ప్రపంచంలో అగ్రభాగాన నిలపాలన్న బృహత్తరమైన ప్రణాళికతో ముందుకు వెళుతున్న తెలంగాణలో పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు పారిశ్రామిక వేత్తలకు ఆహ్వానం పలికారు. తెలంగాణలో పెట్టే పెట్టుబడులకు ప్రభుత్వం మద్దతుగా నిలుస్తుందని, అవసరమైన భద్రత ఉంటుందని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
ప్రతిష్టాత్మక పబ్లిక్ ఎఫైర్స్ ఫోరమ్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా PAFI India ఆధ్వర్యంలో ఢిల్లీలో జరిగిన వార్షిక సదస్సులో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ప్రసంగించారు. పారిశ్రామిక రంగంతో పాటు అన్ని రంగాల్లో ప్రగతి లక్ష్యాలపై తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ 2047 విజన్ డాక్యుమెంట్ను ఈ ఏడాది డిసెంబర్ 9 న ఆవిష్కరించబోతున్నట్టు ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పునరుద్ఘాటించారు.
లక్ష్య సాధన దిశగా పయనిస్తున్న తెలంగాణలో పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టి అందుకు బ్రాండ్ అంబాసిడర్లుగా నిలవాలని పారిశ్రామిక వేత్తలకు ఆహ్వానం పలికారు.
“పారదర్శకమైన పరిపాలన అందించడానికి రాజకీయ సంకల్పం కావాలి. భవిష్యత్ తరాలకు అవకాశాలను సృష్టించాలన్నదే మా ఆలోచన. దేశంలోనే యువ రాష్ట్రం తెలంగాణ. రాష్ట్రం కొత్తగా ఏర్పడినప్పటికీ తెలంగాణకు, హైదరాబాద్కు ఘనమైన చరిత్ర ఉంది.
రాష్ట్ర సర్వతోముఖాభివృద్ధికి తెలంగాణ విజన్ డాక్యుమెంట్-2047 రూపొందించాం. రాష్ట్రాన్ని భౌగోళికంగా మూడు ప్రాంతాలు.. కోర్ అర్బన్, సెమీ అర్బన్, రూరల్ తెలంగాణగా విభజన చేశాం.
కోర్ అర్బన్ ప్రాంతంలో కోటి మంది నివసిస్తున్నారు. కోర్ అర్బన్ ప్రాంతం సేవా రంగానికి వినియోగించాలని ఈ ప్రాంతంలోని కాలుష్య కారక పరిశ్రమలను నగరం వెలుపలికి తరలిస్తున్నాం. సెమీ అర్బన్ ప్రాంతాన్ని తయారీ రంగం కోసం ప్రత్యేక జోన్గా (మాన్యుఫాక్చర్) నిర్ణయించాం.
తెలంగాణలో అభివృద్ధికి తగినట్లు 70 కి.మీ ఉన్న మెట్రోను 150 కి.మీ పొడిగించాలని నిర్ణయించాం. ప్రస్తుతం అయిదు లక్షల మంది మెట్రోలో పయనిస్తున్నారు.. దానిని 15 లక్షలకు పెంచాలని లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకున్నాం. సబర్మతీ తీరంలా మూసీని మారుస్తాం. అందుకు మూసీ నది పునరుజ్జీవంపై దృష్టి సారించాం.
హైదరాబాద్లో ఎలివేటెడ్ కారిడార్ల నిర్మాణం చేపడుతున్నాం. 2027 నాటికి హైదరాబాద్లో ఎలక్ట్రిక్ వాహనాలే ఎక్కువగా ఉండనున్నాయి. అందుకే ఈవీలకు రాయితీలు ప్రకటించాం. రాష్ట్ర అవసరాలకు తగినట్లు రీజినల్ రింగ్ రోడ్ నిర్మాణం, భవిష్యత్ అవసరాలకు తగినట్లు భారత్ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ నిర్మాణానికి ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేశాం. విమానాశ్రయం నుంచి భారత్ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ అనుసంధానత కల్పిస్తాం.
తెలంగాణలో సేంద్రియ పంటలు పండుతున్నాయి. ప్రపంచ దేశాలను పట్టి పీడిస్తున్న మాదక ద్రవ్యాలను తెలంగాణలో కఠినంగా నియంత్రిస్తున్నాం. వాటి నిర్మూలనలో తెలంగాణ దేశంలోనే మొదటి స్థానంలో ఉంది.
మారుతున్న కాలానికి అనుగుణంగా విజ్ఞానంతో పాటు నైపుణ్యం అవసరం. యువతలో నైపుణ్యాలు పెంచేందుకు తెలంగాణలో యంగ్ ఇండియా స్కిల్ యూనివర్సిటీ ఏర్పాటు చేశాం. తమ ప్రభుత్వం మహాత్మా గాంధీ యంగ్ ఇండియా స్ఫూర్తిని అనుసరిస్తోంది. స్కిల్ యూనివర్సిటీలో చదువుకున్న వాళ్లకు ఉద్యోగాలు వస్తాయి.
స్పోర్ట్స్లో దక్షిణ కొరియా వంటి చిన్న దేశాలకు వచ్చే మెడల్స్ చూస్తే ఆశ్చర్యం కలుగుతుంది. ఒలింపిక్స్ పతకాల సాధనే లక్ష్యంగా యంగ్ ఇండియా స్పోర్ట్స్ యూనివర్సిటీ ఏర్పాటు చేశాం.
తెలంగాణకు ఓడ రేవు లేనందున, మచిలీపట్నం ఓడ రేవుతో అనుసంధానానికి ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ నుంచి గ్రీన్ఫీల్డ్ ఎక్స్ప్రెస్ హైవే, దానికి సమాంతరంగా రైల్వే లైన్ మంజూరు చేయాలని కేంద్రాన్ని కోరుతున్నాం.
బల్క్ డ్రగ్స్ ఉత్పత్తిలో 40 శాతం తెలంగాణ నుంచి జరుగుతోంది. వ్యాక్సిన్ల తయారీలో హైదరాబాద్ ముందు వరుసలో ఉంది. ప్రస్తుతం అమెరికా అధ్యక్షుడు ట్రంప్ తీసుకుంటున్న నిర్ణయాల ఆ దేశానికే ఎక్కువగా నష్టం చేకూర్చేలా ఉన్నాయి..” అని వివరించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా జరిగిన చర్చా గోష్టిలో PAFI అధ్యక్షుడు చేతన్ కృష్ణ గారు, సెల్ కాన్ గ్రూప్ చైర్మన్ గురుస్వామి నాయుడు గారు, గోద్రేజ్ కార్పొరేట్ ఎఫైర్స్ గ్రూప్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ రాకేష్ స్వామి గారు, పాల్గొన్నారు. కార్యక్రమానికి బిజినెస్ స్టాండర్డ్ ఎడిటోరియల్ డైరెక్టర్ అశోక్ భట్టాచార్య గారు మాడరేటర్గా వ్యవహరించారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy has extended an invitation to industrialists to invest in Telangana, a state moving ahead with an ambitious vision to become a global leader. He assured that the government will fully support investments in the state and provide the necessary security for investors.
Addressing the annual conference held in Delhi under the auspices of the prestigious Public Affairs Forum of India (PAFI India), the Chief Minister reiterated that the Telangana Rising 2047 Vision Document — outlining progress goals across all sectors, including industry — will be unveiled on December 9 this year.
He urged industrialists to not only invest in Telangana but also serve as brand ambassadors of the state’s growth story.
The Chief Minister said, “Political will is essential to provide transparent governance. Our vision is to create opportunities for future generations. Telangana is the youngest state in the country. Though it is newly formed, both Telangana and Hyderabad have a rich and proud history.”
Highlighting the roadmap, he explained that the state has been divided geographically into three regions — Core Urban, Semi-Urban, and Rural Telangana.
The Core Urban area, with one crore residents, will focus on the service sector, while polluting industries are being relocated outside the city.
The Semi-Urban area is being developed as a dedicated manufacturing zone.
The Chief Minister added that the Hyderabad Metro will be expanded from 70 km to 150 km, with the daily ridership target increased from 5 lakh to 15 lakh. He said the Musi Riverfront Project will transform Musi on the lines of Sabarmati, with revival works already underway.
He also announced that elevated corridors are under construction in Hyderabad and that by 2027, electric vehicles will form the majority of the city’s transport fleet. Subsidies for EVs have been introduced to support this transition. Plans for the Regional Ring Road and the Bharat Future City have also been prepared, with seamless connectivity to be provided from the airport.
Stressing Telangana’s commitment to sustainability, the Chief Minister noted that organic farming is being promoted while narcotic substances are being strictly curbed, making Telangana a national leader in eradication efforts.
On education and youth empowerment, he said that knowledge must be complemented with skills. To this end, the government has established the Young India Skill University to enhance employability and the Young India Sports University with the goal of winning Olympic medals.
On infrastructure and connectivity, the Chief Minister highlighted that since Telangana has no seaport, the state has requested the Centre to sanction a Greenfield Express Highway and a parallel railway line from Bharat Future City to Machilipatnam Port.
He also pointed out that 40% of bulk drug production in India comes from Telangana, and Hyderabad remains at the forefront of vaccine development.
The conference also featured a panel discussion with PAFI President Shri Chetan Krishna, Celcon Group Chairman Shri Guruswamy Naidu, and Godrej Corporate Affairs Group President Shri Rakesh Swamy. Business Standard Editorial Director Shri Ashok Bhattacharya moderated the session.
