భారత్ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ కోసం భూ సేకరణ ప్రక్రియను సాధ్యమైనంత తొందరగా పూర్తి చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. పెట్టుబడులతో రాష్ట్రానికి వచ్చే పారిశ్రామిక వేత్తలు ఎవరూ వెనక్కి వెళ్లరాదని, ఆ రకమైన ప్రణాళికలతో పరిశ్రమల శాఖ సర్వసన్నద్ధంగా ఉండాలని చెప్పారు.
మంత్రి దుద్దిళ్ల శ్రీధర్ బాబు గారితో కలిసి ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పరిశ్రమల శాఖకు సంబంధించిన అంశాలపైన ఉన్నత స్థాయి సమావేశంలో సమీక్షించారు. డేటా సెంటర్ల ఏర్పాటు విషయంలో అధికారులు ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధ పెట్టాలని సూచించారు.
డేటా సెంటర్లకు హైదరాబాద్ హబ్గా మారిన పరిస్థితుల్లో కొత్తగా ఏర్పాటు చేయడానికి ముందుకొచ్చే సంస్థల డేటా సెంటర్ల ఏర్పాటుకు కావలసిన స్థలం సిద్ధం చేయాలని చెప్పారు. నిమ్జ్లో మిగిలి ఉన్న భూ సేకరణను తక్షణమే పూర్తి చేయాలని, అందుకు రైతులతో సంప్రదించి ఒప్పించాలని చెప్పారు.
ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీలో ఇంటిగ్రేటెడ్ స్పోర్ట్స్ కాంప్లెక్స్ ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్న నేపథ్యంలో అందుకు అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయి స్పోర్ట్స్ ఆర్కిటెక్ట్ను నియమించుకోవాలని సూచించారు. స్పోర్ట్స్ కాంప్లెక్స్లో క్రికెట్, ఫుట్బాల్, గోల్ఫ్ వంటి అన్ని క్రీడలకు అవసరమైన మౌలిక సదుపాయాలు ఉండేలా ప్రణాళికలు సిద్దం చేయాలని చెప్పారు.
రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రతిపాదిత మెగా ప్రాజెక్టులపైన మంత్రివర్గ ఉప సంఘం ప్రతి 15 రోజులకు ఒకసారి సమావేశమై వాటి పురోగతిపైన చర్చించాలని అన్నారు. 2024 లో హైదరాబాద్ నగరానికి 70 గ్లోబల్ కేపబులిటీ సెంటర్స్ వచ్చాయని, 2025 లో ఇప్పటివరకు 25 రాగా మరిన్ని సెంటర్లు వచ్చేలా ప్రయత్నం చేయాలని అధికారులకు సూచించారు. అందుకోసం అధికార యంత్రాంగం వంద రోజుల లక్ష్యంతో ప్రణాళికను సిద్ధం చేసుకుని పనిచేయాలని చెప్పారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy has directed officials to expedite the land acquisition process for Bharat Future City, emphasizing that no industrialist coming to Telangana with investment proposals should leave disappointed. He instructed the Industries Department to be fully prepared with comprehensive plans to facilitate investor needs.
In a high-level review meeting with Industries Minister Shri Duddilla Sridhar Babu and senior officials, the Chief Minister assessed various ongoing and proposed initiatives under the Industries Department. He underlined the need to focus on the expansion of data centers, as Hyderabad is emerging as a national hub in the sector. He advised that sufficient space be earmarked to accommodate companies planning to establish new data centers.
The Chief Minister also reviewed the pending land acquisition for NIMS and instructed officials to complete the process at the earliest by holding consultations with farmers and addressing their concerns effectively.
In the context of setting up an integrated world-class sports complex in Future City, the Chief Minister proposed the appointment of an internationally reputed sports architect. He said the master plan should include state-of-the-art infrastructure for major sports, including cricket, football, and golf, to make it a comprehensive sports destination.
The Chief Minister further suggested that the Cabinet Sub-Committee on Mega Projects should meet once every 15 days to review the progress of key projects and remove bottlenecks. He highlighted that in 2024, 70 Global Capability Centers (GCCs) were established in Hyderabad, and 25 have already been added in 2025 so far. He urged officials to aim higher and work towards attracting more GCCs with a 100-day action plan.
