పేద ఆర్యవైశ్య కుటుంబాల సంక్షేమానికి ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం అండగా ఉంటుందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు భరోసా ఇచ్చారు. సౌమ్యులు, మానవతావాదులుగా పేదల విశ్వాసానికి బ్రాండ్ అంబాసిడర్లుగా ఆర్యవైశ్యులు సమాజంలో గొప్ప పాత్ర పోషిస్తున్నారని పేర్కొన్నారు.
హైదరాబాద్లోని ఉప్పల్ భగాయత్లో ఆర్యవైశ్య ఆత్మగౌరవ భవన సముదాయ నిర్మాణానికి ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు శంకుస్థాపన చేశారు. ఈ భూమిపూజ కార్యక్రమంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారితో పాటు మంత్రి గడ్డం వివేక్ వెంకటస్వామి గారు, రాజ్యసభ సభ్యులు వేం నరేందర్ రెడ్డి గారు, మాజీ మంత్రి టీజీ వెంకటేష్ గారు, పలువురు శాసనసభ్యులు, కార్పొరేషన్ల చైర్మన్లు, ఆర్యవైశ్య సంఘాల ప్రతినిధులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఏర్పాటుచేసిన సభలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు మాట్లాడుతూ, ఆర్యవైశ్య ఆత్మగౌరవ భవన నిర్మాణానికి రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం అన్ని రకాలుగా సహాయం అందిస్తుందని హామీ ఇచ్చారు. పేద ఆర్యవైశ్య కుటుంబాల పిల్లలకు ఈ ఆత్మగౌరవ భవనం సంపూర్ణంగా ఉపయోగపడేలా చూడాలని ప్రతినిధులకు సూచించారు.
సాధారణ ఆర్యవైశ్య కుటుంబంలో పుట్టిన మహాత్మా గాంధీ గారు భారతదేశం నుంచి ప్రపంచస్థాయి నాయకుడిగా ఎదగడం గర్వకారణమని పేర్కొన్నారు. ప్రపంచంలోని ఏ దేశానికి వెళ్లినా మహాత్మా గాంధీ గారి విగ్రహాలు కనిపిస్తాయని గుర్తుచేశారు. ఆంధ్ర రాష్ట్రం కోసం పొట్టి శ్రీరాములు గారి ప్రాణత్యాగాన్ని, ఉమ్మడి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో ఆర్థిక మంత్రిగా కొణిజేటి రోశయ్య గారు అందించిన విశేషమైన సేవను ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ప్రస్తావించారు.
గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లో పేదలకు సరుకులు అరువుగా ఇచ్చే విషయంలో మానవతతో వ్యవహరించే ఆర్యవైశ్యులు విశ్వాసానికి బ్రాండ్ అంబాసిడర్లని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు అభివర్ణించారు. ముందు చూపుతో వ్యవహరించడం, జాగ్రత్తగా ఉండటం ఆర్యవైశ్యుల డీఎన్ఏలోనే ఉందన్నారు.
ఆర్యవైశ్యులంతా కలిసికట్టుగా, సమైక్యంగా ఒక్కతాటిపై నడిస్తేనే బలం చేకూరుతుందని, తద్వారా రాజకీయాల్లో తమ వాటాను తామే సాధించుకోగలరని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు సూచించారు. కార్పొరేషన్లు, మున్సిపాలిటీల్లో ఆర్యవైశ్యులకు ప్రాధాన్యత ఇచ్చామని గుర్తుచేశారు.

Describing Arya Vysyas as a humane and trustworthy community, the Chief Minister appreciated their significant contribution to society.
The Chief Minister performed Bhoomi Pooja and laid the foundation stone for the Arya Vysya Atma Gourava Bhavanam at Uppal Bhagayat, Hyderabad. Minister Gaddam Vivek Venkataswamy, Rajya Sabha Member Vem Narender Reddy, former Minister T.G. Venkatesh, MLAs, corporation chairpersons and Arya Vysya representatives attended the programme.
Assuring full government support for the Atma Gourava Bhavanam, the Chief Minister called for ensuring that it benefits children from poor Arya Vysya families.
Recalling the contributions of Mahatma Gandhi, Potti Sreeramulu and Konijeti Rosaiah, the Chief Minister said the Arya Vysya community has a proud legacy of public service. Describing them as brand ambassadors of trust, he appreciated their humane approach towards helping poor people in rural areas.
The Chief Minister called for greater unity among Arya Vysyas to strengthen their voice and secure their rightful share in politics. He also recalled that the government had given priority to the community in corporations and municipalities.
