హైదరాబాద్, మల్కాజిగిరి, సైబరాబాద్ మున్సిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్ల పరిధిలో చేపట్టిన అభివృద్ధి పనులను వేగవంతం చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. మూడు కమిషనరేట్ల పరిధిలో జరుగుతున్న అభివృద్ధి పనులపై ఎంసీఆర్ హెచ్ఆర్డీ బోధి పెవిలియన్లో మున్సిపల్ పరిపాలనా శాఖ అధికారులతో సమీక్షించారు.
అభివృద్ధి పనుల కోసం అవసరమైన భూ సేకరణ జరపకుండా టెండర్లను పిలవొద్దని, భూ సేకరణ కోసం ప్రత్యేక అధికారిని నియమించామని తెలిపారు. మూడు కమిషనరేట్ల పరిధిలో పనుల అనుమతుల కోసం అన్ని శాఖల అధికారులతో ప్రత్యేకంగా సమన్వయ సమావేశం నిర్వహించాలని చెప్పారు.
సైబరాబాద్ కార్పొరేషన్ పరిధిలో ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్న మాజీ ప్రధానమంత్రి మన్మోహన్ సింగ్ గారి విగ్రహం, జంక్షన్ పనులను వేగవంతం చేయాలని హెచ్ఎండీఏ అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు నేషనల్ ఇన్స్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ అర్బన్ మేనేజ్మెంట్ (NIUM) భవన నమూనా, మల్కాజిగిరి మున్సిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్ భవన నమూనాను పరిశీలించి పలు సూచనలు చేశారు.
మున్సిపల్ వ్యవహారాల శాఖ కార్యదర్శి టీకే శ్రీదేవి గారు, ముఖ్యమంత్రి కార్యదర్శి మాణిక్ రాజ్ గారు, GHMC కమిషనర్ అర్వీ కర్ణన్ గారు , CMC కమిషనర్ జి సృజన గారు, MMC కమిషనర్ టి వినయ్ కృష్ణారెడ్డి గారు, HYDRAA కమిషనర్ ఏవీ రంగనాథ్ గారు, MRDCL మేనేజింగ్ డైరెక్టర్ ఈవీ నరసింహారెడ్డి గారు, జల మండలి ఎండీ అశోక్ రెడ్డి గారు ఇతర అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy directed officials to expedite development works across the Hyderabad, Malkajgiri, and Cyberabad Municipal Corporations. The Chief Minister reviewed the progress of ongoing projects with Municipal Administration Department officials at MCRHRD’s Bodhi Pavilion.
The Chief Minister instructed officials not to invite tenders before completing the required land acquisition and said a Special Officer has been appointed for the purpose. Directions were also issued to hold a coordination meeting with all departments to fast-track project approvals across the three municipal jurisdictions.
The Chief Minister directed HMDA officials to expedite the construction of the junction and the statue of former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh in the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation area. The Chief Minister also reviewed the proposed designs of the National Institute of Urban Management (NIUM) and the Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation buildings, and suggested several improvements.
