దేశానికి స్వాతంత్య్రం సిద్ధించి వందేళ్ల నాటికి తెలంగాణను 3 ట్రిలియన్ డాలర్ల బలీయమైన ఆర్థిక శక్తిగా తీర్చిదిద్దాల్సిన గురుతరమైన బాధ్యత గ్రూప్-2 లో ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులందరిపైనా ఉందని, అందుకోసం శక్తివంచన లేకుండా కృషి చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు పిలుపునిచ్చారు.
శిల్పకళా వేదికలో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన “ప్రజాపాలనలో కొలువుల పండుగ” కార్యక్రమంలో భాగంగా గ్రూప్ –2 సర్వీసులకు ఎంపికైన 783 మంది అభ్యర్థులకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారి చేతుల మీదుగా లాంఛనంగా నియామక పత్రాల అందజేశారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి మల్లు భట్టి విక్రమార్క గారు, మంత్రి పొన్నం ప్రభాకర్ గారితో పాటు సలహాదారులు, ప్రజా ప్రతినిధులు, ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి గారు హాజరయ్యారు.
దీపావళి పండుగ శుభవేళ ఉద్యోగ నియామక పత్రాలను అందుకుంటున్న అభ్యర్థులు, వారి తల్లిదండ్రులకు ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు అభినందనలు తెలియజేశారు. తెలంగాణ బలమైన ఆర్థిక శక్తిగా తీర్చిదిద్దాలని తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ – 2047 లక్ష్యాలను నిర్ధేశించామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు గుర్తుచేస్తూ, గ్రూప్-2 లో ఎంపికైన వారంతా తెలంగాణ పునర్నిర్మాణంలో భాగస్వాములు కావాలన్నారు.
“మనిషి జీవితంలో జన్మదినం ఎంత ముఖ్యం, ఉద్యోగానికి సంబంధించిన నియామక పత్రం అందుకోవడం కూడా అంతే ముఖ్యమైన రోజు. ఈరోజు అందుకోబోయే నియామక పత్రం జీవితంలో ఒక భావోద్వేగం. ఈరోజు నుంచి మీరంతా బాధ్యత కలిగిన అధికారులు. ఎల్లప్పుడు అప్రమత్తంగా వ్యవహరించండి. 4 కోట్ల తెలంగాణ ప్రజల భవిష్యత్తును భద్రంగా కాపాడుకుంటూ ముందుకు సాగాలి.
ప్రభుత్వ అధికారులుగా ఉద్యోగంలో చేరడానికి తమ రక్తాన్ని చమటగా మార్చి మిమ్మల్ని భూజాన మోసిన తల్లిదండ్రులను మరిచిపోవద్దు. కన్న తల్లిదండ్రులను, పుట్టి పెరిగిన ఊరిని అభివృద్ధి చేసుకోవడం మీ బాధ్యత.
ఈరోజు నుంచి అధికారులుగా మీవద్దకు వచ్చే ఏ పేదవాడిలోనైనా తల్లిదండ్రులను గుర్తు తెచ్చుకుని సేవలు అందించాలి. నిస్సహాయులకు అండగా సహాయం అందించడమే బాధ్యతగా విధులు నిర్వర్తించాలి. ఎవరైనా తల్లిదండ్రులను విస్మరిస్తే వారి జీతం నుంచి 10 శాతం కోత పెట్టి తల్లిదండ్రుల ఖాతాల్లో వేసేట్టుగా చట్టం చేయబోతున్నాం.
ముందుగానే గ్రూప్-2 ఫలితాలు వెల్లడించినట్టయితే ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులు తిరిగి గ్రూప్-1 లో కూడా సెలెక్షన్ వస్తే అందులోకి వెళ్లినప్పుడు గ్రూప్-2 ఖాళీల్లో కొందరు అభ్యర్థులు అవకాశాలు కోల్పోతారని భావించి ముందుగా గ్రూప్-1 ఫలితాలు విడుదల చేశారు. అదే క్రమంలో గ్రూప్ -3 ఆ తర్వాత గ్రూప్-4 ఫలితాలను కూడా వెల్లడిస్తారు.
ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం అధికారం చేపట్టిన తర్వాత మొదటి సంవత్సరంలోనే 60 వేల ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీ చేశాం. అలాగే, సుదీర్ఘ కాలంగా పెండింగ్లో ఉన్న ఎస్సీ వర్గీకరణకు శాశ్వత పరిష్కారం చూపించాం. దేశంలో ఎక్కడా లేని విధంగా కుల గణన పూర్తి చేశాం” అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు అన్నారు. రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధి కోసం సమర్థవంతంగా పనిచేయాలని ఉద్బోధించారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy said that the responsibility of making Telangana a $3 trillion economic powerhouse by the country’s centenary of independence rests on all candidates selected in Group-2, and they must work diligently to achieve this vision.
As part of the “Koluvula Panduga” organized at Shilpakala Vedika, 783 candidates selected for Group-2 services were formally handed their appointment letters by the Chief Minister.
Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Minister Ponnam Prabhakar, government advisors, public representatives, and the Chief Secretary were present at the program.
On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, the Chief Minister congratulated the newly appointed officials and their parents. He highlighted that the Telangana Rising 2047 goals have been set to transform the state into a strong economic power and encouraged all Group-2 officers to actively participate in Telangana’s reconstruction.
The Chief Minister said, “Just as a birthday is important in a person’s life, receiving a job-related appointment letter is also a significant milestone. The appointment letter you receive today represents an important emotional moment. From today onwards, you are all responsible officials. Always remain vigilant and uphold the trust of 4 crore Telangana residents.”
He added, “As government officials, never forget your parents, who have supported you in achieving this milestone. It is your responsibility to contribute to their well-being and to the development of the village where you were born and raised. Always extend help to the poor and the helpless who come to you. We are also planning a measure to ensure accountability, whereby if anyone neglects their parents, a portion of their salary will be directed to support them.”
Regarding the selection process, the Chief Minister explained that Group-2 results were released in advance, and if any selected candidates secure positions in Group-1, the Group-2 vacancies will open up opportunities for others. Similarly, Group-3 and Group-4 results will be announced in sequence.
He further highlighted the government’s achievements: “Within the first year of assuming office, 60,000 jobs were filled. Long-pending SC classifications have been permanently resolved, and a comprehensive caste census has been conducted, a first in the country.”
The Chief Minister urged all officials to work efficiently and with dedication towards the development and progress of Telangana.
