తెలంగాణ అభివృద్ధిని ప్రతిబింబించేలా తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్-2047 పాలసీ డాక్యుమెంట్ ఉండాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు అధికారులకు సూచించారు. 2034 నాటికి 1 ట్రిలియన్, 2047 నాటికి 3 ట్రిలియన్ డాలర్ల ఎకానమీగా తెలంగాణను తీర్చిదిద్దేందుకు స్పష్టమైన రోడ్మ్యాప్, పాలసీ డాక్యుమెంట్ కనిపించాలని చెప్పారు.
రాష్ట్ర ఆర్థికాభివృద్ధిని మూడు రీజియన్లుగా విభజించి అభివృద్ధి చేసుకోవాలని చెప్పారు. కోర్-అర్బన్ రీజియన్ ఎకానమీ (CURE), పెరీ-అర్బన్ రీజియన్ ఎకానమీ (PURE), రూరల్ అగ్రికల్చర్ రీజియన్ ఎకానమీ (RARE) గా మూడు ప్రాంతాలుగా విభజించుకోవాలని సూచించారు.
రాష్ట్ర సమగ్ర అభివృద్ది, యువతకు మెరుగైన ఉపాధి లక్ష్యంగా విజన్ 2047కు సిద్దమౌతోంది. అందరికీ సమాన అవకాశాలు, సమీకృత అభివృద్దే టార్గెట్గా రానున్న 22 ఏంఢ్ల కార్యాచరణను డిసెంబర్ 8, 9 తేదీల్లో నిర్వహిస్తున్న గ్లోబల్ సమ్మిట్లో ప్రభుత్వం ఆవిష్కరించబోతోంది.
ఈ నేపథ్యంలో ఇంటిగ్రేటెడ్ కమాండ్ కంట్రోల్ సెంటర్లో తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ గ్లోబల్ సమ్మిట్ 2025 (Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025) పై ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ఉన్నతస్థాయి సమావేశంలో సమీక్షించారు. మంత్రులు దుద్దిళ్ల శ్రీధర్ బాబు గారు, కోమటిరెడ్డి వెంకటరెడ్డి గారు, పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాసరెడ్డి గారు, ధనసరి అనసూయ సీతక్క గారు, మహమ్మద్ అజారుద్దీన్ గారు, ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి రామకృష్ణారావు గారు, ఉన్నతాధికారులు ఈ సమీక్షా సమావేశంలో పాల్గొన్నారు.
సమావేశంలో పాలసీ డాక్యుమెంట్ పై పవర్ పాయింట్ ప్రజెంటేషన్ ఇవ్వగా, ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పలు సూచనలు చేశారు. తెలంగాణలో పెట్టుబడులకు ఉన్నఅపారమైన అవకాశాలను ప్రపంచ పెట్టుబడిదారుల ముందు ఆవిష్కరించడంతో పాటు ఇక్కడ పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టడం వల్ల కలిగే ప్రయోజనాలను ఈ రెండు రోజుల్లో సదస్సులో ప్రభుత్వం ప్రధానంగా వివరిస్తుంది.
హైదరాబాద్ కోర్ అర్బన్, సెమీ అర్బన్, గ్రామీణ తెలంగాణను మూడు జోన్లుగా అభివృద్ది సమతుల్యత సాధించాలని ప్రభుత్వం భావిస్తోంది. అదేసమయంలో గ్రామీణ ఆర్థికవ్యవస్థ బలోపేతం చేసేందుకు రైతుల ఆదాయాన్ని రెట్టింపు చేసేలా వ్యవసాయ కార్యాచరణ కూడా విజన్ డాక్యుమెంట్లో భాగమవుతుంది.
ఫార్మా, లైఫ్ సైన్సెస్, ఏరోస్పేస్, క్వాంటమ్ టెక్నాలజీ, కృత్రిమ మేధస్సు (AI), స్టార్టప్, MSMEలు, టూరిజం, ఎగుమతులు వంటి రంగాల్లో రానున్న రెండు దశాబ్దాల్లో ఆర్థిక వృద్ధికి కీలకమవుతాయని ప్రభుత్వం భావిస్తోంది.
బ్లూ & గ్రీన్ హైదరాబాద్ లక్ష్యంగా తెలంగాణ 2047 డాక్యుమెంట్లో మూసీ పునరుజ్జీవం, దీనిలో భాగంగా 2959 చెరువులు, పార్కులు, అటవీ ప్రాంతాలను వాటి పూర్వ స్థితికి తీసుకురావటం లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకుంది.
ఔటర్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు తరహాలో తెలంగాణకు మణిహారంలా రీజనల్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు, హై-స్పీడ్ మొబిలిటీ కారిడార్లు, రీజనల్ రింగ్ రైల్, 4 ఇండస్ట్రియల్ కారిడార్లు, 11 రేడియల్ రోడ్లను నిర్మించనుంది. వరంగల్, నిజామాబాద్, అదిలాబాద్, పెద్దపల్లి, కొత్తగూడెంలో కొత్త విమానాశ్రయాలను ఏర్పాటు చేయబోతోంది.
ప్రతీ ఏడాది రెండు లక్షల యువతకు, లక్షమంది నిపుణులకు విదేశీ ఉపాధికి అవసరమైన నైపుణ్య అభివృద్ది టార్గెట్గా ప్రణాళికల రూపకల్పన, హైదరాబాద్, వరంగల్, కరీంనగర్ కేంద్రాలుగా స్పోర్ట్స్ విలేజీల నిర్మాణం, మానసిక ఆరోగ్యం, యోగా, ధ్యానం, క్రీడలు, సాంస్కృతిక అవగాహనతో సమతుల్య యువత అభివృద్ధి కోసం హోలిస్టిక్ వెల్నెస్ సెంటర్ల ఏర్పాటు అంశాల్లో స్పష్టమైన భవిష్యతు ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించారు.
అంతర్జాతీయ పర్యాటకులను ఆకర్షించటమే లక్ష్యంగా టూరిజం ప్రాంతాల అభివృద్ది, నైట్ ఎకానమీ సిటీగా హైదరాబాద్ ఇమేజ్ ను క్రియేట్ చేయటం, బతుకమ్మ, బోనాలు, డెక్కన్ క్రాఫ్ట్స్ గ్లోబల్ పండుగలతో బ్రాండ్ తెలంగాణను విశ్వవ్యాప్తం చేయాలనే సంకల్పించారు. ప్రపంచ సినిమా రంగాన్ని ఆకర్షిస్తూ యానిమేషన్, గేమింగ్, ఫిలిం-టెక్ పరిశ్రమలకు తెలంగాణ కొత్త గమ్యస్థానంగా తీర్చిదిద్దాలని నిర్దేశించారు.
రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రతీ గ్రామంతో పాటు గ్లోబల్ సిటీ హైదరాబాద్ వరకు సమాన అవకాశాలు, స్థిరమైన అభివృద్ధి అనే లక్ష్యంతో ఈ తెలంగాణ విజన్ డాక్యుమెంట్ -2047 మార్గదర్శకంగా ఉండాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు స్పష్టంగా చెప్పారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy emphasised that the Telangana Rising–2047 policy document must clearly capture Telangana’s long-term development trajectory. He directed officials to finalise a concrete, actionable roadmap to achieve the State’s goals of becoming a $1 trillion economy by 2034 and a $3 trillion economy by 2047.
The Chief Minister highlighted that the State’s development strategy will be structured into three major growth regions — Core Urban Region Economy (CURE), Peri-Urban Region Economy (PURE) and Rural Agriculture Region Economy (RARE) — to ensure balanced, sustainable, and region-specific economic advancement. He stressed that the plans and designs included in the policy document must reflect realistic, practical, and time-bound strategies, ensuring uninterrupted policy implementation.
He emphasised that Vision 2047 must serve as a forward-looking blueprint for the next 22 years, focusing on sustainable development, equitable opportunities, and integrated growth. He noted that the Bharat Future City, where the Global Summit will be held on December 8 and 9, is being developed as a symbol of Telangana’s future readiness.
The Chief Minister reviewed preparations for the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 at the Integrated Command Control Centre. Ministers Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, Duddilla Sridhar Babu, D. Anasuya Seethakka, Mohammed Azharuddin, Chief Secretary Shri Ramakrishna Rao, and senior officials participated in the review meeting.
He said the summit’s central objective is to showcase Telangana’s vast investment potential and present the benefits of investing in the State to global investors. Hosting the summit in the Future City will highlight opportunities in multiple sectors and outline the government’s industry-friendly policies and incentives.
The Telangana Rising Vision 2047 document will outline strategies focused on equitable growth, women empowerment, youth advancement, and sustainable development. The Chief Minister said that although Telangana is a small State, it is progressing with the ambition of competing not only with neighbouring States but also with greater global economies such as China and Japan.
He stated that key sectors including pharma, life sciences, aerospace, quantum technology, artificial intelligence, startups, MSMEs, tourism, and exports will anchor economic growth in the next two decades. Telangana’s transparent governance, ease-of-doing-business ecosystem, and expanding Global Capability Centres (GCCs) have already positioned it as one of India’s most attractive investment destinations. The Vision Document will build on these strengths to attract further global investments.
Strengthening the rural economy remains a core priority — with targeted interventions to double farmers’ income, boost agricultural productivity, and encourage rural entrepreneurship. The document will also incorporate large-scale initiatives for women empowerment, including the aim of making one crore women millionaires, and a roadmap towards achieving a Net-Zero Telangana.
To realise the vision of a Blue & Green Hyderabad, the Chief Minister said the government is committed to restoring 2,959 ponds, parks, and degraded forest zones. As part of Village 2.0, the document will prioritise safe drinking water, clean roads, and solar-powered lighting in all villages.
A world-class transport ecosystem is a key component of Vision 2047. The government plans to develop a Regional Ring Road (Maniharam) on the lines of the Outer Ring Road, high-speed mobility corridors, a regional ring rail, four industrial corridors, eleven radial roads, and new airports in Warangal, Nizamabad, Adilabad, Peddapalli, and Kothagudem. A state-of-the-art Hyderabad (Future City)–Bandar Port Highway will serve as a major connectivity catalyst.
On skill development, the Vision Document will outline a structured plan to equip two lakh youth and one lakh experts annually with skills required for global employment. Sports Villages will be established in Hyderabad, Warangal, and Karimnagar. Holistic wellness centres will be set up to support youth development through mental health, yoga, meditation, sports, and cultural learning.
To elevate Telangana’s global identity, the Chief Minister instructed officials to strengthen tourism circuits, position Hyderabad as a vibrant night-time economy, and promote Telangana’s cultural heritage globally through Bathukamma, Bonalu, and Deccan Crafts. Telangana will also be projected as a new destination for animation, gaming, and film-tech industries, attracting the global cinema sector.
The Chief Minister affirmed that the Telangana Vision Document–2047 must stand as a guiding framework for equal opportunities, sustainable development, and progress from every village to the global city of Hyderabad.
