తెలంగాణలో సాదా బైనామా భూములకు సంబంధించి తొందరలోనే పరిష్కారం చూపించబోతున్నామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు ఉగాది పండుగ శుభదినం సందర్భంగా ప్రకటించారు. వ్యవసాయాన్ని లాభసాటిగా చేసి రైతును రాజుగా నిలబెట్టాలన్న సంకల్పంతో ముందుకు వెళుతున్నామని చెప్పారు.
తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం భాషా సాంస్కృతి శాఖ, దేవాదాయ ధర్మాదాయ శాఖ ఆధ్వర్యంలో రవీంద్రభారతిలో నిర్వహించిన శ్రీ పరాభవ నామ ఉగాది వేడుకల్లో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు, ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ మల్లు భట్టి విక్రమార్క గారితో కలిసి పాల్గొన్నారు.
శ్రీ పరాభవ నామ ఉగాది పంచాంగాన్ని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ఆవిష్కరించారు. ప్రకృతి వైపరీత్యాలు రాకుండా ప్రజలు సుఖశాంతులతో వర్థిల్లాలని ఈ సందర్భంగా భగవంతుడిని ప్రార్థించారు. ఈ నెల 22న రైతు భరోసా అందించబోతున్నామని తెలియజేస్తూ రైతులకు శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలియజేశారు.
రైతు సంక్షేమం, అభివృద్ధికి కట్టుబడి ప్రభుత్వం పనిచేస్తుందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి పునరుద్ఘాటిస్తూ.. “ధరణి రూపంలో భూతమై రైతులను బాధ పెడుతున్న సందర్భంగా రైతులకు అండగా దాన్ని తరిమేసి భూ భారతితో రైతాంగ సమస్యలను పరిష్కరిస్తున్నాం. సాదా బైనామాకు సంబంధించి తొందరలోనే పరిష్కారం చూపించబోతున్నాం.
సంక్షోభంలో కొట్టుమిట్టాడుతున్న రైతాంగాన్ని గట్టెక్కించడానికి పండించిన పంటలకు గిట్టుబాటు ధర కల్పించడంతో పాటు బోనస్ కూడా ఇచ్చి ఆదుకుంటున్నాం. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించిన లెక్కల మేరకు దేశంలో అతితక్కువ రుణభారం కలిగిన రైతులున్న రాష్ట్రాల్లో తెలంగాణ మొదటి స్థానంలో ఉండటం గర్వకారణం
పరిశ్రమలు ఎన్ని వచ్చినా, ఐటీ రంగాలు ఎంతగా రాణించినప్పటికీ రాష్ట్రంలో ఇప్పటికీ ప్రధాన జీవనాధారం వ్యవసాయమే. రైతులు బాగున్నప్పుడే రాష్ట్రం బాగుంటుంది. రాష్ట్రంలో 25.35 లక్షల రైతు కుటుంబాలకు రూ. 20,616 కోట్ల మేరకు రుణమాఫీ చేసి రైతులను ఆత్మగౌరవంతో బతకడానికి ప్రభుత్వం ఎంతో కృషి చేసింది.
ప్రతి ఎకరాకు రూ. 12 వేల చొప్పున రైతు భరోసా అందిస్తున్నాం. ఇప్పటికే ప్రభుత్వం 18 వేల కోట్ల రూపాయలు రైతు భరోసా కింద అందించింది.
పండించిన పంటలపై రైతుల్లో విశ్వాసం కల్పించడమే రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన ఉద్దేశం. వ్యవసాయ రంగానికి ఉచిత కరెంట్, పంటలకు గిట్టుబాటు ధర కల్పించడం, రుణమాఫీ చేయడం, రైతుభరోసా అందించడంతో పాటు రైతు బీమా అమలు చేయడం వంటివన్నీ రైతు సంక్షేమం, అభివృద్ధి కోసం తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయాలు.
ప్రభుత్వం రైతుల కోసం ప్రయత్నాలు, నిర్మిస్తున్న సాగునీటి ప్రాజెక్టులు, సంక్షేమం కోసం అమలు చేస్తున్న పథకాలన్నీ దేశంలో తెలంగాణ ప్రతిష్టను పెంపొదిస్తాయి. మన పొలాల్లో సమృద్ధిగా పంటలు పండినప్పుడే రాష్ట్రం సుఖశాంతులతో విలసిల్లుతుంది..” అని అన్నారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో మంత్రులు జూపల్లి కృష్ణారావు గారు, కొండా సురేఖ గారు, పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస రెడ్డి గారు, రాజ్యసభ సభ్యుడు వేం నరేందర్ రెడ్డి గారు, ఎమ్మెల్సీ మహేష్ కుమార్ గౌడ్ గారు, పలువురు ఎమ్మెల్సీలు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఇతర ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
ఈ వేడుక సందర్భంగా ప్రముఖ జ్యోతిష్యులు డాక్టర్ బాచంపల్లి సంతోష్ కుమార్ శాస్త్రి గారు పంచాంగ శ్రవణం చేశారు. కార్యక్రమంలో రాష్ట్రంలోని వివిధ ఆలయాలకు చెందిన అర్చకులను ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు సత్కరించారు.
A permanent solution for Sada Bainama land issues in Telangana will be provided shortly, announced Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy on the auspicious occasion of Ugadi. He emphasized the government’s unwavering resolve to transform agriculture into a profitable venture and ensure the prosperity of the farming community, which remains the backbone of the state’s economy.
The Chief Minister, accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister Sri Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, participated in the Shri Parabhava Nama Ugadi celebrations organized by the Department of Language and Culture and the Endowments Department at Ravindra Bharathi.
During the event, the Chief Minister released the Shri Parabhava Nama Ugadi Panchangam and offered prayers for the prosperity of the people and protection against natural calamities. He also extended Ugadi greetings to farmers, announcing that the Raitu Bharosa assistance would be credited on the 22nd of this month.
Reiterating the government’s commitment to farmer welfare, the Chief Minister stated, “While the previous Dharani system burdened the farmers, our government is addressing land issues through Bhoo Bharati. We are moving toward a swift and effective resolution for Sada Bainama lands to provide long-awaited relief to the peasantry.”
To support farmers struggling with financial crises, the government is ensuring remunerative prices along with a bonus for crops. The Chief Minister noted with pride that, according to Central Government data, Telangana ranks first among states with the lowest farmer debt burden.
He highlighted that despite industrial growth and IT sector success, agriculture remains the primary livelihood in the state. “The state prospers only when the farmer prospers,” he remarked, noting that the government has already waived ₹20,616 crore in loans for 25.35 lakh farmer families to help them live with dignity.
The government is providing Raitu Bharosa at the rate of ₹12,000 per acre. To date, approximately ₹18,000 crore has already been disbursed under this scheme to support agricultural operations and ensure financial stability for rural households.
The primary objective of the state government is to instill confidence among farmers regarding their produce. Key decisions such as free electricity for agriculture, remunerative prices, loan waivers, Raitu Bharosa, and the implementation of Raitu Bima are all strategic steps toward holistic development.
The Chief Minister expressed that the irrigation projects, welfare schemes, and dedicated efforts for farmers will continue to enhance Telangana’s prestige nationwide. “When our fields flourish with abundant crops, the state will truly thrive with peace and prosperity,” he added.
The program was attended by Ministers Sri Jupally Krishna Rao, Smt. Konda Surekha, Sri Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, Rajya Sabha MP Sri Vem Narender Reddy, MLC Sri Mahesh Kumar Goud, and several other legislators and public representatives.
During the celebrations, renowned astrologer Dr. Bachampalli Santosh Kumar Sastry performed the Panchanga Sravanam. On this occasion, the Chief Minister also honored priests from various prominent temples across the state for their spiritual service.
