విద్యా సిలబస్‌లో AI వినియోగంపై ఉన్నతస్థాయి కమిటీ ఏర్పాటు: ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి నిర్ణయం

ప్రాథమిక, ఉన్నత పాఠ‌శాల‌, సాంకేతిక విద్య‌తో పాటు వైద్య విద్య సిల‌బ‌స్ లో ఆర్టిఫీషియల్ ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ (AI) వినియోగం, దాని ఉప‌యోగంపైన ఉన్నతస్థాయి కమిటీని నియమిస్తామని, ఈ విషయంలో తగిన సలహాలు, సూచనలు ఇవ్వాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు రిజర్వు బ్యాంకు మాజీ గవర్నర్ శ్రీ రఘురామ్ రాజన్ గారిని కోరారు.

 తెలంగాణ భ‌విష్య‌త్తు ప్ర‌ణాళికపై జూబ్లీహిల్స్ నివాసంలో ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి గారి ఆధ్వ‌ర్యంలో జ‌రిగిన స‌మావేశంలో ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి మల్లు భట్టి విక్రమార్క గారు, మంత్రి దుద్దిళ్ల శ్రీధర్ బాబు గారితో పాటు ఉన్నతాధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు. ఈ సమావేశంలో రఘురామ్ రాజన్ గారు వీడియో కాన్ఫరెన్స్ ద్వారా పాల్గొన్నారు.

 ఏఐ వినియోగంతో పాటు మిడిల్ లెవ‌ల్ ఉద్యోగాల కల్ప‌న కోసం స్కిల్స్ యూనివ‌ర్సిటీ, ఏటీసీల‌ను అభివృద్ధి చేస్తున్న‌ట్లు ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు వివ‌రించారు.

 స‌రైన ప‌ద్ద‌తిలో ఏఐని వినియోగిస్తే అంద‌రికి మేలు జ‌రుగుతుంద‌ని రాజన్ గారు చెప్పారు. త‌మిళ‌నాడు త‌ర‌హాలో పారిశ్రామిక విధానం ఉంటే మ‌రిన్ని పెట్టుబ‌డుల‌ను ఆక‌ర్షించ‌వ‌చ్చున‌ని తెలిపారు.

 డేటా సెంటర్స్ కోసం పెద్ద ఎత్తున విద్యుత్, నీటి వినియోగం ఉంటుంద‌ని చెప్పారు. మూడు నాలుగు నెల‌ల్లో హైద‌రాబాద్ ప‌ర్య‌ట‌న‌కు వ‌స్తాన‌ని ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా తెలిపారు.

 నైపుణ్యాలు మెరుగుప‌ర్చుకుంటే అనేక రంగాల్లో ఉద్యోగ అవ‌కాశాలు ఉన్నాయ‌ని రఘురామ్ రాజన్ గారు వివరించారు. మాన‌వ వ‌న‌రుల అభివృద్ధి కోసం పోషకాహార లోపం స‌మ‌స్య‌ను త‌గ్గించుకోవాలంటూ పలు సూచనలు చేశారు.

 ప్ర‌భుత్వాలు అనుసరించే సుల‌భ‌త‌ర వ్యాపార విధానాలపై ఆధార‌ప‌డి కొత్త‌ ప‌రిశ్ర‌మ‌లు, పెట్టుబ‌డులు వ‌స్తాయ‌ని చెప్పారు. స్టార్టప్ లను ఎక్కువ ప్రోత్స‌హిస్తే మ‌రింత ఉప‌యోగం ఉంటుంద‌ని చెప్పారు.

 ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా ఉప ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి గారు మాట్లాడుతూ, రాష్ట్రంలో ప‌రిశ్ర‌మ‌ల కోసం కావాల్సిన అన్ని సౌక‌ర్యాలు ఉన్నాయ‌ని చెప్పారు. కావాల్సిన భూమితో పాటు మౌలిక స‌దుపాయాలు ఉన్నాయ‌ని వివ‌రించారు. భ‌విష్య‌త్తు అవ‌స‌రాల‌కు అనుగుణంగా విద్యుత్ ఉత్ప‌త్తి చేస్తున్నామ‌న్నారు.అంత‌ర్జాతీయ విమానాశ్ర‌యం, అవుట‌ర్ రింగ్ రోడ్డుతో పాటు అనేక స‌దుపాయాలు సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నాయ‌ని తెలిపారు.

 రాష్ట్రాన్ని మూడు భాగాలుగా విభ‌జించి అభివృద్ధి పైన దృష్టి సారించిన‌ట్లు తెలిపారు. క్యూర్ (CURE), ప్యూర్ (PURE), రేర్ (RARE) విధానంలో ముందుకు వెళ్తున్న‌ట్లు ఆయ‌న వివ‌రించారు. రాష్ట్రా అభివృద్ధి కోసం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు క‌ష్ట‌పడుతున్నార‌న్నారు. తెలంగాణ పారిశ్రామికాభివృద్ధి కోసం త‌గిన స‌ల‌హాలు, సూచ‌న‌లు ఇవ్వాల‌ని రఘురామ్ రాజన్ గారిని కోరారు.

 సుల‌భ‌త‌ర వ్యాపారానికి తెలంగాణలో అనుకూల ప‌రిస్థితులు ఉన్నాయ‌ని ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా శ్రీధ‌ర్ బాబు గారు వివరించారు. ఫార్మా , ఐటీ, డేటా సెంటర్ల కోసం కావాల్సిన మంచి వాతావ‌ర‌ణం, వ‌స‌తులు క‌ల్పిస్తున్న‌ట్లు రఘురామ్ రాజన్ గారికి వివ‌రించారు.

 ఈ సమావేశంలో ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి రామకృష్ణా రావు గారు, సీఎంవో ముఖ్య కార్య‌ద‌ర్శి శేషాద్రి గారు, సీఎం ప్ర‌త్యేక కార్య‌ద‌ర్శి అజిత్ రెడ్డి గారు, స్పెష‌ల్ చీఫ్ సెక్ర‌ట‌రీలు జయేష్ రంజన్ గారు, వాణీ ప్ర‌సాద్ గారు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy has sought the expertise of former RBI Governor Shri Raghuram Rajan to provide strategic guidance on establishing a high-level committee dedicated to integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) across primary, secondary, technical, and medical education syllabus.

 The meeting, focused on Telangana’s future development roadmap, was chaired by the Chief Minister at his Jubilee Hills residence. Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister Shri Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka and Hon’ble Minister Shri Duddilla Sridhar Babu attended in person, while Shri Raghuram Rajan joined the deliberations via video conference.

 During the session, the Chief Minister detailed the state’s progress in developing the Skills University and Advanced Technology Centers (ATCs). He highlighted that these initiatives are specifically designed to leverage AI and foster the creation of sustainable middle-level employment opportunities.

 Shri Raghuram Rajan emphasized that AI, if utilized correctly, can deliver widespread socio-economic benefits. He suggested that Telangana could attract significantly higher investments by adopting industrial policies similar to those implemented in Tamil Nadu.

 Highlighting logistical requirements, Rajan noted that large-scale data centers demand substantial power and water resources. He also expressed his intention to visit Hyderabad in the next three to four months to continue these strategic discussions.

 The former RBI Governor pointed out that enhancing vocational skills would unlock job opportunities across diverse sectors. For long-term human resource development, he suggested addressing critical issues like malnutrition to ensure a healthier and more productive workforce.

 He further observed that the influx of new industries and global investments is heavily dependent on the “Ease of Doing Business” policies maintained by the government. He encouraged the state to further incentivize the startup ecosystem for maximum economic impact.

 Deputy Chief Minister Shri Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka assured that the state is fully equipped with the necessary land and infrastructure to support industrial growth. He emphasized that power generation is being scaled up to meet future demands.

 The Deputy Chief Minister highlighted that Telangana’s connectivity—bolstered by an International Airport and the Outer Ring Road—is a major asset. He explained the state’s decentralized development strategy, focusing on three distinct zones under the CURE, PURE, and RARE frameworks.

 Minister Shri Duddilla Sridhar Babu elaborated on the favorable environment created for Pharma, IT, and Data Center sectors. He reiterated that Telangana offers a world-class ecosystem and facilities conducive to global business operations.

 The high-level briefing saw the participation of senior officials, including Special Chief Secretary Shri Ramakrishna Rao, Principal Secretary to CM Shri Seshadri, Special Secretary to CM Shri Ajit Reddy, and Special Chief Secretaries Shri Jayesh Ranjan and Smt. Vani Prasad.
