తెలంగాణ – ఈశాన్య రాష్ట్రాల మధ్య సంబంధాలను మరింత పటిష్టపరుచుకోవడానికి భారత్ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీలో నార్త్ ఈస్ట్ అనుబంధ కేంద్రం నిర్మాణానికి అవసరమైన స్థలాన్ని ఉచితంగా కేటాయిస్తామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు ప్రకటించారు. ఈ అనుబంధ కేంద్రంలో ప్రతి ఈశాన్య రాష్ట్రం తన సొంత భవనాన్ని నిర్మించుకోవడానికి ప్రభుత్వం అన్ని విధాలుగా సహకరిస్తుందని చెప్పారు.
తెలంగాణ – ఈశాన్య రాష్ట్రాల మధ్య కళలు, సంస్కృతి, సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానం, క్రీడలు, ఆవిష్కరణల వంటి అంశాల్లో నిరంతర సహకారం, పరస్పర అవగాహన కోసం తెలంగాణ – నార్త్ ఈస్ట్ ఇండియా కనెక్ట్: ‘సంస్కృతుల సంగమం – సమృద్ధికి సోపానం’ పేరుతో ఉత్సవాలు హైదరాబాద్లో ప్రారంభమయ్యాయి.
తెలంగాణ – నార్త్ ఈస్ట్ ఇండియా కనెక్ట్ వేడుక ప్రారంభోత్సవంలో రాష్ట్ర గవర్నర్ శ్రీ జిష్ణు దేవ్ వర్మ గారు, గవర్నర్ సతీమణి శ్రీమతి సుధా దేవ్ వర్మ గారు, త్రిపుర గవర్నర్ శ్రీ నల్లు ఇంద్రసేనా రెడ్డి గారితో కలిసి ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పాల్గొన్నారు.
సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు మాట్లాడుతూ, దేశంలో మొట్టమొదటి “నార్త్ ఈస్ట్ అనుబంధ కేంద్రాన్ని” తెలంగాణ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీలో ఏర్పాటు చేసే ప్రణాళికలను విజయవంతంగా ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్లడానికి గౌరవ గవర్నర్ శ్రీ జిష్ణు దేవ్ వర్మ గారు నాయకత్వం వహించాలని కోరారు.
కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఈశాన్య ప్రాంత అభివృద్ధి మంత్రిత్వ శాఖతో పాటు 8 రాష్ట్రాలతో కలిసి సమిష్టిగా పని చేయడానికి తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం ఎల్లప్పుడూ సిద్ధంగా ఉంటుందని చెప్పారు. ఇప్పుడు ఈశాన్య రాష్ట్రాలు కూడా అన్ని రంగాలలో దేశానికి మరింతగా తోడ్పాటు అందిస్తున్నాయని అన్నారు.
“అస్సోం, అరుణాచల్, మణిపూర్, మేఘాలయ, మిజోరం, నాగాలాండ్, సిక్కిం, త్రిపుర రాష్ట్రాలకు అనుసంధాన కేంద్రంలో అవసరమైన హాస్టల్ సౌకర్యం, ఆహారం, కళలు, చేతి వృత్తులు, సంస్కృతులు, కళల ప్రదర్శనకు వేదికలుగా ఈ భవనాలు పని చేస్తాయి.
త్రిపురకు చెందిన జిష్ణుదేవ్ వర్మ గారు తెలంగాణ గవర్నర్గా, తెలంగాణకు చెందిన ఇంద్రసేనారెడ్డి గారు త్రిపుర గవర్నర్గా పనిచేస్తున్న నేపథ్యంలో ఇప్పటికే బలమైన సంబంధాలను కలిగి ఉన్నాం.
తెలంగాణ – ఈశాన్య రాష్ట్రాల మధ్య మరింత సహకారానికి, ప్రజల మధ్య సంస్కృతుల పరస్పర మార్పిడికి ఈ ఉత్సవాలు నాంది మాత్రమే. “తెలంగాణ – నార్త్ ఈస్ట్ ఇండియా కనెక్ట్” టెక్నో – కల్చరల్ ఫెస్టివల్ విజయవంతం కావడానికి కృషి చేసిన అందరికీ అభినందనలు. ఈ ఉత్సవాలు ఈశాన్య రాష్ట్రాలకు తెలంగాణకు మధ్యన ఉన్న ఏకత్వ స్ఫూర్తిని చాటుతోంది.
ఈశాన్య రాష్ట్రాల ప్రజలకు తెలంగాణ రెండో ఇల్లు లాంటిది. హైదరాబాద్కు ఈశాన్య రాష్ట్రాల నుంచి వచ్చిన వారు పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో ఉన్నారు. ఐటీ, ఫార్మా, హెల్త్ కేర్, టూరిజం, హాస్పిటాలిటీ, స్టార్టప్, క్రీడల వంటి అన్ని రంగాల్లో విజయవంతంగా రాణిస్తున్నారు. ఈశాన్య రాష్ట్రాల ప్రజలు తెలంగాణ సమాజంతో కలిసిపోయి, ఇక్కడ అభివృద్ధికి తోడ్పడుతున్నందుకు వారికి ధన్యవాదాలు.
హైదరాబాద్, తెలంగాణ ఇప్పటికే పెట్టుబడులకు గమ్యస్థానంగా మారింది. ప్రపంచ దేశాలు పెట్టుబడుల కోసం చైనాకు ప్రత్యామ్నాయంగా చైనా +1 దేశాల కోసం అన్వేషణలో ఉన్నాయి. తెలంగాణ ఇప్పటికే ఐటీ, ఫార్మా, జీసీసీ, డేటా సెంటర్స్, హెల్త్కేర్ అగ్రస్థానంలో ఉన్న తెలంగాణను మరింత ఉన్నత దశకు తీసుకెళ్లాలని భావిస్తున్నాం.
ఈ ప్రణాళికల్లో భాగంగా ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పాటు చేసి రెండేండ్లు పూర్తవుతున్న సందర్భాన్ని పురస్కరించుకుని రాష్ట్ర సమగ్రాభివృద్ధికి బృహత్ ప్రణాళికలతో డిసెంబర్ 8, 9 వ తేదీల్లో హైదరాబాద్లో నిర్వహిస్తున్న తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ – 2047 గ్లోబల్ సమ్మిట్కు గవర్నర్ గారి నుంచి సంపూర్ణ సహకారం, మద్దతును కోరుతున్నాం.
తెలంగాణ అభివృద్ధి లక్ష్యాలను, తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ విజన్ 2047 ఉద్దేశాలను దేశంలోని ప్రతి ప్రాంతానికి, ప్రపంచం నలుమూలలకు తీసుకువెళ్లడానికి తెలంగాణ – నార్త్ ఈస్ట్ ఇండియా కనెక్ట్ ప్రతినిధుల సహాయం కావాలి..” అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు కోరారు.
ఈ ఉత్సవాల్లో మంత్రులు జూపల్లి కృష్ణా రావు గారు, పొన్నం ప్రభాకర్ గారు, ధనసరి అనసూయ సీతక్క గారు, పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస రెడ్డి గారు, ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి రామకృష్ణారావు గారు, డీజీపీ శివధర్ రెడ్డి గారితో పాటు ఈశాన్య రాష్ట్రాల నుంచి దాదాపు 300 మంది ప్రతినిధులు హాజరయ్యారు. ఉత్సవంలో ఈశాన్య రాష్ట్రాల కళాకారులను సత్కరించారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy announced that India’s first North East Annex will be established in Bharat Future City, further strengthening the bond between Telangana and the North-Eastern states. In this Annex, each North East state will be welcomed to construct their own Bhavan, and the Telangana Government will allot the required land free of cost, ensuring full support for the project.
To promote continuous cooperation in arts, culture, technology, sports and innovation, the Telangana–North East India Connect: Sanskritula Sangamam – Samriddhiki Sopanam celebrations began in Hyderabad.
The Chief Minister participated in the inaugural ceremony along with Hon’ble Telangana Governor Shri Jishnu Dev Verma, Smt. Sudha Dev Verma, and Hon’ble Tripura Governor Shri Nallu Indrasena Reddy.
Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister requested Hon’ble Governor Shri Jishnu Dev Verma to take the lead in advancing the plans for the country’s first North East Annex in Telangana Future City.
He reaffirmed that Telangana is ready to work closely with the Union Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) and all eight North-Eastern states, noting their growing contribution to the nation’s progress.
The North East Annex will serve as a cultural, technological and social hub for Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura, featuring hostel facilities, food courts, arts and crafts spaces, cultural exchange zones and art exhibition centres.
Highlighting the existing bond, the Chief Minister pointed out the significant linkage with Shri Jishnu Dev Verma serving as Telangana’s Governor and Shri N. Indrasena Reddy as the Governor of Tripura.
He said these celebrations mark the beginning of stronger cooperation between Telangana and the North-Eastern states. He congratulated all those involved for making the Telangana – North East India Connect Techno-Cultural Festival a grand success.
“Telangana is like a second home for the people of the North East. Thousands living in Hyderabad are excelling in IT, Pharma, Healthcare, Tourism, Hospitality, Startups and Sports. I thank them for integrating with Telangana society and contributing to our growth,” the Chief Minister said.
Telangana has already emerged as a major investment destination, and with the global shift towards a China+1 strategy, the state is poised for greater expansion in IT, Pharma, GCCs, Data Centers and Healthcare.
The Chief Minister sought the Governor’s cooperation for the Telangana Rising 2047 Global Summit scheduled for December 8th and 9th, marking two years of the government and showcasing a visionary roadmap for the state’s future.
He requested active support from representatives of the North East India Connect to take the goals of Telangana Rising Vision 2047 across the nation and the world.
Ministers Jupalli Krishna Rao, Ponnam Prabhakar, Dhanasari Anasuya (Seethakka), Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, Chief Secretary Shri Ramakrishna Rao, DGP Shivdhar Reddy, and around 300 delegates from the North-Eastern states participated. North Eastern artists were felicitated during the celebrations.
