రానున్న మరో రెండు దశాబ్దాల కాలంలో తెలంగాణను ప్రపంచ చిత్రపటంలో ఉన్నతస్థానంలో నిలబెట్టాలన్న సంకల్పంతో భవిష్యత్తు ప్రణాళికలకు సంబంధించి రూపొందించే తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ 2047 (Telangana Rising 2047) విధాన పత్రం డిసెంబర్ 6 తేదీ నాటికి పూర్తి కావాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు ఆదేశించారు.
ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడి రెండేళ్లు పూర్తవుతున్న సందర్భాన్ని పురస్కరించుకుని.. డిసెంబర్ 8, 9 తేదీల్లో నిర్వహిస్తున్న ఉత్సవాల్లో తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్-2047 దార్శనిక పత్రం, తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ గ్లోబల్ సమ్మిట్ 2025 (Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025) ఏర్పాట్లకు సంబంధించి ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు డాక్టర్ బీఆర్ అంబేద్కర్ రాష్ట్ర సచివాలయంలో ఉన్నతస్థాయి సమావేశంలో సమీక్షించారు.
ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి మల్లు భట్టి విక్రమార్క గారితో పాటు మంత్రువర్గ సహచరులు, అధికారులు పాల్గొన్న ఈ సమావేశంలో పాల్గొన్నారు. ఇందులో భాగంగా డిసెంబర్ 8, 9 వ తేదీ ఆవిష్కరించబోయే తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్- 2047 విధాన పత్రానికి సంబంధించి సోమ, మంగళవారాల్లో మంత్రులు, సంబంధిత విభాగాల అధికారులు తమ శాఖల పరిధిలోని ప్రతి అంశాన్ని చర్చించి క్షుణ్ణంగా అధ్యయనం చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు చెప్పారు.
అలా అధ్యయనం చేసి క్రోడీకరించిన అంశాలను నివేదిక రూపంలో 2 వ తేదీ రాత్రి వరకు సమర్పించాలని, ఆ తర్వాత 3, 4 తేదీల్లో అన్ని శాఖలు ఇచ్చిన నివేదికలను ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి గారు, ప్రత్యేక కార్యదర్శి గారితో పాటు ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారి కార్యాలయ అధికారులు పరిశీలించి అవసరమైన మార్పు చేర్పులతో తుది ప్రతిని సిద్ధం చేయాలని చెప్పారు.
6వ తేదీ సాయంత్రం వరకు తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ విజన్ 2047 డాక్యుమెంట్ సంపూర్ణంగా సిద్ధం చేయాలని, అందుకు అనుగుణంగా విభాగాల అధికారులు దార్శనిక పత్రం రూపకల్పన కోసం పూర్తి సమయం వెచ్చించాలని సూచించారు. అలాగే తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ గ్లోబల్ సదస్సు నిర్వహణలో శాఖల మధ్య సమన్వయం ఉండాలని చెప్పారు.
ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం రెండేళ్ల పాలన సందర్భంగా పలు ఉమ్మడి జిల్లాల్లో ఒకరోజు ఉత్సవాలను నిర్వహించనున్నారు.
డిసెంబర్ 1 వ తేదీన మక్తల్లో, 2 వ తేదీన కొత్తగూడెంలో, 3 న హుస్నాబాద్లో, 4 న ఆదిలాబాద్లో, 5 వ తేదీన నర్సంపేటలో, 6 వ తేదీన దేవరకొండలో ఉత్సవాలు నిర్వహిస్తారు. వీటిల్లో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పాల్గొంటారు. ఈ ఉత్సవాల్లో సంబంధిత ఉమ్మడి జిల్లాకు చెందిన ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు అందరూ పాల్గొంటారు.
ఆ తర్వాత డిసెంబర్ 7 వ తేదీన ఉస్మానియా యూనివర్సిటీలో నిర్వహించే కార్యక్రమాల్లో పాల్గొని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పలు అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలు చేపడుతారు.
డిసెంబర్ 8, 9 వ తేదీల్లో భారత్ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ (Bharath Future City) లో తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్-2047 విజన్ డాక్యుమెంట్ ఆవిష్కరణ, తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ గ్లోబల్ సమ్మిట్ నిర్వహణ.
చివరగా డిసెంబర్ 13 న ప్రపంచ ఫుట్ బాల్ దిగ్గజం లియోనెల్ మెస్సీ పాల్గొనబోయే ఉప్పల్ స్టేడియంలో నిర్వహించే ఫుట్బాల్ మ్యాచ్తో ఉత్సవాలు ముగుస్తాయి.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy has directed that the Telangana Rising 2047 policy document, aimed at positioning Telangana among the top states globally in the next two decades, be completed by December 6.
To mark the completion of two years of the People’s Government, the Chief Minister reviewed the Telangana Rising–2047 vision document and the preparations for the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 in a high-level meeting at the Dr. BR Ambedkar State Secretariat. The summit is scheduled to be held on December 8 and 9.
Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, along with other ministers and senior officials, participated in the meeting. The Chief Minister instructed the concerned ministers and departmental officials to thoroughly discuss and examine all matters related to their departments regarding the Telangana Rising–2047 policy document on Monday and Tuesday ahead of the launch.
All findings should be compiled and submitted in the form of reports by the night of December 2. The reports submitted by each department on December 3 and 4 will then be reviewed by the Chief Secretary, the Special Secretary, and officials of the Chief Minister’s office to prepare the final document with necessary revisions and additions.
The Telangana Rising–2047 Vision Document is to be fully prepared by the evening of December 6. Department officials are expected to dedicate full time to its formulation. The Chief Minister emphasized the need for coordination among departments in organizing the Telangana Rising Global Summit.
In celebration of the People’s Government completing two years, one-day festivals will be organized across several joint districts. Festivals will be held in Maktal on December 1, Kothagudem on December 2, Husnabad on December 3, Adilabad on December 4, Narsampet on December 5, and Devarakonda on December 6. The Chief Minister will participate in these events along with all public representatives of the respective districts.
On December 7, the Chief Minister will attend programs organized at Osmania University and will undertake various development initiatives.
On December 8 and 9, the Telangana Rising–2047 Vision Document will be formally launched at Bharat Future City, coinciding with the Telangana Rising Global Summit.
The festivities will conclude on December 13 with a football match at Uppal Stadium, featuring world football legend Lionel Messi.
