హైదరాబాద్ నగరంలో ఐటీ కంపెనీలకు కేంద్రమైన రాయదుర్గం ప్రాంతంలో అత్యంత ఆకర్షణీయంగా టీ-స్క్వేర్ నిర్మాణం జరగాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. ఆధునిక సాంకేతికతకు అనుగుణంగా ఒక ఆకర్షణీయమైన కేంద్రంగా ఉండాలని, నవంబర్ నెలాఖరు నాటికి ఆ ప్రాజెక్టు పనులు ప్రారంభించాలని చెప్పారు.
ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు కమాండ్ కంట్రోల్ సెంటర్ (ICCC)లో మంత్రి దుద్దిళ్ల శ్రీధర్ బాబు గారు, ఇతర ఉన్నతాధికారులతో కలిసి ఏఐ హబ్, టీ-స్క్వేర్ తదితర అంశాలపై సమీక్షించారు. హైదరాబాద్ లో ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా తలపెట్టిన టీ-స్క్వేర్ ప్రాజెక్టుపై ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పలు సూచనలు చేశారు.
టీ-స్క్వేర్ నగరంలోనే ఒక ఐకానిక్ భవనంలా ఉండాలని, అందుకు అనుగుణంగా డిజైన్, నిర్మాణంలో తగిన జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలని చెప్పారు. టీ-స్క్వేర్ డిజైన్ పర్యాటకులను ఆకర్షించడం, రెస్టారెంట్లు, వ్యాపారం వంటి అంశాలు పరిగణలోకి తీసుకోవాలని చెప్పారు.
ఆ ప్రాంతం 24 గంటలూ సందర్శకులను ఆకట్టుకునేలా ప్రదేశాన్ని తీర్చిదిద్దాలి. పెద్ద ఎలక్ట్రానిక్ డిస్ప్లేలు, రంగురంగుల డిజిటల్ ప్రకటనల ద్వారా ప్రపంచ స్థాయి డిజిటల్ డిస్ప్లే తో రూపొందించాలి. యాపిల్ లాంటి ప్రపంచ ప్రాముఖ్యత కలిగిన సంస్థలు అక్కడ వ్యాపారం నిర్వహించేలా ఉండాలి.
పార్కింగ్ విషయంలో ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధ తీసుకోవాలి. వాహనాల విషయంలో ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు రాకుండా ప్రణాళికలు ఉండాలి. వినోదం, సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాలు, వాణిజ్య కార్యకలాపాలతో పాటు కార్పొరేట్ అవసరాలకు అనుగుణంగా టీ-స్క్వేర్ రూపుదిద్దుకోవాలి.. అని చెప్పారు.
హైదరాబాద్ లో ఒక AI (ఆర్టిఫిషియల్ ఇంటెలిజెన్స్) ఇన్నోవేషన్ హబ్ ఏర్పాటుపై ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పలు సూచనలు చేశారు. రాష్ట్రంలో ఇప్పటికే ఉన్న AI ప్రాజెక్టులు, స్టార్టప్లు, సెంటర్లను ఒకే చోట కలిపి, ప్రపంచ AI కంపెనీలు, పరిశోధనా సంస్థలు, అంతర్జాతీయ హబ్లతో భాగస్వామ్యం చేసేందుకు ఈ హబ్ ఉపయోగపడాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy instructed officials to develop T-Square in the Rayadurgam area — the hub of IT companies in Hyderabad — as one of the city’s most attractive landmarks. He emphasized that the project should reflect modern technological standards and directed that the construction works begin by the end of November.
The Chief Minister reviewed the progress of the AI Hub, T-Square, and other key initiatives at the Command Control Center (ICCC) along with Minister Shri Duddilla Sridhar Babu and senior officials. During the review, the Chief Minister gave several key directions regarding the ambitious T-Square project.
He stated that T-Square should stand as an iconic structure in Hyderabad and that utmost care should be taken in its design and construction. The Chief Minister said that the project’s design should include elements that attract tourists, and provide space for restaurants and business activities.
He directed that the area should be developed as a vibrant 24×7 destination, featuring world-class digital displays, large electronic screens, and colorful digital advertisements. He added that the facilities should be planned in such a way that global companies like Apple could establish their presence and conduct business there.
The Chief Minister also stressed the need for comprehensive parking facilities and well-planned vehicular movement to avoid congestion. He said that T-Square should be developed as a multi-functional destination combining entertainment, cultural, commercial, and corporate spaces.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister also gave several instructions regarding the establishment of an AI (Artificial Intelligence) Innovation Hub in Hyderabad. He emphasized that the hub should bring together existing AI projects, startups, and centers in the state, and foster collaboration with global AI companies, research institutions, and international hubs to position Hyderabad as a global AI leader.
