అతిపెద్ద ఆదివాసీ పండుగ మేడారం సమ్మక్క–సారలమ్మ మహాజాతర కోసం జరిగిన ఏర్పాట్లను ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు సమీక్షించారు. ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి మల్లు భట్టి విక్రమార్క గారు, మంత్రివర్గ సహచరులతో కలిసి బస్సులో జంపన్న వాగు సర్కిల్ వరకు ప్రయాణించి, జాతరకు వచ్చే లక్షలాది భక్తుల కోసం చేసిన ఏర్పాట్లను స్వయంగా పరిశీలించారు.
జాతరకు సంబంధించి పోలీస్ కమాండ్ కంట్రోల్లో సీసీ కెమెరాల అనుసంధానం, డ్రోన్ కెమెరాల వినియోగాన్ని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పర్యవేక్షించారు. భద్రతా ఏర్పాట్లను సమీక్షించారు. అక్కడ ఏర్పాటు చేసిన సీసీ కెమెరాలు, ఏఐ (AI) సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానంతో వాటి పనితీరును పోలీసు ఉన్నతాధికారులు ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారికి వివరించారు.
దాదాపు వెయ్యేళ్ల వీరగాథ, జాతి వారసత్వ సంపదకు సంబంధించిన చరిత్రకు అద్దం పట్టేలా రాతి ప్రాకారాలు, శిలాతోరణాలతో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం మేడారం వనదేవతల గద్దెల ప్రాంగణ పునరుద్ధరణ పనులను ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పరిశీలించారు.
మూలవాసులైన కోయ తెగల ఆచార వ్యవహారాలను కట్టుదిట్టంగా ప్రతిబింబించేలా తీర్చిదిద్దిన ప్రాంగణాన్ని ఆసాంతం పరిశీలించారు. దాదాపు 250 కోట్ల రూపాయల వ్యయంతో గత కొంతకాలంగా శరవేగంగా సాగిన పనులను ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ఒక్కొక్కటిగా పరిశీలించారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy reviewed the arrangements for the Medaram Sammakka–Saralamma Mahajathara in MuluguDistrict, the largest tribal festival in the world. Accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister Sri Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka and cabinet colleagues, the Chief Minister traveled by bus up to Jampanna Vagu Circle and personally inspected the facilities and arrangements made for the lakhs of devotees expected to attend the festival.
The Chief Minister reviewed the security arrangements at the Police Command Control Center, including the integration of CCTV cameras and the use of drone surveillance. Senior police officers briefed him on the functioning of the CCTV network and its integration with AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology to ensure effective crowd regulation and public safety.
The Chief Minister inspected the renovation works at the Medaram forest goddesses’ shrine complex. The works, featuring stone walls and archways, reflect the nearly thousand-year-old legacy of the Mahajathara and the rich historical and cultural heritage of the tribal community.
He thoroughly examined the entire complex, which has been designed to authentically reflect the customs and traditions of the indigenous Koya tribes. The Chief Minister reviewed each component of the works, which have been progressing at a steady pace at an estimated cost of around Rs. 250 crore.
