ఎలాంటి ఆటంకాలు ఎదురైనా అధిగమించి మూసీ నది ప్రక్షాళన పూర్తి చేసి తీరుతానని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు తేల్చిచెప్పారు. “మూసీ నది ప్రక్షాళన చేయాలన్నది నా కల. ఒట్టేసి చెబుతున్నా మూసీ ప్రక్షాళన చేసి తీరుతా” అని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
వచ్చే ఎన్నికల నాటికి ఎస్ఎల్బీసీ ప్రాజెక్టును నూటికి నూరు శాతం పూర్తి చేసి నల్గొండ నేలమీద కృష్ణా నది జలాలను పారిస్తానని ప్రకటించారు. ఎస్ఎల్బీసీ పూర్తి చేయడంతో పాటు డిండి ప్రాజెక్టును పూర్తి చేయడానికి సహకారాన్ని అందిస్తానని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
నల్గొండ జిల్లా కనగల్ మార్కెట్ యార్డులో హ్యామ్ రోడ్ల నిర్మాణానికి పైలాన్ ఆవిష్కరించిన ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ఆ తర్వాత నల్గొండ పట్టణానికి చేరుకుని తెలంగాణ పట్టణ ఆర్థిక, మౌలిక సదుపాయాల అభివృద్ధి సంస్థ TUFIDC ఆధ్వర్యంలో మున్సిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్లో 83 కోట్ల రూపాయలతో చేపట్టనున్న తాగునీటి పథకానికి శంకుస్థాపన చేశారు.
ఈ శంకుస్థాపన కార్యక్రమంలో శాసనమండలి చైర్మన్ గుత్తా సుఖేందర్ రెడ్డి గారు, ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి మల్లు భట్టి విక్రమార్క గారు, మంత్రులు ఉత్తమ్ కుమార్ రెడ్డి గారు, కోమటిరెడ్డి వెంకట్ రెడ్డి గారు, అడ్లూరి లక్ష్మణ్ కుమార్ గారితో పాటు జిల్లాకు చెందిన ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు, అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఎన్జీ కాలేజీ మైదానంలో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన బహిరంగ సభలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ప్రజలను ఉద్దేశించి ప్రసంగించారు. నల్గొండ జిల్లా అభివృద్ధికి ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధ తీసుకుని నివేదించిన ప్రతి పనినీ చేయడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తానని హామీ ఇచ్చారు.
“మూసీ కాలుష్యం కారణంగా ఇబ్రహీంపట్నం, భువనగిరి, మునుగోడు, నల్గొండ ప్రజల పరిస్థితి దారుణంగా ఉంది. ప్రక్షాళన చేస్తామంటే కొందరు కడుపులో విషయం పెట్టుకుని మాట్లాడుతున్నారు. ఎవరు అడ్డుకున్నా మూసీ ప్రక్షాళన చేసి దేశానికే తలమానికంగా తీర్చిదిద్దుతాం. నల్గొండ జిల్లా ప్రజలకు విముక్తి కల్పిస్తా” అని చెప్పారు.
గత 30 నెలల ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వ పాలనలో ఏం సాధించామన్న అంశంలో అసెంబ్లీ వేదికగా చర్చించడానికి సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నట్టు ప్రకటించారు. తెలంగాణలో పదేండ్లలో వందేళ్ల విధ్వంసం జరిగిందని విమర్శించారు.
“గతంలో ఒక్క రేషన్ కార్డు ఇవ్వకపోగా ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం లక్షలాది రేషన్ కార్డులు జారీ చేసింది. రాష్ట్రంలో 3.28 కోట్ల మందికి 6 కిలోల చొప్పున సన్నబియ్యం పంపిణీ చేస్తున్నాం. పేదవారికి ఇందిరమ్మ ఇండ్ల కోసం 5 లక్షల రూపాయల చొప్పున అందిస్తున్నాం. భూమి లేని నిరుపేదలను ఆదుకోవడానికి 200 యూనిట్ల వరకు ఉచిత విద్యుత్ అందిస్తున్నాం. 500 రూపాయలకే గ్యాస్ సిలిండర్ అందిస్తున్నాం.
రైతుల సంక్షేమం కోసం 30 నెలల్లో 1.56 లక్షల కోట్లను ఖర్చు చేసింది. 80 లక్షల మెట్రిక్ టన్నుల ధాన్యాన్ని కొనుగోలు చేసి రికార్డు సృష్టించాం. వందేళ్లుగా అపరిష్కృత ఎస్సీ వర్గీకరణకు శాశ్వత పరిష్కారం చూపించాం. కులగణన చేపట్టాం. 30 నెలల్లో 70 వేల ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీ చేసి యువకుల ఆత్మగౌరవాన్ని నిలబెట్టాం. దేశంలో ఏ రాష్ట్రం కూడా ఇన్ని ఉద్యోగాలు ఇవ్వలేదు.
ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో నర్సరీ నుంచి 12వ తరగతి వరకు ప్రవేశపెట్టాం. బ్రేక్ఫాస్ట్, మధ్యాహ్నం లంచ్, సాయంత్రం స్నాక్స్ అందించే కార్యక్రమం చేపట్టాం. ఆరుట్లలో తెలంగాణ మోడల్ స్కూల్ను అద్భుతంగా తీర్చిదిద్దాం. నాణ్యమైన విద్యను అందించడం ద్వారా ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల నుంచి వందలాది మంది అంబేద్కర్లుగా తయారై రాష్ట్రాన్ని పాలించాలి. పిల్లల్లో నైపుణ్యాలను పెంచాలని స్కిల్స్ యూనివర్సిటీ ఏర్పాటు, ఐటీఐలను ఏటీసీలుగా మార్పు చేశాం” అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ఒక్కొక్కటిగా సంక్షేమ అభివృద్ధి పనులను ప్రజలకు వివరించారు.
“ఇవన్ని చేశామంటే.. అది ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వానికి ఉన్న నిబద్ధత. రికార్డు. ఇవి ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం సాధించిన విజయాలు కాదా. ప్రజలు ఆలోచన చేయాలి” అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు కోరారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy reaffirmed his government’s unwavering commitment to the Musi River Rejuvenation Project, declaring that it would be completed despite any challenges or opposition. Addressing a public meeting in Nalgonda, he also outlined the government’s achievements in irrigation, welfare, employment, education, and infrastructure development, while announcing key initiatives for the district’s future growth.
He announced that the SLBC Project would be completed 100 percent before the next elections and that Krishna River waters would flow across the lands of Nalgonda. He also assured full support for the completion of the Dindi Project along with the SLBC.
After unveiling the pylon for HAM Road Projects at Kanagal Market Yard in Nalgonda district, the Chief Minister proceeded to Nalgonda town and laid the foundation stone for a drinking water supply project to be undertaken by the Telangana Urban Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation (TUFIDC) at a cost of ₹83 crore.
Legislative Council Chairman Gutha Sukender Reddy, Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Ministers N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and Adluri Laxman Kumar, along with public representatives and officials from the district, participated in the foundation stone-laying ceremony.
Addressing a public meeting at the NG College Grounds, the Chief Minister assured the people that the government would make every effort to fulfill the developmental aspirations and infrastructure needs of Nalgonda district.
“Due to pollution in the Musi River, the people of Ibrahimpatnam, Bhongir, Munugode and Nalgonda are facing severe hardships. Some people are opposing the rejuvenation project for their own reasons. No matter who tries to obstruct it, we will complete the Musi rejuvenation project and transform it into a model for the nation. I will ensure relief and justice for the people of Nalgonda district,” he said.
The Chief Minister stated that he is prepared to discuss on the floor of the Assembly everything the people’s government has achieved during the past 30 months of governance. He criticized the previous administration, alleging that it caused extensive damage to Telangana during its decade-long rule.
“While not a single ration card was issued earlier, the people’s government has now issued lakhs of ration cards. We are distributing fine rice at the rate of six kilograms per person to 3.28 crore beneficiaries across the state. We are providing ₹5 lakh each for Indiramma Houses to the poor. To support the landless and economically weaker sections, we are supplying free electricity up to 200 units and LPG cylinders at ₹500,” he said.
“For the welfare of farmers, the government has spent ₹1.56 lakh crore over the past 30 months. We created a record by procuring 80 lakh metric tonnes of paddy. We provided a permanent solution to the century-old issue of SC categorisation. We conducted a caste census. In just 30 months, we filled 70,000 government jobs, restoring the self-respect and aspirations of youth. No other state in the country has provided so many government jobs in such a short period,” the Chief Minister said.
“We have introduced education from Nursery to Class XII in government schools. We have launched a programme providing breakfast, lunch and evening snacks to students. We have transformed the Telangana Model School at Arutla into an exemplary institution. By ensuring quality education, hundreds of Ambedkars should emerge from government schools and go on to lead the state. To enhance skills among youth, we established the Skills University and converted ITIs into Advanced Technology Centres (ATCs),” the Chief Minister explained while detailing the government’s welfare and development initiatives.
“All these achievements reflect the commitment and determination of the people’s government. These are records in themselves. The people must reflect on whether these are not significant accomplishments of the people’s government,” the Chief Minister said.
