రైతులకు వ్యవసాయ పెట్టుబడి సాయంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు 40 లక్షల రైతు ఖాతాల్లోకి రైతు భరోసా నిధులను విడుదల చేశారు. ప్రజాపాలన – ప్రగతి ప్రణాళికలో భాగంగా జయశంకర్ భూపాలపల్లి జిల్లా నస్తూర్పల్లి గ్రామంలో నిర్వహించిన రైతు ఉత్సవాల్లో పాల్గొన్నారు.
తొలుత గ్రామంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు రైతులతో కలిసి రైతు ఉత్సవ ర్యాలీలో పాల్గొన్నారు. అనంతరం జరిగిన బహిరంగ సభ వేదికగా కంప్యూటర్పై బటన్ నొక్కి రైతు భరోసా నిధులను విడుదల చేశారు. ఈరోజు 2,200 కోట్ల రూపాయల నిధులను విడుదల చేయగా, ఇప్పటివరకు రైతు భరోసా కింద 5,700 కోట్ల రూపాయలు విడుదల చేసినట్టు చెప్పారు. వచ్చే నెలలో మరో 3,300 కోట్ల రూపాయలు విడుదల చేస్తామని తెలిపారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు మాట్లాడుతూ, “ఈ దేశానికి వెన్నెముక రైతులే. రైతులను ఆదుకుని వారిని నిటారుగా నిలబెట్టే బాధ్యత ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకుంది. రైతు సంక్షేమమే మా విధానం” అని రైతు సంక్షేమం కోసం ప్రభుత్వం అమలు చేస్తున్న కార్యక్రమాలను వివరించారు.
“2 లక్షల రూపాయల మేరకు రుణమాఫీ చేస్తామని మాటిచ్చి, అధికారం చేపట్టిన ఏడాదిలోపే 25.35 లక్షల మంది రైతులకు రుణమాఫీ చేశాం. గతసారి కేవలం 9 రోజుల్లోనే 9 వేల కోట్ల రూపాయల రైతు భరోసా ఇచ్చాం. వ్యవసాయం దండగ కాదు పండుగ కావాలన్నదే మా సంకల్పం. రైతుల కళ్లల్లో ఆనందం చూడాలన్నదే మా లక్ష్యం. అందుకే సాగునీటి ప్రాజెక్టులను పూర్తి చేసుకుంటూ ముందుకు వెళుతున్నాం..” అని చెప్పారు.
ఈ రైతు ఉత్సవాల్లో మంత్రులు తుమ్మల నాగేశ్వరరావు గారు, దుద్దిళ్ల శ్రీధర్ బాబు గారు, ఉత్తమ్ కుమార్ రెడ్డి గారు, పొన్నం ప్రభాకర్ గారు, పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస రెడ్డి గారు, ధనసరి అనసూయ సీతక్క గారు, అడ్లూరి లక్ష్మణ్ కుమార్ గారు, వివేక్ వెంకటస్వామి గారితో పాటు ప్రభుత్వ విప్లు ఎంపీలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు ఇతర ప్రజా ప్రతినిధులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
As part of the government’s agricultural assistance for farmers, Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy released ‘Rythu Bharosa’ funds directly into the bank accounts of 40 lakh farmers. Participating in the ‘Rythu Utsavams’ (Farmers’ Festivals) held at Nasturpalli village in Jayashankar Bhupalpally district, the Chief Minister integrated the event into the broader ‘Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranalika’ (People’s Administration – Progress Plan) initiative.
The Chief Minister began the visit by joining a ‘Rythu Utsavam’ rally, walking through the village alongside local farmers to express solidarity. Later, addressing a massive public gathering, he formally disbursed the funds by pressing a computer button. He announced that ₹2,200 crores were released during the event, bringing the total Rythu Bharosa disbursement to date to ₹5,700 crores. He further assured the farming community that an additional ₹3,300 crores would be released next month to complete the cycle.
Speaking at the venue, the Chief Minister remarked, “Farmers are the backbone of this nation. Our government has embraced the responsibility of supporting them, ensuring they can stand tall with dignity. Farmer welfare is not just a program; it is our core policy.” He then elaborated on the strategic initiatives being implemented to bolster the agricultural sector in the state.
“Having pledged to waive farm loans up to ₹2 lakhs, we have successfully fulfilled that promise for 25.35 lakh farmers within just one year of assuming office,” the Chief Minister stated. He recalled that the government had previously disbursed ₹9,000 crores in agricultural assistance in a record nine days. “Our firm resolve is to transform agriculture from a burden into a celebration. Our ultimate goal is to see the sparkle of happiness in the eyes of our farmers. It is with this objective that we are prioritizing the completion of irrigation projects and moving forward with a pro-farmer agenda.”
The Farmers’ Festivals saw high-level participation from the state cabinet, including Ministers Thummala Nageswara Rao, Duddilla Sridhar Babu, Uttam Kumar Reddy, Ponnam Prabhakar, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, and Danasari Anasuya Seethakka. They were joined by Adluri Laxman Kumar, Vivek Venkatswamy, Government Whips, MPs, MLCs, MLAs, and other prominent public representatives.
