మక్తల్ – నారాయణపేట్ – కొడంగల్ ఎత్తిపోతల ప్రాజెక్టు (MNKLIS) భూ సేకరణ విషయంలో పనులు జాప్యం జరగొద్దని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. ఈ ప్రాజెక్టుతో పాటు కొడంగల్ అభివృద్ధి పనులను ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు సమీక్షించారు.
ఎత్తిపోతల ప్రాజెక్టు పనులపై అధికారులు ప్రజెంటేషన్ ఇచ్చారు. ప్రాజెక్టు భూసేకరణ పనులు జాప్యం జరగొద్దని, భూసేకరణకు అవసరమైన సర్వేయర్ల నియమించడంతో పాటు బడ్జెట్ మంజూరు చేయడానికి ప్రభుత్వం సిద్ధంగా ఉందని స్పష్టంగా చెప్పారు. భూసేకరణ పనులను పూర్తి చేసి టెండర్ ప్రక్రియను మొదలు పెట్టాలని ఆదేశించారు.
కొడంగల్ అర్బన్ డెవలప్మెంట్ అథారిటీ (KADA) కింద చేపట్టిన అభివృద్ధి పనులను శాఖల వారిగా సమగ్రంగా సమీక్షించారు. కొనసాగుతున్న ఆయా పనుల వివరాలను తెలుసుకుని అవసరమైన సూచనలు చేశారు.
నియోజకవర్గంలోని గ్రామాల్లో రోడ్లు, ఇతర మౌలిక వసతుల కల్పనకు సంబంధించి అధికారులకు పలు ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశారు. నియోజకవర్గంలో ఏ తండాలో రోడ్డు లేదన్న మాట వినిపించొద్దు, ప్రతి గ్రామం నుంచి మండల కేంద్రానికి బీటీ రోడ్డు ఉండేలా చూడాలని చెప్పారు.
కొత్త గ్రామ పంచాయతీలకు సంబంధించి పంచాయతీ భవనాలను నిర్మించాలని, ఈఈ స్థాయి అధికారిని నియమించి నిరంతరం పనులు పర్యవేక్షించాలని సూచించారు.
ఎల్నినో ప్రభావం, వర్షాభావ పరిస్థితుల నేపథ్యంలో ఎక్కడా తాగునీటి సమస్య రాకుండా ఇప్పటి నుంచే ముందస్తు ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేయాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
Land acquisition for the Makthal – Narayanpet – Kodangal Lift Irrigation Project (MNKLIS) should not be delayed, Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy directed while reviewing the project and development works in Kodangal.
Officials gave a presentation on the project. The Chief Minister instructed them to complete land acquisition, initiate the tender process, and assured that the Government is ready to provide the required budget and deploy additional surveyors.
Development works being taken up under the Kodangal Urban Development Authority (KADA) were reviewed department-wise, with necessary directions issued for their timely execution.
Officials were instructed to strengthen roads and basic infrastructure across the constituency, ensure BT road connectivity from every village to its mandal headquarters, and construct panchayat buildings for the newly formed Gram Panchayats under continuous supervision.
In view of the El Niño impact and possible drought conditions, officials were directed to prepare advance plans to prevent any drinking water shortage.
