హైదరాబాద్ మెట్రో రైలు స్వాధీనం.. ఫేజ్-2 విస్తరణపై కేంద్ర మంత్రులు, ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు జరిపిన చర్చలు ఫలప్రదమయ్యాయి. హైదరాబాద్ మెట్రో ఫేజ్-I స్వాధీనం, ఫేజ్-2 విస్తరణపై ఉన్న ఆటంకాలను తొలగించేందుకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ ఎ.రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు కేంద్ర మంత్రులతో వరుసగా రెండు రోజులపాటు చర్చలు విజయవంతమయ్యాయి.
మొదట సోమవారం రాత్రి రైల్వే శాఖ మంత్రి శ్రీ అశ్వినీ వైష్ణవ్ గారు, కేంద్ర బొగ్గు, గనుల శాఖ మంత్రి శ్రీ జి. కిషన్ రెడ్డి గారితో సుదీర్ఘంగా చర్చించారు. ఈరోజు ఉదయం కేంద్ర గృహ నిర్మాణ, పట్టణ వ్యవహారాల శాఖ మంత్రి శ్రీ మనోహర్ లాల్ ఖట్టర్ గారితో, కేంద్ర మంత్రులు శ్రీ అశ్వినీ వైష్ణవ్ గారు, కిషన్ రెడ్డి గారు, ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు ఖట్టర్ గారి నివాసంలో ఈ అంశంపై చర్చించారు.
ఈ సందర్బంగా హైదరాబాద్ మెట్రో ఫేజ్- I వాల్యూయేషన్, స్వాధీనానికి అవసరమైన రుణ సేకరణ, రుణ సంస్థ ఎంపిక, మెట్రో ఫేజ్-II విస్తరణ, నిర్మాణ వ్యయం, అందుకు అవసరమైన రుణ సేకరణ తదితర అంశాలను అధ్యయనం చేసేందుకు కన్సల్టెంట్ను నియమించాలని కేంద్ర మంత్రులు, ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు సమావేశంలో ఏకాభిప్రాయానికి వచ్చారు.
కన్సల్టెంట్గా SBICAPS ని ఎంపిక చేశారు. మెట్రో ఫేజ్-I వాల్యూయేషన్, ఫేజ్-II విస్తరణతో పాటు ఇతర అంశాలపై SBICAPS సమగ్రంగా అధ్యయనం చేయనుంది. ఆ సంస్థ ఇచ్చే నివేదిక ఆధారంగా భవిష్యత్ కార్యాచరణ చేపట్టనున్నారు.
కన్సల్టెంట్ అధ్యయనం సమయంలో సమన్వయానికి ప్రతినిధులుగా కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి ఒక అధికారి, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం తరఫున రాష్ట్ర పురపాలక, పట్టణాభివృద్ధి (MA&UD) శాఖ ప్రత్యేక కార్యదర్శి ఉండాలని సమావేశంలో నిర్ణయించారు. ఈ అధికారులు ఇద్దరు సమన్వయం చేసుకుంటూ ఈ ప్రక్రియ వేగంగా ముందుకు సాగేందుకు కృషి చేస్తారు.
Positive progress on Hyderabad Metro Rail takeover and Phase-II expansion.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy held a series of meetings with Union Ministers Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Shri G. Kishan Reddy, and Shri Manohar Lal Khattar in New Delhi to discuss the takeover of Hyderabad Metro Phase-I and the expansion of Phase-II.
Consensus reached to appoint a consultant for a comprehensive study on:
• Phase-I valuation and takeover
• Funding requirements and financing options
• Selection of lending institutions
• Phase-II expansion and project costs
SBICAPS has been appointed as the consultant to undertake the study.
Based on the consultant’s report, the next course of action will be finalized.
Dedicated nodal officers from the Central and State Governments will coordinate to ensure the process moves forward swiftly.
