ప్రపంచంలోని ఫార్చూన్ 500 కంపెనీలు తెలంగాణలోని భారత్ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ నుంచి కార్యకలాపాలను నిర్వహించుకునేలా ప్రభుత్వం ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేస్తోందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు వెల్లడించారు.
ఫార్చూన్ 500 కంపెనీల్లో ప్రస్తుతం 85 కంపెనీలు హైదరాబాద్లో తమ కార్యాలయాలను స్థాపించాయని, భవిష్యత్తులో మిగతా కంపెనీలన్నీ ఇక్కడ తమ కార్యాలయాలను ఏర్పాటు చేసుకునేలా భారత్ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీని అగ్రశ్రేణి నగరంగా తీర్చిదిద్దుతామని చెప్పారు.
ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా చేపట్టిన భారత్ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ ప్రాజెక్టులో భాగంగా ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ డెవలప్మెంట్ అథారిటీ #FCDA భవన నిర్మాణానికి ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు శంకుస్థాపన చేశారు.
రంగారెడ్డి జిల్లా కందుకూరు మండలం మీర్ఖాన్పేటలో జరిగిన ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి మల్లు భట్టి విక్రమార్క గారు, మంత్రులు దుద్దిళ్ల శ్రీధర్ బాబు గారు, అడ్లూరి లక్ష్మణ్ కుమార్ గారు, సలహాదారు వేం నరేందర్ రెడ్డి గారితో పాటు పలువురు ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ అభివృద్ధి ప్రాథికార సంస్థ భవనంతో పాటు కొంగరకలాన్ నుంచి ఆమనగల్ వరకు ప్రతిపాదిత గ్రీన్ఫీల్డ్ రేడియల్ రోడ్ -1 నిర్మాణానికి కూడా ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు భూమి పూజ చేశారు. ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ నమూనా చిత్రాలను పరిశీలించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఏర్పాటు చేసిన సభలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు మాట్లాడుతూ.. “సింగరేణి సంస్థ కార్పొరేట్ గ్లోబల్ కార్యాలయం కోసం ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీలో 10 ఎకరాలు కేటాయిస్తున్నాం. 2026 డిసెంబర్ నాటికి సింగరేణి కార్యాలయ నిర్మాణం పూర్తి కావాలి.
ఈరోజు శంకుస్థాపన చేసిన ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ డెవలప్మెంట్ అథారిటీ భవనం డిసెంబర్ నాటికి పూర్తి కావాలి. దీని సమీపంలోనే నిర్మిస్తున్న యంగ్ ఇండియా స్కిల్స్ యూనివర్సిటీ కూడా డిసెంబర్ లో ప్రారంభించుకుంటాం. అప్పుడు నెలకు మూడుసార్లు తాను ఇక్కడికి వస్తా. భవిష్యత్తు కార్యక్రమాలన్నీ ఇక్కడి నుంచే తీసుకుందాం.
గతంలో కులీకుతుబ్ షాహీలు, నిజాం నవాబులు, గత పాలకులు ప్రణాళికా బద్ధంగా నగర అభివృద్ధికి పునాదులు వేసినట్టుగానే భవిష్యత్ తరాల కోసం ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ నిర్మాణం చేపట్టాం. భారత దేశమే కాకుండా ప్రపంచం గర్వించే ఒక గొప్ప సిటీని నిర్మిస్తాం.
గడిచిన 70 ఏళ్లుగా న్యూయార్క్, సింగపూర్, టోక్యో, దుబాయ్ నగరాలను చూసొచ్చామని.. అలా ఇంకెంత కాలం చెప్పుకుంటాం. న్యూయార్క్ లో ఉన్న వారు సైతం ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ చూసొచ్చామని చెప్పుకునే తీరుగా దీన్ని తీర్చిదిద్దుతాం.
ఎగుమతి, దిగుమతి వ్యాపార కార్యకలాపాల కోసం పోర్టుతో అనుసంధానం చేయడానికి ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ నుంచి అమరావతి మీదుగా మచిలీపట్నం వరకు 12 వరుసల్లో గ్రీన్ ఫీల్డ్ హైవే రాబోతోంది. అలాగే ఇక్కడి నుంచి వయా అమరావతి – చెన్నై వరకు బుల్లెట్ ట్రైన్ నిర్మాణానికి కేంద్రం అంగీకరించింది.
ఇక్కడి నుంచి శ్రీశైలం వరకు వంద మీటర్ల వెడల్పుతో రోడ్డు వేసుకుంటున్నాం. దాంతో పాటు బెంగుళూరుకు బుల్లెట్ ట్రైన్ కోసం కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ఒప్పించాం.
ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీకి సంబంధించి ఈ అభివృద్ధికి సంబంధించిన ప్రణాళిక క్రమంలో భూములు కోల్పోతున్న కొంతమందికి నష్టం, కష్టం వచ్చి ఉండొచ్చు. ప్రభుత్వం అర్థం చేసుకుని ఆదుకుంటుంది. తగిన పరిహారం ఇవ్వడమే కాకుండా ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీలో ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలు కల్పిస్తాం. చిన్నచిన్న సమస్యలు పరిష్కరించుకుందాం.
నేనెవరికీ అన్యాయం చేయను. న్యాయంగా పరిష్కరించుకుని ముందుకు వెళదాం. ఇండ్ల పట్టాలు ఇవ్వాలని చెప్పాం. ఇందిరమ్మ ఇండ్లు, ఏటీసీ, ఆసుపత్రి ఇవ్వాలని ఇప్పటికే సూచన చేశా. ప్రభుత్వం ఉదారంగా వ్యవహరిస్తుంది” అని వివరించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ప్రజలందరికీ దసరా పండుగ శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలియజేశారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy unveiled plans to develop Bharat Future City in Telangana as a hub for global corporate offices, including Fortune 500 companies.
Currently, 85 Fortune 500 companies have already established offices in Hyderabad. In the future, Bharat Future City will be developed into a top-tier city to accommodate other global companies looking to set up operations here.
As part of this ambitious project, the Chief Minister laid the foundation stone for the Future City Development Authority (FCDA) building.
The program, held at Mirkhanpet, Kandukuru Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, was attended by Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Ministers Duddilla Sridhar Babu, Adluri Laxman Kumar, Advisor Vem Narender Reddy, and several public representatives.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister also performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the FCDA building and the proposed Greenfield Radial Road-1, connecting Kongarakalan to Amangal, and reviewed the model drawings of Future City.
Speaking at the event, the Chief Minister said:
“We are allocating 10 acres in Future City for the corporate global office of Singareni. The construction of the Singareni office is expected to be completed by December 2026. The FCDA building laid today should also be completed by December. The nearby Young India Skills University will be inaugurated in December, and I plan to visit here three times a month to oversee all future programs.”
He further added:
“Just as the Qutub Shahis, Nizam Nawabs, and past rulers laid the foundation for city development in a planned manner, we are constructing Future City for generations to come. We aim to build a great city that India and the world will be proud of.”
Highlighting global benchmarks, he said:
“In the past 70 years, cities like New York, Singapore, Tokyo, and Dubai have set examples. Bharat Future City will become a benchmark for modern urban development in India.”
Major infrastructure initiatives include:
12-lane Greenfield highway from Future City to Machilipatnam via Amaravati, connecting it with the port for export-import activities.
Bullet train projects linking Future City to Amaravati-Chennai and another to Bangalore.
100-meter-wide road connecting Future City to Srisailam.
Addressing concerns of locals affected by land acquisition, the Chief Minister stated:
“We understand the difficulties faced by those losing land in the planning process. The government will provide appropriate compensation along with job opportunities in Future City. We will resolve issues fairly and ensure no injustice occurs. House titles under Indiramma, ATCs, and hospitals will also be provided, and the government will act generously.”
On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy conveyed Dussehra festival greetings to all citizens.
