ ఫోరం తరఫున సంపూర్ణ మద్దతు అందిస్తామని బ్రెండీ గారు హామీ ఇచ్చారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy held a one-on-one meeting with World Economic Forum (wef) President and CEO Mr. Borge Brende on the sidelines of the PAFI2025 Annual Conclave in New Delhi today. During the meeting, Mr. Brende expressed the WEF’s full support for the Telangana Rising 2047 initiative.
“I’ve been reading up on Telangana. Your state has made extraordinary progress over the past 12 months. What’s the secret behind leading one of India’s most successful states?” Mr. Brende asked.
“Just hard work and support from everyone,” replied Chief Minister Shri Revanth Reddy.
Mr. Brende extended an invitation to the Chief Minister to participate in the upcoming WEF Annual Meeting in Davos next year. He also expressed his intention to visit Hyderabad soon to explore further avenues for collaboration.
