తెలంగాణలోని 12,706 గ్రామ పంచాయతీలకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు శుభవార్తను అందించారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి ప్రత్యేక నిధి నుంచి గ్రామ పంచాయతీల అభివృద్ధి కోసం స్పెషల్ డెవలప్మెంట్ ఫండ్ కింద అదనంగా నిధులు అందిస్తామని ప్రకటించారు. మేజర్ గ్రామ పంచాయతీలకు 10 లక్షల చొప్పున, చిన్న గ్రామ పంచాయతీలకు 5 లక్షల రూపాయల చొప్పున స్పెషల్ డెవలప్మెంట్ ఫండ్గా నిధులు ఇందజేస్తామని చెప్పారు.
కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాల నుంచి గ్రామ పంచాయతీలకు వచ్చే నిధులకు ఈ నిధులు అదనమని స్పష్టం చేశారు. నూతన సంవత్సరంలో ఈ ప్రత్యేక నిధులను అందజేస్తామని తెలిపారు.
అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలు చేపట్టడం ద్వారా గ్రామ సర్పంచులకు ప్రజల్లో గౌరవం, మర్యాద పెంచుతుందని చెప్పారు. గ్రామ సభలు పెట్టుకుని అవసరమైన ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలని, గ్రామాల్లో ప్రజలకు ఇచ్చిన మాటలను నిలబెట్టుకోవడానికి దీర్ఘ కాలంగా పెండింగ్లో ఉన్న సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించుకోవాలని సూచించారు.
కొడంగల్ శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గంలో కొత్తగా ఎన్నికైన సర్పంచులు, ఉప సర్పంచులు, వార్డు మెంబర్ల కోసం కోస్గీ కేంద్రంలో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన ఆత్మీయ సమావేశంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పాల్గొన్నారు. కొత్తగా ఎన్నికైన గ్రామ పంచాయతీ ప్రతినిధులను ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు సత్కరించి అభినందనలు తెలియజేశారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు మాట్లాడుతూ, కొత్తగా ఎన్నికైన గ్రామ పంచాయతీ ప్రజా ప్రతినిధులకు దిశానిర్దేశం చేశారు. “ప్రభుత్వం సర్పంచులకు అండగా నిలుస్తుంది. మార్చి 31 లోపు గ్రామ పంచాయతీలకు రావలసిన ౩ వేల కోట్ల రూపాయలను తెప్పించే బాధ్యత తీసుకుంటా. గ్రామ సభలు పెట్టుకుని కార్యాచరణ రూపొందించుకుని అభివృద్ధి సాధించుకోవాలి.
ఎన్నికలు ముగిసాయి. పార్టీలు పంథాలు ఎన్నికల సమయంలోనే. ప్రతి పౌరుడు మన కుటుంబ సభ్యుడే. ఎవరి పట్ల వివక్ష చూపరాదు. చెబితే వినలేదనో, ఎన్నికల్లో పోటీ చేశారనో ప్రత్యర్థులు గెలిచారనో కారణంగా వివక్ష చూపించరాదు. చిన్న చిన్న అభిప్రాయబేధాలు ఉంటే పక్కన పెట్టాలి.
రాష్ట్రంలో పడావు పెట్టిన ప్రాజెక్టులను ఒక్కొక్కటిగా ప్రారంభిస్తున్నాం. అనుమతులు సాధిస్తున్నాం. గత ప్రభుత్వంలో చేసిన 8 లక్షల కోట్ల అప్పులున్నాయి. ఒక్కొక్కటిగా సమస్యలను పరిష్కరిస్తున్నాం. బీమా, నెట్టెంపాడు, కోయిల్సాగర్, ఎస్ఎల్బీసీ, పాలమూరు – రంగారెడ్డి, మక్తల్ – నారాయణపేట ప్రాజెక్టులేవీ గత పదేళ్లలో పూర్తి చేయలేదు. చుక్క నీరివ్వలేదు. వాటన్నింటినీ చేపడుతాం.
చదువు ఒక్కటే నిరుపేదల జీవితాలను మార్చగలదు. అందుకే వచ్చే విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుంచి రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా ప్రభుత్వ బడుల్లో ఉదయం టిఫిన్, మధ్యాహ్నం భోజనం అందించే కార్యక్రమం చేపట్టబోతున్నాం. పేదలకు నాణ్యమైన విద్య, ఉన్నత ప్రమాణాలు కల్పించినప్పుడే మంచి ఫలితాలు సాధిస్తారు.
ప్రజలు ఆశీర్వదించి ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చి రెండేళ్లు పూర్తి చేసుకున్నాం. గతంలో ఎప్పుడూ లేని విధంగా రాష్ట్రంలో అర్హులైన వారందరికీ కొత్తగా రేషన్ కార్డులు ఇచ్చాం. ఇంకా ఎవరికైనా రాకపోతే సర్పంచులు ఇళ్లిళ్లు తిరిగి తేల్చితే ఇంకా రేషన్ కార్డులు రానివారికి ఇప్పించే బాధ్యత ప్రభుత్వానిది.
అర్హులైన ప్రతి పేద వాడికి సన్నబియ్యం అందాలి. రాష్ట్రంలో 3.10 కోట్ల మందికి సన్నబియ్యం అందిస్తున్నాం. ఇంకా ఎవరికైనా రాకపోతే అందరికీ ఇచ్చే బాధ్యత ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకుంటుంది. సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాల్లో భాగంగా 200 యూనిట్లలోపు వాడుకున్న వారికి ఉచిత విద్యుత్ అందకపోతే ఆ కుటుంబాల పేర్లను కూడా రాసుకోండి.
రాష్ట్రంలో 69 లక్షల మంది రైతులకు రైతు భరోసా అందించాం. ఇంకా ఎవరికైనా ఆ జాబితాలో పేర్లు రాకపోతే వారి పేర్లను కూడా నమోదు చేయండి. ఆడబిడ్డలకు ఉచిత బస్సు సౌకర్యం కల్పించాం. ఎవరైనా ఎక్కడైనా ప్రయాణం చేసినప్పుడు డబ్బు అడిగితే చెప్పండి.
తెలంగాణ ఆడబడ్డలు కోటిమందికి కోటి ఇందిరమ్మ చీరలను సారెగా అందించాలని నిర్ణయించాం. రాష్ట్రంలో 18 సంవత్సరాలు నిండిన ప్రతి ఆడబిడ్డకు చీర అందాలి. ఎవరికైనా అందకపోతే సర్పంచులు స్వయంగా వారి పేర్లను నమోదు చేయాలి. ప్రతి ఇంటికీ చీర చేయాల్సిందే.
ప్రతి తండాకు, గ్రామానికి రోడ్లు, బడి, గుడి, ఇందిరమ్మ ఇండ్లు ఇవ్వడమే కాకుండా పిల్లల భవిష్యత్తు కోసం నాణ్యమైన చదువులు, ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు కల్పించడానికి కొడంగల్ను ఒక పెద్ద పారిశ్రామికవాడగా అభివృద్ధి చేసుకుంటున్నాం. కొడంగల్ను దేశానికి ఒక మాడల్ నియోజకవర్గంగా తీర్చిదిద్దుతాం.
జూనియర్, డిగ్రీ, అగ్రికల్చర్, మెడికల్ కాలేజీలతో పాటు సైనిక్ స్కూల్ ను ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్నాం. మొత్తంగా 250 ఎకరాల్లో కొడంగల్ను ఎడ్యుకేషన్ హబ్గా తీర్చిదిద్దబోతున్నాం.
కొడంగల్ శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గంలో 180 గ్రామ పంచాయతీల్లో ప్రజల తీర్పును గౌరవించి ఎన్నికైన గ్రామ సర్పంచులు, ఉప సర్పంచులు, వార్డు మెంబర్లను ప్రత్యక్షంగా కలవాలని, అభినందించాలని, వారు తిరిగి గ్రామాలకు వెళ్లి ప్రజల విశ్వాసాన్ని, నమ్మకాన్ని నిలబెట్టుకుని ప్రజా సేవ చేయాలని ఈ ఆత్మీయ సమ్మేళనం ఏర్పాటు చేసుకున్నాం.
కొడంగల్ ప్రజలు నిండుమనసుతో ఆశీర్వదించి గుండెల్లో పెట్టుకుని భుజాలపై మోసినందునే ఈరోజు ముఖ్యమంత్రిని కాగలిగాను.” అని అన్నారు.
ఈ ఆత్మీయ సమ్మేళనంలో మంత్రి వాకిటి శ్రీహరి గారితో పాటు జిల్లాకు చెందిన శాసనసభ్యులు, ఇతర ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు, కొత్తగా ఎన్నికైన నియోజకవర్గంలోని గ్రామ సర్పంచులు, ఉపసర్పంచులు, వార్డుమెంబర్లతో పాటు ఇతర ప్రతినిధులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy announced additional financial support for 12,706 Gram Panchayats across Telangana through the Chief Minister’s Special Fund under the Special Development Fund. Under this initiative, major Gram Panchayats will receive ₹10 lakh each, while smaller Gram Panchayats will receive ₹5 lakh each.
He clarified that these funds are over and above the regular allocations received from the Central and State governments and stated that the funds would be released in the New Year.
The Chief Minister emphasised that planned development works would strengthen local governance and public confidence. He advised Gram Panchayat representatives to conduct Gram Sabhas, prepare development plans, and address long-pending local issues.
Chief Minister Sri Revanth Reddy participated in a felicitation programme at Kosgi for the newly elected Sarpanches, Deputy Sarpanches, and Ward Members of the Kodangal Assembly constituency, where he congratulated the elected representatives.
Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister stated that the government would support Gram Panchayats and assured that efforts would be made to release pending dues of ₹3,000 crore before March 31. He stressed the importance of village-level planning and coordinated development.
He said that with the completion of elections, political differences should be set aside, and all representatives should work without discrimination, keeping public interest as the priority.
The Chief Minister stated that the government is taking steps to revive stalled irrigation and infrastructure projects, including Bheema, Nettempadu, Koilsagar, SLBC, Palamuru–Rangareddy, and Makthal–Narayanpet, by addressing pending approvals and technical issues.
Highlighting the role of education, he announced that from the next academic year, the government plans to introduce breakfast and lunch programmes in government schools to support students from economically weaker sections.
He noted that the government has completed two years in office and stated that new ration cards have been issued to eligible beneficiaries. Gram Panchayat representatives were requested to identify any eligible families who may have been left out.
The Chief Minister reiterated that fine quality rice is being supplied to eligible beneficiaries and said that steps are being taken to ensure coverage of all entitled families. He also asked representatives to note cases where free electricity up to 200 units is not being received by eligible households.
He stated that Rythu Bharosa assistance has been extended to farmers, free bus travel for women is being implemented, and welfare schemes should reach all eligible beneficiaries without inconvenience.
The Chief Minister announced the distribution of Indiramma sarees to women aged 18 years and above, and asked local representatives to ensure that no eligible woman is excluded.
He said that in addition to improving basic infrastructure and housing, the government plans to develop Kodangal with a focus on education, employment, and industrial growth, including the establishment of educational institutions.
Ministers, MLAs, elected local body representatives, and officials participated in the programme.
