తెలంగాణ, ఒక భౌగోళిక, రాజకీయ అస్తిత్వంగా జూన్ 2, 2014న, సమైక్య భారతదేశంలో 29వ, సరికొత్త రాష్ట్రంగా ఆవిర్భవించింది. అయితే, ఆర్థికంగా, సామాజికంగా, సాంస్కృతికంగా, చారిత్రకంగా అస్తిత్వం ఉన్న ఈ రాష్ట్రానికి కనీసం రెండు వేల అయిదు వందల సంవత్సరాలు లేదా అంతకు మించిన ఘనమైన చరిత్ర ఉంది.

ఐటి, ఫార్మా మరియు జీవి శాస్త్రాలు, ప్రభుత్వ రంగ, ఆవిష్కరణ మరియు వ్యవస్థాపకత వంటి వివిధ రంగాలలో ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాల కోసం వెతుకుతున్న వ్యక్తుల కోసం తెలంగాణ అభివృద్ధి చెందుతున్న ప్రాంతం. గడిచిన 9 ఏళ్లలో రాష్ట్రంలో 14 ప్రాధాన్యతా రంగాల్లో 22.5 లక్షల ఉద్యోగాలు సృష్టించబడ్డాయి. ఏప్రిల్, 2023లో సెంటర్ ఫర్ మానిటరింగ్ ఇండియన్ ఎకానమీ (CMIE) గృహ సర్వే ప్రకారం, దేశంలో 52.43 శాతం కంటే ఎక్కువ కార్మిక భాగస్వామ్య రేటును నమోదు చేసిన ఏకైక ప్రధాన రాష్ట్రం తెలంగాణ. ఉపాధి రేటు పెరుగుదల మరియు నిరుద్యోగం క్షీణిస్తున్న పథంలో ఉండటంతో, రాష్ట్రం దాని ఆశాజనకమైన పని సంస్కృతి, ప్రయాణ అనుకూలతతో పని అవకాశాల కోసం వెతుకుతున్న ప్రజలకు స్వర్గధామంగా మారింది.
