రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా భూములకు భూధార్ నెంబర్ల కేటాయింపునకు అవసరమైన ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. అలాగే, రెవెన్యూ సదస్సుల్లో వారసత్వ, ఇతర మ్యుటేషన్లకు సంబంధించి స్వీకరించిన దరఖాస్తులను త్వరగా పరిష్కరించాలని చెప్పారు.
కమాండ్ కంట్రోల్ సెంటర్లో రెవెన్యూ, గృహ నిర్మాణ శాఖలపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు రెవెన్యూ శాఖ మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస రెడ్డి గారితో పాటు ఉన్నతాధికారులతో సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. లైసెన్డ్ సర్వేయర్లు సర్వే చేసిన అనంతరం రెగ్యులర్ సర్వేయర్లు వాటిని స్క్రూటినీ చేసేలా చూడాలని ఆదేశించారు.
కోర్ అర్బన్ ఏరియాలో నూతనంగా నిర్మించనున్న 10 సబ్ రిజిస్ట్రార్ కార్యాలయాల నమూనాలను ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పరిశీలించారు. ప్రతి కార్యాలయంలో పార్కింగ్, క్యాంటీన్, ఇతర మౌలిక వసతులు ఉండాలని, కార్యాయాలు పూర్తిగా ప్రజలకు స్నేహ పూర్వక వాతావరణంలో, సౌకర్యవంతంగా ఉండేలా చూడాలని సూచించారు.
రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా పలు జిల్లాల్లో పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో ఇందిరమ్మ ఇండ్ల నిర్మాణం పూర్తయిందని అధికారులు వివరించగా, ఈ నెలాఖరులోగా ఇందిరమ్మ ఇండ్ల ప్రారంభోత్సవానికి ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు అధికారులకు సూచించారు.
హైదరాబాద్ నగరంలోని హౌసింగ్ బోర్డుతో జాయింట్ వెంచర్గా ఉన్న ప్రాజెక్టుల్లోని తలెత్తిన సమస్యలను త్వరగా పరిష్కరించాలని అధికారులకు సూచించారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy garu directed officials to prepare the necessary plans for the allotment of Bhudhar numbers to lands across the state. He also instructed that applications received in revenue meetings relating to inheritance and other mutations be resolved at the earliest.
The Chief Minister reviewed the functioning of the Revenue and Housing Departments at the Command Control Center, along with Hon’ble Minister Shri Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy garu and senior officials. He directed that surveys conducted by licensed surveyors be scrutinized by regular surveyors.
The Chief Minister inspected models of 10 new sub-registrar offices proposed to be constructed in the core urban area. He emphasised that each office should have parking, a canteen, and other essential facilities, ensuring they are fully people-friendly and comfortable.
Officials briefed that a large number of Indiramma Houses have been completed in several districts. The Chief Minister instructed them to make arrangements for their inauguration by the end of this month.
He also advised officials to expedite the resolution of issues in projects undertaken as joint ventures with the Housing Board in Hyderabad city.
