మారుతున్న కాలానికి అనుగుణంగా రాష్ట్రంలో అమలు చేస్తున్న అభివృద్ధి ప్రణాళికల్లో నిర్వాసితులు ఎవరికీ నష్టం జరగకుండా అందరినీ ఆదుకుంటామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు స్పష్టం చేశారు. “కొత్త ప్రాజెక్టులు వచ్చినప్పుడు కొందరికి ఇబ్బంది ఉండొచ్చు. మూసీ రివర్ ఫ్రంట్ ప్రాజెక్టులో ఎవరినీ అనాధలను చేయం. భూమి పోయినా, ఇండ్లు పోయినా ప్రభుత్వం మంచి నష్టపరిహారమిచ్చి ఆదుకుంటుంది. నిర్వాసితులకు అన్ని సౌకర్యాలు కల్పిస్తాం” అని చెప్పారు.
బుద్వేల్ లేఅవుట్తో కలిపే రేడియల్ రోడ్-2 ఇంటర్చేంజ్కు ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు శంకుస్థాపన చేశారు. అనంతరం కొత్వాలగూడలో ఎకో పార్క్ను ప్రారంభించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా స్థానికంగా ఏర్పాటు చేసిన సభలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు మాట్లాడారు.
“మూసీనది పూర్తిగా మురికితో నిండిపోయింది. కానీ ఇప్పుడు కాలం మారింది. భవిష్యత్తు మారుతోంది. అందుకు అనుగుణంగా మహానగరానికి ప్రణాళికలు మార్చుకోవాలి. ప్రజలు ఎవరూ మురికిలో బతకాలను కోరుకోరు. విధిలేక మురికికూపాల్లో నివసిస్తున్నారు. ఆ పరిస్థితి నుంచి బయటకు తీసుకురావాలి.
పేదల గురించి ఆలోచించి అందరినీ మెప్పించి, ఒప్పించి ఈ ప్రాంతాన్ని అభివృద్ధి చేస్తాం. ఈ అభివృద్ధిలో ఇక్కడి వారందరినీ భాగస్వామ్యం చేస్తాం. ఎక్కడ ఉన్న వాళ్లకు అక్కడే ఇండ్లు కట్టించడానికి ఏర్పాటు చేస్తాం.
రీజినల్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు కట్టాలన్నా, రేడియల్ రోడ్లు వేయాలన్నా, బుల్లెట్ ట్రైన్ నిర్మించాలన్నా, ఎవరిదో ఒకరిది భూమి కోల్పోవాల్సిన పరిస్థితి. భూమి కోల్పోయిన దుఖం ఉంటది. కానీ వేరే దగ్గర భూమి కొనుక్కునేంతగా నష్టపరిహారం ఇచ్చే బాధ్యత నాది.
అహ్మదాబాద్లో సబర్మతీ నది రివర్ ఫ్రంట్, ఢిల్లీలో యమునా రివర్ఫ్రంట్, ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్లో గంగానది రివర్ ఫ్రంట్ ఎలాగైతే అభివృద్ధి చేశారో, హైదరాబాద్లో మూసీనది రివర్ ఫ్రంట్ను అభివృద్ధి చేసుకుంటున్నాం. దీని చుట్టూ రాత్రి పూట వ్యాపారాలు చేసుకునే ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తాం.
నిరుద్యోగులకు ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు కల్పిస్తాం. శాంతిభద్రతలను పటిష్టం చేస్తాం. నైట్ టూరిజంకు శ్రీకారం చుడుతున్నాం. ఈ ప్రాజెక్టులో భూములు కోల్పోయే వారికి ఆయా నియోజకవర్గాల్లోనే ప్రభుత్వ స్థలాల్లో ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్లు నిర్మిస్తాం.
గొప్ప గొప్ప చారిత్రక కట్టడాలతో ప్రపంచంలోనే అందమైన నగరంగా హైదరాబాద్ విలసిల్లింది. అలాంటి హైదరాబాద్ మహా నగరం చెత్త చెదారంతో నిండిపోయిందన్న వరకు తెచ్చారు. ఇప్పుడు హైదరాబాద్ను తిరిగి అద్భుతంగా తీర్చిదిద్దాలనుకుంటే కొందరు అడ్డుకుంటున్నారు. ప్రపంచంలోనే గొప్ప నగరంగా తీర్చిదిద్దుతాం.
హైదరాబాద్లో ఐటీ కంపెనీలతో పాటు అంతర్జాతీయ విమానాశ్రయం నిర్మించే సమయంలో కూడా కొందరికి నష్టం జరిగింది. కానీ అదే విమానాశ్రయం ఇప్పుడు పెద్ద ఆస్తిగా మారింది. చిన్న కాలనీలు కాకుండా పెద్ద నగరమే నిర్మించాలన్న లక్ష్యంతో భారత్ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీని నిర్మిస్తున్నాం.
శంషాబాద్ ప్రాంతం బుల్లెట్ ట్రెయిన్ హబ్గా మారనుంది. బెంగుళూరు, అమరావతి, చెన్నైలకు ఇక్కడి నుంచే బుల్లెట్ ట్రెయిన్ సౌకర్యాలు రాబోతున్నాయి. దాదాపు అన్ని అనుమతులు వచ్చాయి. ట్రంప్, ఎలాన్ మస్క్ లకు సంబంధించిన సంస్థలు ఇక్కడికి రాబోతున్నాయి.
ప్రపంచంలోనే గొప్ప నగరాన్ని ఇక్కడ నిర్మిస్తున్నాం. ఇది ప్రారంభమే. ప్రపంచంతోటి పోటీ పడే అభివృద్ధి ఇక్కడ జరుగుతుంది” అని చెప్పారు. అంతకు ముందు ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ఎకో హిల్ పార్క్ ను సందర్శించడంతో పాటు బర్డ్స్ ఏవియరీని ప్రారంభించారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ఎంపీలు మల్లు రవి గారు, కొండా విశ్వేశ్వర్ రెడ్డి గారు, శాసనమండలి చీఫ్ విప్ మహేందర్ రెడ్డి గారు, శాసనసభ్యులు ప్రకాష్ గౌడ్ గారు, మల్ రెడ్డి రంగారెడ్డి గారితో పాటు ఇతర ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
Emphasizing that the state’s developmental initiatives are designed to be inclusive and will prioritize the rehabilitation of all affected individuals, Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy assured that no citizen will be left stranded due to modernization projects. The Chief Minister reaffirmed the government’s commitment to providing fair compensation, modern housing, and essential facilities to those displaced, ensuring that progress and social welfare go hand in hand.
The Chief Minister laid the foundation stone for the Radial Road-2 Interchange connecting Budvel Layout. He later inaugurated the Eco Park in Kotwalaguda and addressed a meeting organized locally on this occasion.
“The Musi River has been heavily polluted, but times are changing and so is the future. Plans for the metropolis must be adapted accordingly. No one should live in unsanitary conditions, and people currently residing in slush-filled areas need to be relocated safely.”
“We will plan development that considers the poor, involves everyone, and ensures inclusive progress. Residents will be provided housing within their own localities wherever needed.”
“Whether it is the construction of the Regional Ring Road, new radial roads, or the bullet train, land acquisition is sometimes necessary. While land loss may cause temporary distress, it is our responsibility to provide fair compensation so that alternative land can be acquired.”
“Just as the Sabarmati Riverfront in Ahmedabad, the Yamuna Riverfront in Delhi, and the Ganga Riverfront in Uttar Pradesh have been developed, Hyderabad’s Musi Riverfront is being redeveloped. Arrangements will also be made for night-time commercial activities around it.”
“We will create job and employment opportunities for the unemployed, strengthen law and order, and introduce night tourism. Indiramma houses will be constructed on government land in respective constituencies for those affected by these projects.”
“Hyderabad, with its historical monuments, has the potential to be one of the world’s most beautiful cities. We are committed to transforming it from a city that faced neglect into a globally admired metropolis.”
“During the construction of the international airport and IT hubs, some people faced losses, but these projects have now become major assets. With Bharat Future City, we aim to build a large, modern city rather than small colonies.”
“The Shamshabad area will become a bullet train hub, providing connectivity to Bangalore, Amaravati, and Chennai. Almost all permissions have been secured, and international companies, including those linked to Trump and Elon Musk, will establish a presence here.”
“We are building Hyderabad into a world-class city capable of global competition. This is only the beginning,” he added. Earlier, the Chief Minister also visited Eco Hill Park and inaugurated the Birds Aviary.
MPs Mallu Ravi, Konda Vishweshwar Reddy, Legislative Council Chief Whip Mahender Reddy, MLAs Prakash Goud, Mal Reddy Ranga Reddy, and other public representatives participated in the program.
