భగవాన్ సత్య సాయిబాబా గారి ఆలోచనలు, ఆశయాలను ప్రజల్లో విస్తృతం చేయడానికి తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం ఎల్లప్పుడూ సిద్ధంగా ఉంటుందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు తెలిపారు. సాయిబాబా గారి శతజయంతి ఉత్సవాలను అధికారికంగా నిర్వహించడానికి సంబంధించి ప్రభుత్వం ఇప్పటికే ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసిందని గుర్తు చేశారు.
పుట్టపర్తి హిల్ వ్యూ స్టేడియంలో జరిగిన సత్య సాయిబాబా శతజయంతి ఉత్సవాల్లో భారత ఉప రాష్ట్రపతి శ్రీ సీపీ రాధాకృష్ణన్ గారు, త్రిపుర గవర్నర్ శ్రీ నల్లు ఇంద్రసేనా రెడ్డి గారు, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు గారు, మంత్రి లోకేష్ గారితో కలిసి ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పాల్గొన్నారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు మాట్లాడుతూ, సాయిబాబా గారి సేవలను గుర్తుచేసుకున్నారు. మానవ రూపంలోని దేవుడు సాయిబాబా గారి శతజయంతి ఉత్సవాల్లో పాల్గొనడం గొప్ప గౌరవంగా ప్రకటించారు.
“సాయిబాబా గారు మనుషుల్లో దేవుడిని చూశారు. ప్రేమతో మనుషులను గెలిచారు. సేవలతో దేవుడిగా కొలువబడుతున్నారు. మానవులను ప్రేమించాలి. ప్రేమ గొప్పది. ప్రేమ ద్వారా ఏదైనా సాధించవచ్చని నిరూపించారు.
సత్య సాయిబాబా గారు మన మధ్యన లేకపోయినా వారిచ్చిన స్ఫూర్తి, భావన నిర్వాహకుల అందరిలో కనిపిస్తోంది. కొన్ని సందర్భాల్లో ప్రభుత్వాలు కూడా చేయలేని సేవలను బాబా గారు, వారి ట్రస్టు ద్వారా చేసి చూపించారు. ముఖ్యంగా ప్రతి వారూ చదువుకోవాలని ప్రభుత్వాలతో పోటీ పడి కేజీ టు పీజీ వరకు పేదలకు ఉచితంగా విద్యను అందించి వారి జీవితాల్లో వెలుగులు నింపారు.
విద్య, వైద్య, తాగునీటి సౌకర్యం కల్పించడంలో ఎంతో కృషి చేశారు. జీవితంలో చివరి దశలో మరణం తప్ప వేరే మార్గం లేదని అనుకున్న దశలో ఎంతో మందిని బతికించి దేవుడిగా కొలువబడుతున్నారు.
పాలమూరు లాంటి వలస జిల్లాలు కరువు కాటకాలతో కునారిల్లుతున్న కాలంలో, ప్రభుత్వాలు సైతం తాగునీటి సౌకర్యాలు కల్పించలేని కాలంలో సొంత జిల్లా పాలమూరు దాహర్తిని తీర్చారు. అనంతపురం జిల్లాలో తాగునీటి సౌకర్యం కల్పించారు. తమిళనాడు రాష్ట్రంలో సైతం బాబా గారు సేవలను విస్తృత పరిచి ఈనాడు అందరి మనసుల్లో దేవుడిగా శాశ్వత స్థానం సాధించారు.
మానవ సేవ మాధవ సేవ బోధించడమే కాకుండా సంపూర్ణంగా నమ్మి విశ్వసించారు. ఈనాడు 140 దేశాల్లో బాబా గారికి భక్తులు ఉండటమే కాకుండా వారంతా వివిధ మార్గాల్లో సేవలు అందిస్తున్నారు. సాయి గారి శతజయంతి ఉత్సవాల్లో రాష్ట్రపతి గారు, ప్రధానమంత్రి గారు, గవర్నర్లు, కేంద్ర మంత్రులు, రాష్ట్రాల మంత్రులు, దాదాపు 40 నుంచి 50 దేశాలకు చెందిన ప్రముఖులు ఎంతో మంది హాజరయ్యారంటే వారి ప్రత్యేకతను గుర్తు చేసుకోవలసిన అవసరం ఉంది.
సత్య సాయిబాబా గారి ఆలోచనలను, వారు అనుసరించిన విధానాలను ప్రజలకు చేరవేయడానికి తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం అన్ని విధాలుగా సహకరిస్తుంది..” అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు చెప్పారు.
పుట్టపర్తి హిల్ వ్యూ స్టేడియంలో కార్యక్రమం తర్వాత ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు సాయి కుల్వంత్ హాలులోని సత్య సాయిబాబా గారి మహాసమాధిని దర్శించుకున్నారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy stated that the Telangana government is fully committed to carrying forward and spreading the noble ideals, values, and human-centric philosophy of Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. He recalled that the government has already issued formal orders for the official conduct of the centenary celebrations, reflecting its deep respect for Baba’s divine life and unparalleled service to humanity.
Hon’ble Vice President of India Shri C.P. Radhakrishnan, Hon’ble Tripura Governor Shri Nallu Indrasena Reddy, Hon’ble Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu and Minister Shri Nara Lokesh participated in the centenary celebrations of Bhagwan Sathya Sai Baba held at the Puttaparthi Hill View Stadium.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Shri Revanth Reddy paid rich tributes to Sathya Sai Baba’s life of compassion and service. He described it as a profound honour to participate in the centenary celebrations of a divine personality who inspired millions through love.
The Chief Minister said, “Sai Baba saw God in every human being. He won hearts with pure love. He is revered as God because his entire life was dedicated to service. Love is supreme — and he demonstrated that anything can be achieved through love.”
The Chief Minister noted that although Sathya Sai Baba is not physically present today, the inspiration he ignited continues to guide administrators and devotees around the world. He said Baba rendered services through his trust that even governments found difficult — especially in education, healthcare and drinking water.
He recalled that Sathya Sai Baba provided free education from KG to PG, illuminated the lives of countless poor families, and established world-class medical institutions that saved many lives at critical stages.
The Chief Minister highlighted that at a time when drought-hit regions like Palamuru faced severe drinking water scarcity and governments struggled to meet the need, Baba ensured water supply to his native district. He also provided large-scale drinking water facilities in Anantapur district and extended major service initiatives even to Tamil Nadu.
“Baba not only preached that Manava Seva is Madhava Seva, he lived by it completely,” the Chief Minister said. Today, Sathya Sai Baba has devotees in 140 countries who carry forward his mission through countless service activities. Dignitaries including the President, Prime Minister, Governors, Union and State Ministers, and representatives from around 40–50 countries attended the centenary celebrations — a reflection of Baba’s global impact.
The Chief Minister affirmed that the Telangana government will extend full cooperation to spread Sathya Sai Baba’s ideals, message, and service philosophy to people across the state.
After the programme at the Puttaparthi Hill View Stadium, the Chief Minister visited the Mahasamadhi of Bhagwan Sathya Sai Baba at Sai Kulwant Hall.
