తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం డిసెంబర్ 8, 9 తేదీల్లో ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా నిర్వహిస్తున్న తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ గ్లోబల్ సమ్మిట్ లో పాల్గొనాల్సిందిగా ప్రధానమంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ గారిని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు ప్రత్యేకంగా ఆహ్వానించారు.
ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు, ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి మల్లు భట్టి విక్రమార్క గారితో కలిసి ఢిల్లీ పార్లమెంట్ భవన్ ప్రధానమంత్రి గారి కార్యాలయంలో శ్రీ మోదీ గారితో సమావేశమయ్యారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా భారత్ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీలో నిర్వహించనున్న గ్లోబల్ సమ్మిట్కు సంబంధించి ప్రత్యేకంగా ముద్రించిన ఆహ్వాన పత్రికను అందజేశారు.
కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ నిర్దేశిత వికసిత్ భారత్ 2047 లక్ష్యాలకు అనుగుణంగా, తనవంతుగా తెలంగాణ దేశ ఆర్థిక ప్రగతిలో తోడ్పాటును అందించాలన్న సంకల్పంతో తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ 2047 దార్శనిక పత్రం రూపొందించినట్టు ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు వివరించారు. వికసిత్ భారత్ లక్ష్యాలను చేరుకోవడంలో 2047 నాటికి తెలంగాణ 3 ట్రిలియన్ డాలర్ల ఆర్థిక శక్తిగా ఎదగాలని సమగ్రమైన ప్రణాళికలతో రోడ్ మ్యాప్ను రూపొందించినట్టు చెప్పారు.
వివిధ రంగాల్లో నిష్ణాతులు, నిపుణులు, నీతి ఆయోగ్ సలహా సూచనలను క్రోడీకరించి మేధోమథనం అనంతరం విజన్ డాక్యుమెంట్ను రూపొందించినట్టు చెప్పారు.
తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ లక్ష్యాలకు అనుగుణంగా ఫలితాలు సాధించడంలో, అభివృద్ధి పనులకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం తగిన సహాయ సహాకారాలు అందించాలని ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ప్రధానమంత్రి గారిని కోరారు.
హైదరాబాద్ మెట్రో రైలు రెండో దశ విస్తరణకు అవసరమైన అనుమతులు మంజూరు చేయాలని కోరారు. మొత్తం 162.5 కిలోమీటర్ల పొడవునా విస్తరించే ప్రతిపాదనలను ఇప్పటికే రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం కేంద్రానికి సమర్పించిందని, రూ.43,848 వేల కోట్ల అంచనా వ్యయంతో ఈ ప్రాజెక్టును కేంద్ర – రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాల జాయింట్ వెంచర్గా చేపట్టేందుకు ఆమోదించాలని విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు.
హైదరాబాద్ రీజనల్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు ఉత్తర భాగానికి కేబినేట్ ఆమోదంతో పాటు ఆర్థిక పరమైన అనుమతులు, అలాగే దక్షిణ భాగం నిర్మాణానికి అనుమతులు ఇవ్వాలని కోరారు.
రీజనల్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు వెంట ప్రతిపాదనల్లో ఉన్న రీజనల్ రింగ్ రైలు ప్రాజెక్టును వీలైనంత తొందరగా చేపట్టాలని విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు.
హైదరాబాద్ నుంచి అమరావతి మీదుగా మచిలీపట్నం పోర్ట్ వరకు 12 లేన్ల గ్రీన్ఫీల్డ్ ఎక్స్ప్రెస్ హైవే, హైదరాబాద్ నుంచి బెంగుళూరు హై స్పీడ్ కారిడార్ను అభివృద్ధి చేసేందుకు గ్రీన్ఫీల్డ్ ఎక్స్ప్రెస్ వే నిర్మాణం చేపట్టేలా కేంద్రం ప్రత్యేక చోరవ చూపాలని విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు.
హైదరాబాద్ నుంచి శ్రీశైలం పుణ్యక్షేత్రానికి నిరంతరాయంగా రవాణా సదుపాయం ఉండేలా టైగర్ రిజర్వ్ మీదుగా మన్ననూర్ నుంచి శ్రీశైలం వరకు నాలుగు వరుసల ఎలివేటేడ్ కారిడార్ నిర్మాణ ప్రతిపాదనలను ఆమోదించాలని కోరుతూ వినతిపత్రం అందించారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy extended a special invitation to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji to participate in the prestigious Telangana Rising Global Summit being organized by the Telangana Government on December 8 and 9.
Accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister Shri Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka garu, the Chief Minister met Shri Modi ji at the Prime Minister’s Office in Parliament Bhavan, New Delhi, and handed over a specially printed invitation for the Global Summit to be held at Bharat Future City, Hyderabad.
The Chief Minister explained that the Telangana Rising 2047 Vision Document has been prepared to contribute to the economic progress of Telangana in alignment with the Central Government’s Viksit Bharat 2047 goals. A comprehensive roadmap has been formulated to make Telangana a $3 trillion economic powerhouse by 2047. The Vision Document has been drafted after extensive consultations with experts, specialists, and NITI Aayog.
A request was made for adequate support and cooperation from the Central Government for Telangana’s development initiatives to achieve the objectives outlined under Telangana Rising.
Approval was sought for Phase-II expansion of the Hyderabad Metro Rail. The State Government has submitted proposals to the Centre for a total extension of 162.5 km and requested the project to be approved as a joint venture between the Centre and the State at an estimated cost of ₹43,848 crore.
Union Cabinet approval for the northern section of the Hyderabad Regional Ring Road and financial clearances for the construction of the southern part were also requested.
Expedited action on the Regional Ring Rail project proposed along the Regional Ring Road was urged.
Special support was sought for the construction of a 12-lane Greenfield Expressway from Hyderabad to Machilipatnam Port via Amaravati and another Greenfield Expressway to develop the Hyderabad–Bengaluru High-Speed Corridor.
Approval was also sought for the construction of a four-lane elevated corridor from Mannanur to Srisailam via the Tiger Reserve to ensure uninterrupted connectivity from Hyderabad to the Srisailam temple.
