తెలంగాణలో రైతులకు అండగా ఉంటూ వారికి సంబంధించిన భూ సమస్యలను శాశ్వతంగా పరిష్కరించాల్సిన గురుతరమైన బాధ్యత లైసెన్స్ పొందిన సర్వేయర్లపై ఉందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు చెప్పారు. లైసెన్స్ పొందిన సర్వేయర్లు తెలంగాణ పునర్నిర్మాణంలో భాగస్వాములు కావాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు.
హైదరాబాద్ శిల్పకళా వేదికలో లైసెన్స్ సర్వేయర్లుగా శిక్షణ పొందిన అభ్యర్థులకు లైసెన్స్ల పంపిణీ కార్యక్రమంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు, మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస రెడ్డి గారితో కలిసి పాల్గొన్నారు. శిక్షణ పొందిన సర్వేయర్లకు లైసెన్స్లను పంపిణీ చేసే కార్యక్రమాన్ని లాంఛనంగా ప్రారంభించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా జరిగిన సభలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు మాట్లాడుతూ.. “ఎల్లప్పుడూ రైతులకు అండగా నిలవాలి. రైతు రాజు కావాలంటే మీరు చేసే పనుల్లో నిజాయితీ ఉండాలి. రైతుకు అన్యాయం చేస్తే మన కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు అన్యాయం చేసినట్టే. మీరంతా కష్టపడితే తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రానికి మంచి పేరొస్తుంది. ఆ గురుతరమైన బాధ్యత మీ భుజస్కందాలపై పెట్టి గ్రామాలకు, తండాలకు పంపిస్తున్నాం.
రాష్ట్రంలో వ్యవసాయ యోగ్యమైన 1 కోటి 60 లక్షల ఎకరాల భూములు యజమానుల వద్ద ఉంది. 140 సంవత్సరాలుగా వివిధ చట్టాలు అమలులోకి వచ్చినప్పటికీ సమస్యలు ఇంకా పరిష్కారం లభించలేదు. సరిహద్దుల విషయంలో ఏ రైతు కూడా పరిష్కారం కాకుండా ఇబ్బంది పడొద్దని మిమ్మల్ని నియమించడం జరిగింది.
తెలంగాణ ప్రజలకు కన్న తల్లిపై ఎంత మమకారం చూపిస్తారో గ్రామంలో తమ భూమి మీద అదే మమకారం చూపిస్తారు. భూ యజమానుల సరిహద్దులను పరిరక్షించే బాధ్యత మీపై పెట్టాం.
దేశంలోనే మొదటి స్థానంలో ఉండే విధంగా ఒక అభివృద్ధి చెందిన రాష్ట్రంగా తెలంగాణను తీర్చిదిద్దాలన్న ప్రభుత్వ సంకల్పానికి మీరంతా సహకరించాలి. రాష్ట్ర భవిష్యత్తు కోసం ప్రణాళికలు రచించుకోవాలని తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ 2047 విజన్తో ముందుకు వెళుతున్నాం.
మీరంతా విజన్లో భాగస్వాములు కావాలి. 2034 నాటికి 1 ట్రిలియన్ డాలర్ ఆర్థిక శక్తిగా 2047 నాటికి 3 ట్రిలియన్ డాలర్ల ఆర్థిక శక్తిగా తెలంగాణను తీర్చిదిద్దాలన్న లక్ష్యం చేరుకోవాలంటే మీ సహకారం ఉండాలి” అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు కోరారు.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy affirmed the vital role of licensed surveyors in supporting Telangana’s farmers and ensuring the permanent resolution of their land issues. He stressed that surveyors are key partners in the reconstruction and development of the state.
The Chief Minister, along with Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, participated in the distribution of licenses to candidates trained as licensed surveyors at Hyderabad Shilpa Kala Vedika, formally launching the program.
Addressing the surveyors, he remarked, “Always stand by the farmers. If you want to be a ‘farmer king,’ you must be honest in your work. Any injustice to a farmer is like injustice to our own family. By performing your duties diligently, Telangana will earn a good name. This significant responsibility is now in your hands and extends to the villages and thandas.”
He highlighted that 1.6 crore acres of arable land belong to owners, yet issues remain unresolved despite 140 years of various laws. Licensed surveyors have been appointed to ensure that no farmer faces unresolved land boundary problems.
“The people of Telangana cherish their land as they do their mother. You are entrusted with safeguarding the borders of landowners,” the Chief Minister added.
Shri Revanth Reddy further affirmed that surveyors must cooperate with the government’s vision to make Telangana a developed state. “You must be partners in the Telangana Rising 2047 Vision. Your support is crucial to achieving our goal of making Telangana a $1 trillion economy by 2034 and a $3 trillion economy by 2047,” he said.
