వరంగల్ సూపర్ స్పెషాలిటీ ఆసుపత్రి నిర్మాణాన్ని పూర్తి చేయడానికి గ్రీన్ ఛానల్లో నిధులు మంజూరు చేస్తున్నప్పటికీ పనులు జాప్యం జరుగుతుండటంపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు అధికారులపై ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. వచ్చే 30 రోజుల్లో 24 గంటలూ పనులు కొనసాగించాలని ఆదేశించారు.
వరంగల్ సూపర్ స్పెషాలిటీ హాస్పిటల్తో పాటు ఇతర హాస్పిటల్స్కు సంబంధించి ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ఎంసీఆర్ హెచ్ఆర్డీ బోధి పెవిలియన్లో ఉన్నతస్థాయి సమావేశంలో సమీక్షించారు. వరంగల్ హాస్పిటల్ భవన నిర్మాణం పూర్తి చేయడంపై ఈ సందర్భంగా పలు సూచనలు చేశారు.
పనులకు సంబంధించి షెడ్యూల్ తయారు చేసి అందుకు అనుగుణంగా ముందుకు వెళ్లాలని చెప్పారు. సీఎంఓ అధికారులు నిరంతరం క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో పనులను పర్యవేక్షించాలని ఆదేశించారు. ప్రతి పనికి ఒక ప్రత్యేక అధికారికి బాధ్యత అప్పగించాలని, ఇకనుంచి ప్రతిరోజూ ఆసుపత్రి పనులను పర్యవేక్షించాలని కలెక్టర్ గారిని ఆదేశించారు.
భవన నిర్మాణం విషయంలో శాఖల మధ్య సమన్వయంతో పని చేయాలని, అధికారులతో సమన్వయ కమిటీని ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని చెప్పారు. ఆసుపత్రి పరిసరాలు అహ్లాదకరమైన వాతావరణం ఉండే విధంగా అవసరమైన విధంగా తీర్చిదిద్దాలని సూచించారు.
సనత్నగర్ ఎంసీఆర్ టిమ్స్ తరహాలో వరంగల్ ఆసుపత్రిలో కూడా ఓపీ సేవలు అందుబాటులోకి తేవాలని చెప్పారు. సనత్నగర్ టిమ్స్లో స్టాఫ్ క్వార్టర్స్ను నిర్మించాలని, అందుకు సంబంధించి తక్షణమే పనులు ప్రారంభించాలని ఆదేశించారు. అలాగే హాస్పిటల్ నిర్వహణను ఏజెన్సీకి అప్పగించాలని సూచించారు.
ఈ సమావేశంలో ఎంపీ వేం నరేందర్ రెడ్డి గారితో పాటు వైద్య ఆరోగ్య, రోడ్లు భవనాలు, మున్సిపల్ శాఖల ఉన్నతాధికారులు, వరంగల్, హనుమకొండ జిల్లాల కలెక్టర్లు, ఇతర అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
Delays in the construction of the Warangal Super Specialty Hospital despite the release of funds through the Green Channel mechanism drew strong concern, with Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy directing officials to complete the project within the next 30 days by ensuring round-the-clock work.
During a high-level review meeting on Warangal and other hospitals, the Chief Minister instructed officials to prepare a time-bound schedule, strengthen field-level monitoring, assign dedicated officers for each component of the project, and ensure daily supervision by the District Collector. He also called for better inter-departmental coordination and the development of a pleasant hospital environment.
The Chief Minister further directed officials to commence OP services at the Warangal Hospital on the lines of MCR-TIMS, Sanathnagar, expedite the construction of staff quarters at Sanathnagar TIMS, and explore handing over hospital management to an agency. Senior officials from the Health, Roads & Buildings and Municipal Administration Departments, along with MP Vem Narender Reddy and district collectors, attended the meeting.
