రాబోయే రోజుల్లో ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగ ఖాళీలన్నీ భర్తీ చేస్తామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు స్పష్టం చేశారు. ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగ ఖాళీలతో పాటు ప్రైవేటు రంగంలో కూడా ప్రపంచంతో పోటీ పడే విధంగా యువతను తీర్చిదిద్దే కార్యక్రమాలను చేపడుతామని వెల్లడించారు.
ప్రజా పాలనలో కొలువుల పండుగలో భాగంగా హైదరాబాద్ శిల్పకళా వేదికలో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన కార్యక్రమంలో 25 శాఖలకు సంబంధించిన గ్రూప్–IIIలో ఎంపికైన 1,370 మంది అభ్యర్థులకు నియామక పత్రాలను లాంఛనంగా అందించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు మాట్లాడుతూ, కొత్తగా ఎంపికైన ఉద్యోగులు రాష్ట్ర పునర్నిర్మాణంలో భాగస్వాములు కావాలని ఆకాంక్షించారు.
“పరిపాలనలో ప్రక్షాళన జరగాలంటే సంపూర్ణంగా సహకరించాలి. కొత్తగా చేరిన వారంతా చిత్తశుద్ధితో పనిచేయాలి. దేశంలోనే అత్యధికంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందిన రాష్ట్రంగా ఎదగాలంటే మీరంతా కష్టపడి పనిచేయాలి. తలవంచకుండా, 30 నుంచి 35 సంవత్సరాల పాటు తెలంగాణ కోసం తల ఎత్తుకుని పనిచేశానని గర్వంగా చెప్పుకునేలా పని చేయాలి.
ఉద్యోగం ఒక భావోద్వేగం. ఈ భావోద్వేగం తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర పునర్నిర్మాణంలో మిమ్మల్ని భాగస్వాములను చేస్తుంది. తద్వారా తెలంగాణను ఒక ఆదర్శవంతమైన రాష్ట్రంగా తీర్చిదిద్దగలం. 4 కోట్ల మంది ప్రజల కోసం పనిచేసే బాధ్యతను మీరు తీసుకోబోతున్నారు.
తెలంగాణ ప్రత్యేక రాష్ట్రం సాధించుకున్న తర్వాత ఉద్యోగ నియామకాలు జరుగుతాయని ప్రజలు భావించారు. అయితే 2014 నుంచి 2024 వరకు పదేళ్ల పాటు ఉద్యోగ నియామకాలు జరగలేదు. తెలంగాణ పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్లో 14 సంవత్సరాల పాటు గ్రూప్–I నియామకాలు కూడా చేపట్టలేదు.
ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడిన తొలి సంవత్సరంలోనే 60 వేల ఉద్యోగాలు భర్తీ చేసి దేశంలోనే గొప్ప ఘనత సాధించాం. గడిచిన రెండేళ్లలో 70 వేల ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీ చేశాం. ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడిన తర్వాత పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ను పూర్తిగా ప్రక్షాళన చేశాం. గ్రూప్–I, II, III, IV నియామకాలను ఒక యజ్ఞంలా భావించి చేపట్టాం.
ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితుల్లో విద్య అన్ని ప్రాంతాలకు వ్యాపించినప్పటికీ నాణ్యమైన విద్య అందడం లేదు. రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో 16.5 లక్షల మంది విద్యార్థులు చదువుతుంటే, 11 వేల ప్రైవేటు పాఠశాలల్లో 33 లక్షల మంది విద్యను అభ్యసిస్తున్నారు.
ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో 1.20 లక్షల మంది అర్హత కలిగిన ఉపాధ్యాయులు పనిచేస్తున్నప్పటికీ ఈ పరిస్థితి ఎందుకు ఏర్పడిందో అందరూ ఆలోచించాలి. కారణాలను మనమే విశ్లేషించుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది. రాష్ట్రంలో పేదలకు నాణ్యమైన విద్యను అందించాల్సిన గురుతరమైన బాధ్యత ప్రతి ఒక్కరిపైనా ఉంది.
నాణ్యమైన విద్య, అవసరమైన నైపుణ్యాలు లేకపోవడం వల్ల అంతర్జాతీయ అవకాశాలు ఉన్నప్పటికీ వాటిని అందిపుచ్చుకోలేని పరిస్థితి ఏర్పడుతోంది. గతంలో మాదిరిగా పేదలకు ఇవ్వడానికి ప్రభుత్వానికి భూములు లేవు. నాణ్యమైన విద్యను అందించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది. జీవితంలో మార్పు తీసుకొచ్చేది విద్య ఒక్కటే. చదువే జీవితానికి గౌరవాన్ని తీసుకొస్తుంది.
స్వాతంత్య్రం సాధించిన వందేళ్ల నాటికి భారత్ ప్రపంచంలోనే అతి బలమైన ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థగా ఎదగాలనే లక్ష్యాన్ని నిర్దేశించుకున్నాం. తెలంగాణ 2034 నాటికి 1 ట్రిలియన్ డాలర్లు, 2047 నాటికి 3 ట్రిలియన్ డాలర్ల ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థగా ఎదగాలన్న లక్ష్యంతో ప్రభుత్వం పనిచేస్తోంది. ఇప్పుడు కొత్తగా ఉద్యోగాల్లో చేరుతున్న వారంతా 2047 నాటికీ ప్రభుత్వ సేవల్లో కొనసాగుతారు.
పేదవారు మీ వద్దకు వచ్చినప్పుడు, మీ సొంత తల్లిదండ్రులు వచ్చినట్లే స్పందించాలి. తల్లిదండ్రులను గౌరవంగా చూసుకోని వారు ఎవరైనా ఉంటే, వారి జీతంలో 10 నుంచి 15 శాతం కోత విధించి ఆ మొత్తాన్ని తల్లిదండ్రుల ఖాతాలో జమ చేస్తాం..” అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పేర్కొన్నారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు నూతన సంవత్సరం మరియు సంక్రాంతి పండుగ శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలిపారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో మంత్రులు పొన్నం ప్రభాకర్ గారు, మహమ్మద్ అజారుద్దీన్ గారు, సలహాదారు వేం నరేందర్ రెడ్డి గారు, షబ్బీర్ అలీ గారు, పలువురు ఎంపీలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఇతర ప్రజా ప్రతినిధులు, ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి రామకృష్ణా రావు గారు తదితర అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy announced that all government job vacancies will be filled in the coming days. Programs will also be undertaken to prepare youth for global competition, in both government and private sectors.
As part of the ‘Jobs Festival’ under ‘Praja Palana’ (People’s Governance), the Chief Minister handed over appointment letters to 1,370 candidates selected for Group-III posts across 25 departments at Shilpakala Vedika, Hyderabad.
He expressed hope that the newly appointed employees would become partners in the reconstruction of Telangana.
“For a complete transformation in administration, everyone must cooperate fully. Work with sincerity and dedication, so that after 30–35 years, you can proudly say you served Telangana with your head held high,” the Chief Minister said.
“A job is not just employment, it is an emotion. This emotion will make you partners in building an ideal Telangana. You are now responsible for serving 4 crore people.”
Highlighting past challenges, he noted that no significant recruitments took place for 10 years (2014–2024), and Group-I recruitments were not conducted for 14 years. The government has now filled 60,000 jobs in its first year and 70,000 jobs in the last two years, while reforming the Public Service Commission.
On education, he said while 16.5 lakh students study in government schools, 33 lakh students are in private schools. Despite 1.2 lakh qualified teachers, quality education is still a concern. Everyone must take responsibility to provide quality education to all, especially the poor.
He stressed that lack of skills and education prevents people from seizing international opportunities. “Education is the key to change and brings respect to life.”
The Chief Minister outlined the government’s vision: making Telangana a $1 trillion economy by 2034 and $3 trillion by 2047, contributing to India becoming the strongest global economy by its 100th year of independence.
“Those joining government service now will serve Telangana with dedication until 2047,” he added.
Addressing new employees, he said, “When poor people come to you, treat them as if your own parents have come. Those who do not show respect to elders will face salary deductions, deposited into their parents’ accounts.”
He also extended New Year and Sankranthi greetings to the selected candidates.
The program was attended by Ministers Ponnam Prabhakar, Mohammed Azharuddin, advisors Vem Narender Reddy, Shabbir Ali, several MPs, MLCs, MLAs, Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao, and other officials.
