ప్రైవేటు మోజులో పడకుండా విద్యార్థులను ప్రభుత్వ బడుల్లో చేర్పించాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు ప్రజలకు విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. మారుతున్న కాలానికి అనుగుణంగా విద్యా రంగంలో మార్పులు తీసుకొస్తున్నామని, ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలను ప్రైవేటు స్కూళ్లకంటే ఉన్నతంగా తీర్చిదిద్దుతామని చెప్పారు.
సిద్దిపేట జిల్లా నర్మెట్టలో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన ‘ప్రజాపాలన – ప్రగతి ప్రణాళిక’ కార్యక్రమంలో మీట నొక్కి రాష్ట్ర రైతాంగానికి రైతు భరోసా (Rythu Bharosa) నిధులను విడుదల చేశారు.
నర్మెట్టలో నిర్మించిన ఆయిల్ పామ్ కర్మాగారాన్ని ప్రారంభించి రైతులకు అంకితమిచ్చారు. తర్వాత జిల్లాలో 775 కోట్ల రూపాయల విలువ చేసే వివిధ అభివృద్ధి పనులను ప్రారంభించడంతో మరికొన్ని కొత్త పనులకు శంకుస్థాపనలు చేశారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఏర్పాటు చేసిన సభలో మాట్లాడుతూ.. “రాష్ట్రంలో అత్యుత్తమ శిక్షణ పొందిన టీచర్లు లక్షకు పైగా పనిచేస్తున్నారు. 18 వేల ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలు ఉన్నాయి. వాటన్నింటినీ ప్రక్షాళన చేసే బాధ్యత తీసుకున్నాం.
వచ్చే విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుంచి తెలంగాణ పబ్లిక్ స్కూల్స్ (Telangana Public Schools)ను ప్రారంభిస్తున్నాం. నర్సరీ నుంచి ఇంటర్మీడియట్ వరకు ప్రారంభించడమే కాకుండా విద్యార్థులకు ఉదయం బ్రేక్ ఫాస్ట్ పథకాన్ని ప్రారంభిస్తున్నాం. ప్రైవేటుకన్నా ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో మంచి టీచర్లు ఉన్నారు. ప్రైవేటు మోజులో పడొద్దు. పిల్లలను ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో చేర్పించాలి.
ఇంజనీరింగ్ పూర్తి చేస్తే ఉద్యోగం వస్తుందన్న గ్యారెంటీ లేదు. కానీ ఏటీసీల్లో చదువుకుంటే ఉద్యోగం కల్పించే బాధ్యత నాది. సాంకేతిక నైపుణ్యం ఉండాలి.
వచ్చే విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుంచి ఏటీసీల్లో చదువుకునే విద్యార్థులకు ప్రతి నెల 2 వేల రూపాయల చొప్పున స్కాలర్ షిప్ ఇవ్వబోతున్నాం. విద్యార్థులు సొంత కాళ్లపై నిలబడాలి, ట్యాలెంట్ ఉంటే ప్రపంచం మనముందు తలవంచుకుని నిలబడుతుంది” అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు అన్నారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమాల్లో మంత్రులు తుమ్మల నాగేశ్వరరావు గారు, దామోదర రాజనర్సింహ గారు, పొన్నం ప్రభాకర్ గారు, పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస రెడ్డి గారు, వివేక్ వెంకటస్వామి గారు, ప్రభుత్వ సలహాదారు సుదర్శన్ రెడ్డి గారు, ఎంపీలు వేం నరేందర్ రెడ్డి గారు, రఘునందన్ రావు గారితో పాటు ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు, ఉన్నతాధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister appealed to parents to enroll their children in government schools rather than being swayed by private institutions. He assured that education reforms are being introduced to keep pace with changing times, and government schools will be developed to standards superior to private schools.
He electronically released Rythu Bharosa funds to the state’s farming community by pressing a button during the programme.
The Chief Minister inaugurated the oil palm processing plant constructed in Narmetta and dedicated it to farmers. He also launched various development works worth ₹775 crore across the district and laid foundation stones for several new projects.
Speaking at the public meeting, he highlighted that there are over one lakh highly trained teachers in the state and 18,000 government schools, and that the government has taken responsibility to completely overhaul all of them.
Starting from the upcoming academic year, Telangana Public Schools will be launched, offering education from Nursery to Intermediate. A morning breakfast scheme will also be introduced for students. Government schools have highly qualified teachers, and parents are urged to enroll their children there.
The Chief Minister emphasized the importance of technical skills, stating that completing an engineering degree does not guarantee a job. However, students studying at Advanced Training Centers (ATCs) will have guaranteed placement support, and from the next academic year, a monthly scholarship of ₹2,000 will be provided to ATC students.
Ministers Thummala Nageswara Rao, Damodara Raja Narasimha, Ponnam Prabhakar, Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, and Vivek Venkatswamy; Government Advisor P. Sudarshan Reddy; MPs Vem Narender Reddy and Raghunandan Rao; along with other public representatives and senior officials participated in these programs.
