తెలంగాణను నెట్ జీరో భవిష్యత్తు వైపు నడిపిస్తూ, సుస్థిర పట్టణాభివృద్ధికి తమ ప్రభుత్వం కట్టుబడి ఉందని గౌరవనీయ ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు పునరుద్ఘాటించారు. ఇండియన్ గ్రీన్ బిల్డింగ్ కౌన్సిల్ (IGBC) మూడవ ఎడిషన్ ‘IGBC గ్రీన్ ప్రాపర్టీ షో 2026’ బ్రోచర్ను ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ఆవిష్కరించారు.
కాన్ఫెడరేషన్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియన్ ఇండస్ట్రీ (CII) ఆధ్వర్యంలో, తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వ భాగస్వామ్యంతో IGBC ఈ ప్రదర్శనను నిర్వహిస్తోంది. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో IGBC నేషనల్ చైర్మన్ శ్రీ సి. శేఖర్ రెడ్డి గారితో పాటు ఇతర ప్రముఖులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
హైదరాబాద్లోని హైటెక్స్ ఎగ్జిబిషన్ సెంటర్లో 2026, మే 22 నుండి 24 వరకు “బెటర్ హోమ్స్ ఫర్ యూ” అనే థీమ్తో ఈ ఈవెంట్ జరగనుంది. రాష్ట్ర సుస్థిర అభివృద్ధి లక్ష్యాలకు అనుగుణంగా ఉండే IGBC సర్టిఫైడ్ గ్రీన్ ప్రాజెక్టులను ఇక్కడ ప్రదర్శించనున్నారు.
గాలి నాణ్యతను మెరుగుపరచడం, విద్యుత్ ఆదా చేయడం, తక్కువ ఖర్చుతో కూడిన జీవన ప్రమాణాలను పెంపొందించడంపై ఈ ప్రదర్శన దృష్టి సారిస్తుంది. దీనితో పాటు, పర్యావరణ హితమైన వివిధ ఉత్పత్తులు మరియు సేవలను కూడా ఈ ప్రదర్శనలో అందుబాటులో ఉంచనున్నారు. పౌరులు తమ జీవనశైలిని పర్యావరణానికి అనుకూలంగా మార్చుకోవడానికి, దీర్ఘకాలిక శ్రేయస్సును అందించే గృహ నిర్మాణ పరిష్కారాలను అన్వేషించడానికి ఈ షో ఒక గొప్ప వేదికగా నిలుస్తుంది.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri Anumula Revanth Reddy unveiled the brochure of the 3rd edition of the IGBC Green Property Show 2026 and formally inaugurated the event, reaffirming Telangana’s commitment to a Net Zero future and sustainable urban development. The show is being organised by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) under the aegis of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), with the Government of Telangana as the State Partner, in the presence of Mr. C. Shekar Reddy, National Chairman, IGBC, and other distinguished dignitaries.
The event will be held from 22nd to 24th May 2026 at the HITEX Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad, under the theme “Better Homes for You!”. It will showcase IGBC-certified and pre-certified green projects that are contributing to the State’s sustainable development agenda, with a focus on improved indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and reduced utility costs to enhance overall quality of life.
In addition, the exhibition will feature a curated range of eco-friendly products and services, promoting the adoption of sustainable lifestyles. The show serves as a platform for citizens to explore environmentally responsible housing solutions that support long-term well-being and a greener future.
